Bunch of liars!!! Purchased an oven and microwave. The microwave was to replace the old fan that was above the oven. In order to save some money on installation we were sold on total tech support for one year. By purchasing total tech support, haul away and installation of our old items were covered. When the installers showed up I asked them about installing the outlet for the microwave since it was currently just wires. They said they dont do that. Later that day we went back to Best Buy to see why an outlet was not on their list. They stated the wrong crew was sent out but to rest assured because installation of an outlet was covered. I was given the business card of Nate and was told to call back the next day to schedule installation of the outlet. Nate then proceeded to tell me that they dont install outlets and that he is sorry. Bunch of BS... Needless to say I am done spending my money at Best Buy.
