Terese was our sales representative and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and informative about all the different beds we tried. She has a great attitude and the perfect personality for her job. We ended up with the I series 500, and couldnt be happier!!! Delivery was on time, quick, and flawless!!! Great job.

Muayad aka Mike went over and beyond from start to finish. My wife and I purchased a sleep number bed for 5,000 and decided it was not worth the price. Also my wife has bad back issues so comfort is very important. Thats where Mike shined. He recommended several beds and let us try out numerous ones during our visit. Also we had our 3 year old with us so he kept him busy which allowed us to zone in and make a good decision for comfort. I highly recommend visiting Mike and allow him to help you with your mattress needs. I take customer service very seriously being a Store Manager/District Trainer for my company. Great job Mike, we appreciate everything and your excellent customer service should be recognized!!!!!!

Wow such negative reviews for this store! My husband and I walked in looking for a matress for our new home. We were greeted by Mohammed who was friendly, patient, and helpful. Our sales person was very honest and helpful with what our needs were and our concern for staying at a reasonable budget. He offered various solutions when we presented our logistical issues with moving from one place to another. Mohammed was very knowledgeable on the store policy, warranty, and product features. We will definitely be back again.
