Denise who manages this place is very professional. Rates are fine, I did not compare with others as it seemed reasonable to me. Please call her before you plan to walk in to their shop as the only problem is her availability. I ordered my kitchen cabinets and they look great. Very cooperative in terms of additional items ordered.There was a goof up by the factory while delivering one of the cabinets which could have been handled better hence 4 stars. For everything else 5 stars.

We had a new kitchen installed and we are extremely satisfied with the results. They were precise and very professional with their work. We couldnt be happier. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Horrible experience with the owners, they have no clue of what customer service means. I had a meeting with Adam at his Manville store and from the beginning the guy had a bad attitude. His only interest was to know my budget, after giving him a number, he didnt even ask basic questions like if I wanted under cabinet lighting, if I wanted to keep our soffits, etc. even though I showed him photos of our current kitchen. So when I later on in the conversation said I would like no soffits and light under the cabinets he blamed me for not telling him about this before. You would think that he would have a general list of questions to ask, especially for when its the customers first time renovating their kitchen. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt - maybe the guy was having a bad day but no, when he came out to our house to take measurements, the same disgusted look on his face - like he had no interest whatsoever in our job. He still measured and then when his wife Denise finally calls with the estimate, she starts out saying that she needs to know if were really serious about the job because theyve already put in a lot of time and cant put more unless were interested. When I asked her why she would question our interest she replied that because their estimate was above our budget. I cant imagine how these people are still in business! If you didnt like my budget or if you didnt think it was feasible just say so from the beginning instead of making me feel like I, the customer, am wasting your time. My suggestion, get you kitchen done elsewhere, where you feel like the person youre paying really cares about your needs and wants and doesnt make you feel like theyre doing you a favor. BTW, one star is one too many for this place.
