Had a bad experience trying to purchase an item. The cashier never greeted me, had an awful attitude throughout the transaction. She then had the nerve to say “do you want to speak to my manager?” almost in a mocking tone. I left the item there and walked out. Ordered it from the website instead (it wasn’t available at other stores). I’ve been a loyal BBB customer for many years. I’ve never experienced such blatant hostility and disrespect.Like another reviewer noted, I’m also not white. I wonder if this type of hostility towards non-white customers is a pattern with employees at this store. Needless to say, I won’t shop here ever again.

I went to return a couple items from online order. A lady at the register named “Shelley” was very rude and condescending. She kept asking with attitude why I was returning when the product seemed never used. I provided online returning form with reason for return and everything and told her I didn’t like the quality of the parts. The attitude continued until I showed her I was uncomfortable. Never thought I’d be treated so badly for returning unused product. Maybe she didn’t like that I am not white.

Aisles are a little small width wise. Very well separated types of sections. Clean store nice employees. Its a small store but was still a good experience overall.

The lady at the cashier did not have any decent customer service. She scanned all my stuff but did not bother to bag any of my items besides one, which was my glass temper ware only. I bought a lot of towels and by the time I paid for it, she just told me “have a great day” and stood there waiting for the next customers while also waiting for me to get my towels off the counter and leave. It felt really awkward and confusing so I asked her if she can bag my towels and she looked confused and gave me a long silent pause and said “Oh…. Sure”. She bagged most of it except for the last two towels and stood there waiting for me to leave so the next customers to come. So I just took my last two items that she didn’t bag and had to grab my own bag from an empty cash register. I looked back at the cashier with the next customers in line and she was bagging the customers items. This whole situation was very confusing and very disappointing. I know I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

There are lots of things for your needs, I wonder about their kitchen collection. But when I need an assistance not find anyone and its a major time to visit a store. Find an associate Its a most need thing in a store. Felling disappointed.

Lots of sales and found a few gems to purchase. Customer service was a solid ten!! The downside is that often times the store shows an item in stock online but not available. This has happened to me a couple of times. Probably the best thing to do is call the store to verify that its there.

I was looking for a set of sheets and the selection is huge. I asked an associate for help, he answered a couple of questions but seemed in a big hurry to go. I wandered around trying to read and compare. I asked three other associates if they could help with my questions. They told me they didnt know anything about sheets but they would try to help. I was pretty much left on my own to figure out what would work best for me. Im very happy so far with what I selected.Paying for them was even worse, the girl at the checkout counter really was the worst. I had coupons they had sent me so I was trying to use them. She seemed so confused by the whole thing, and had me confused too. I dont shop here very often because when I do its just not a friendly experience.

I like the store but most of the time the employees seemed bothered youre there. I ordered online a few times and again when I went in to pick it up it seemed like they were annoyed they had to go get my order. There are a few nice ones.

I was walking around an empty store minding my own business and walking in the opposite direction if anyone came in my direction. One very kind employee went and got me a cart as my arms were full. I thanked the person and continued on. Another employee asked me if I needed assistance and I replied no thank you. I continued to add items to my cart. When I was nearing the checkout I was approached by another (female) employee who asked me where my mask was. I explained that I am exempt. She told me I was to utilize curbside pickup. I explained that I was near no one, that she had approached me. I was never even close to six feet away from anyone... several isles away actually. I was told to leave. I was Christmas shopping during a slow time later in the evening. I literally saw two customers the whole time I was there. I left my cart with items, cancelled my order waiting in my online cart and left. The female employee was not kind. I cannot help my health condition and don’t wish struggling to breathe on anyone. Thank you for treating me with disrespect. Unfortunately more and more brick and mortar stores will close and employees will lose their jobs do to nothing more than stupidity.

The store was nice, the bathroom was absolutely atrocious. Out of 5 stalls 4 were soiled, literally, and one was plugged. It looked like the 1 stall that was decent was the only one used in a while as it was out of tp. I was grateful for hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes from covid stuff for this natures call.

I love this location because I can always purchase a few extra forks or spoons separately from a set. I have a toddler who sometimes throws out his silverware and the other disappearances are probably hiding deep under my teens beds or they neglectfully tossed them too. Sometimes I find everything I want at prices that are a bit high but not overwhelming, but its been hit and miss since the pandemic.

