One of the Best Storage facilities in the Stockton/French Camp - Lathrop/Mantweeka area. Reasonable rates that are some of the lowest around the 4 towns, but French Camp - Lathrop area. Definitely one of cleanest rodent free storage facility. I had a unit at Golden Valley Storage is cheapest and Newest Facility, but I a rodent infestation 3 mice and a very large rat that got trapped and cooked in my unit one very hot summer day. Yes the rat did chew and damage items in my unit and they had only 3 month promo and 5x5 unit for extra $60 at French Camp facility I was able to get a 10x25 unit that is when I moved to French Camp Storage.

We showed up right at closing time. The attention stayed late to get us all checked in so we could unload our truck in our new storage. He was very professional and got us checked in quickly.

Very clean, secure and staff is very friendly. Have had my space for 2 1/2 yrs.
Its ok its. Clean no problems but. Just one thing the. Rest rooms there is. None hey when nature calls nature calls
No restrooms for customers at all nor running water for customers to wash their hands. No trash bins anywhere. Excruciatingly HOT units w/little to NO ventilation. I regret choosing this place and I would never reccomend it to anyone that has enough on their plate with moving a household of stuff.
This place has excellent prices and it is always very clean.
They take care of my stuff so I dont smoke it
