Sydney was great. She was very thorough from start to finish. She was able to coordinate the loaner car very efficiently. The repair went extremely well. I was very pleased with the quality of work. The constant correspondence kept me up to date on my timeline. It is refreshing to not have to call and check on status. The team did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I notice after returning my car for them to fix the mistake they done the 3M tape was already tearing off on me...I was shocked at the work they have done to my 16 TLX. With my OEM Front Underbody Kit not lined up correctly, I had to use my labor to remove and inspect the work that is finished from the inside and made sure that the things they purchased and discussed are genuine...in that case it is. However, the funny part about looking at the installation is quite absurd and dumb when it came to installing this oem underbody kit. I knew something was already off. They didnt want to put the time and patience to fix it this and moreover, the quality of the work is awful. Im very positive they knew they installed it wrong way before I returned. They did refuse to work on the passenger side because of the tow hook plate but Ive already informed them that my tools are present at any time in the passenger side. See the pictures for yourself and realize how stupid it is drilling a hole that is not on the spot HONDA said to drill for the accessories (Front Underbody Spoiler). Again these are all OEM!!! Its ridiculous. Now this is a waste of both my time and the shops time too...

Fix Auto is an excellent repair shop. They came recommend by my insurance, so I was hesitant to bring my car here because I didn’t want any corners cut to appease my Insurance. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, and personable their receptionist Sydney was - from the first phone call to set up the repair, to the pick up day when I got my keys my back to take my car home - and every in between. She made dropping my car off feel like I was handing over the keys to a trusted good friend. Everyone else that I encountered there was over the phone, and they were also quite friendly. The work I had done was to repair a fairly minor, but pretty nasty looking scrape on the front passenger side of my new car. Sydney assured me that by the time they got done with it, it would look like nothing ever happened. To my delight, she was absolutely correct!! My car looks gorgeous again, and the work looks flawless. Literally like nothing ever happened. I am more than pleased, and I would definitely come back to this shop for any future repairs if ever needed. With or without insurance. I will also recommend them to anyone who needs body work.They even further impressed me with the warranty for the repairs that is good for as long as I own the vehicle too.I definitely give this place 2 thumbs up, and maybe several toes too!Tyla St.James

This guys did very poor work to my car. my car bumper falls apart in less than 2 weeks and they refuse to take responsibility for their poor work. I will not recommend them to anyone including my fans. I dont typically write a review but this guys deserve to be expose and I suspected they did this because of my color. They went far as to give my insurance unclear picture of under my car and accused me of hitting my car which is absolutely a lie. Business owners should be carful of employing the wrong people like this folks that destroyed my cay. it make no sense of transferring your raises attitude to business place. Great fantastic work. Took my car in for some body repairs on a Thursday and they had it done by Monday evening. I was so impressed. They also are easy to communicate with and update you on everything about your car as their repairing it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Overall, this is a good outfit. Everyone is very friendly, and updates are provided. My main upset is that my dream car got damaged, and after the repair it looks like I have 2 different cars. The part that is finished looks nice, but the color change is abrupt, and wish that the blending of the paint was better. I know most people may not notice, but it stands out to me. Its hard for me to even not leave a 5 star review, but looking at my car from the side makes me disappointed that it doesnt match.

They care about their customers. Had a vehicle repaired there and it turned out better than before the accident. My go to place for cars I care about.

Horrible experience. Took 3 days for an estimate, failed to communicate properly with my insurance company. Threatened me over the phone... Then I get home and my car has obviously been spit on several times. They will most likely lose state farms business over this issue. Super un professional.