Store was dirty, shelves were messy, employees were not helpful and somewhat rude. In the end I couldnt purchase the item I wanted because it was out of stock. Of course their website said it was in stock... so wasted trip. Ill avoid this place and stick to amazon.

Found a product with the wrong tag (multiple of the same item there so it was a stocking mistake) and Makayla was very rude and accusatory about it instead of helping us.

They have some really unique gift ideas for the holidays. Surprised to know that you can use more then one coupon on one item. Friendly and helpful staff. Generally a very clean and organized store. Amazing selection of bedding, pillows, and bath items. Their towels are great quality. They have an expansive kitchen supplies. Pans, knives and plates. I can generally always find what I am looking for an always leave with something.

The only problem I have had with Bed Bath & Beyond is that I select a lot more to purchase than I intended to when I got into the store. They carry a great many items that we might see on TV that are not available in stores... Often there are coupons that you want to bring and then you will spend so much that the coupon didnt matter much but the employees are attentive and helpful and the store is clean and easy to navigate

The cashier was wonderful but the assistant helping was awful. I almost walked out. She sure had a bad attitude. I even felt sorry for the cashier

I will never buy another thing from this business. After calling the return department, I was told my husband could take the item and all the paperwork with the card that the item was paid with. He got there and they would only give him a merchandise credit because I used PayPal (VISA was posted 9/30/19 for the item. He had my VISA credit card to credit back the item. I would give no stars, but will not allow my post.

This store is always neat and organized. There is a large selection of household items. You can find many of the as seen on tv products as well as other gadgets that are useful. I like shipping the as is section because you can find some great deals on open package products.

So disappointed in the customer service. We originally ordered sheets online and the came in the wrong size. We called the 800 number and they said they would fix it but didn’t. So I went to the maple grove location to make sure to get this handled in person. From the beginning the female at the customer service center was very rude. Kept working on other things while I was waiting. Then I asked for a receipt for the return and I was told I could not have one. They also didn’t send any paperwork with the sheets to return. We just got the sheets mailed back to us again because they said there was not enough info to process the return. Now we still have the sheets. They don’t fit anything we have and we want our money back already.

I love shopping here and I usually have a coupon with me but however today I couldnt find it in my email and the associate wouldnt give me the 20% off. She told me I would have to find it and Come Back Inn to have the price adjusted. Way too much trouble and when they could have easily given me the 20% off.

This place just sucks! The only way they will honor an online coupon is if you sign up for their email list. This is after they have already marked up their prices by 30% to compensate.!

Came to pick up a knife sharpener Ive been looking for and noticed they had it marked on the box for a good price, but when I got to the register it rang up for double the marked price. The lady informed us she would get it fixed in the system and called a manager for a key flick the manager came up and gave us some story about it wasnt real employees that marked it, it was just the part time help. Ended with pay double the marked price or dont buy it at all. If you shop here make sure you check every item at checkout or they will definitely get over on you.

I needed a chair slipcover and wide mouth funnel. They have chair slipcover but only skirted ones...no wide-mouth funnels. But the store is clean, fair prices and deals and has wide aisles. Helpful staff.

If they don’t get a plan in action and open soon they might as well close for good taking too long to open under safe conditions

Used to have an amazing return policy but now is becoming more like sears. (Sears us going out of bussiness becauuse of their ludacris return policy)🙄

They have everthing you need for your home. It is a little spendy for some things but they do have things you cant get at a normal box store. There is alot of stuff in every section. It would be nice to have more moving space in the side isles but you just park your cart and meander.

You can find a lot of items here. If you want something right away this is the place. If you can wait for something youre looking for, youll save a few dollars by finding it online.

Out of stock of everything. They really got rid of the Bed, Bath part of their name. They might as well be the as seen on TV store.

Moved everything around so I need to relearn the store. Home decor had gotten significantly smaller and the prices of the other stuff always seems to be higher than it should. Either way, friendly staff and though they cram a lot of merchandise into a small area, the place was clean.

So I will never shop there again!! Terrible service (no one to help you), 1 cashier on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon, lines 4 to 5 deep and narrow over-crowded aisles! The Manager was up front saw all this and did nothing. I was in a line where a women had 2 carts worth of items and kept leaving the line to get even more items. She could care less and the cashier said nothing and could care less. Everything had stalled at this point!! I had one item and left after 10 minutes of not moving closer to the ONE open register!!! Close the doors BB&B...
