The sign up process is simple and easy. Just a quick phone call and electronic signature to rent a unit. Cindy was very helpful and friendly over the phone. Also, the prices are very competitive to other storage facilities around town. 10/10 recommend.

While I would usually not review a business until all dealings have been done, I make an exception for Extra space Storage, Main St. Manteca. Fair price for the size and location, friendly service from Cindy-Lou. Quick and efficient. Clean facility. A little tight getting a twenty six foot rental truck in and out but manageable. I expect the good service and security will continue throughout the rental process and would recommend.

Clean and secure. The unperson manager was friendly and helpful, and directions for rental and for vacating were very clear. 100% recommend.

We’ve been customers for almost 2 yrs and right from the start Cindy and Roberta treat us like family always trying to find a way to help going above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. The place is so clean and well maintained, I feel that my property is well taken care as if it was their own. I love having conversations with them while they are taking care of your needs always asking how are, how you been, hope all is well, I love them always so nice to me. In the summer you want some water help yourself I’m in a wheelchair so they always try and help such wonderful ladies many blessings to them extra space is the only place I would trust with my belongings we live in the Bay Area and do t mi d the 1 hour drive Cindy and Roberta it’s worth the drive. honestly You guys need a place for your stuff go see them they will help you just like they help me.

The whole experience was so simple, I was able to do it all online and even receive my gate code in a text so I could utilize the facility right away and they even supplied me with a new lock for free. The. facility is very clean, well lit and has access until 10pm. The best part of the whole experience was Cindy Lou the on-site manager...she was very friendly & went out of her way to make things easy & stress free.

She has provided all the details, costs, and etc. No questions were left unanswered.Cindy-lou was also a kind person. Once I had finished offloading my things into my storage unit, she came by and was very personable as well as answered any last minute questions I had thought of.
