I arrived with some rear knocking on my vehicle and unfortunately the shop was super busy. They were kind enough to point me to another nearby auto repair shop in order to save me time and to get my needs met. I appreciated what help they could provide me!

Brought in a car twice for the same issue of the car not starting, first I was told it was a battery issue, then the same issue occurred so we brought it back in and was told it was the radio. After the same issure occurred for the third time I was told its the battery again. To top it all off after waiting for several weeks for this fo be fixed he tells me it will be another week before he can look at it again. Definitely going to find someone else that will actually fix the problem I pay them for.

Joe made sure to check my fluid levels while he did my oil change and topped off my windshield wiper fluid and power steering fluid just because! You get reasonable prices for GREAT service! OMG I AM CAPITALIZING TO EMPHASIZE ON HOW AWESOME KEN IS. He happened to be the one looking at my car- find out later he is the owner. This guy is AWESOME. Took my car in for alignment and he said he wouldn’t do it as my tire was shaky. I literally cried because I had put in money fixing my car before and put in new tires. I told him I wish someone could just drive it and hear the noises it makes and let me know the issue. He put the car down and drove my car around- put it back up and called me to the back and showed me all the possible issues and I could never be thankful. He did this for half hr and for FREE! Thanks Ken. You are an amazing person! Can’t wait to come back for you to work on my car.

Initially I went into m&m automotives for a simple wheel alignment after I hit a curb at 10 mph which pushed in my front drivers side tire inwards. As I was waiting, Paul and his mechanic came to me and listed multiple issues such as a bent upper+lower control arm, steering knuckle, and many other things then said the total would be around $1500-2000 in work. However, when the mechanic brought me to look at the “damages” I noticed that nothing was bent and everything looked perfectly fine. Regardless, the mechanic stressed to me that he “believed” these parts were bent and damaged so he wanted to start with replacing the lower control arm. But at this point, I figured they were trying to scam me so I asked them to take my vehicle off the rack. I later went to TGK automotives and told them what happened. Upon TGK automotives checking my vehicle, they told me my alignment was really out of sorts and that all they had to do was a wheel alignment. TGK automotives charged me $169 to fix my issue, while meanwhile m&m automotives tried to scam me out of $1500-2000 dollars when I’m a college student. FYI, don’t believe whatever m&m automotives tells you what’s wrong with your vehicle. Make sure you are certain for yourself before anything.

I have brought my vehicles to M&M for several services. The shop owner, service manager, and mechanics are all very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. On more than one occasion, they have told me that recommended services can wait and are not urgent. They have quick turn around and do what they say they will do. I know several other people who also bring their vehicles to M&M and are just as pleased. I enjoy doing some of my own repairs from time to time and they have even told me how I can repair something myself to save some money. It is nice to work with a shop with individuals who have content of character. I would highly recommend their services.

I never feel like Im being ripped off, I would highly recommend them. I only wish they were open at 7 am so I could drop my car off before work starts since currently they open at 8 am. I was referred to them after having my tires rotated and balanced at tires plus and had a coupon for AWD alignment. They did a great job on it. A week later my oil sensor went out. They were to able replace it with and also found a loose heat shield that they fastened up for me as well. They turned it pretty quick and very reasonable on the pricing. I also started taking my fiances car here as well even though it is quite the distance for us, but they are worth going to. Great staff and knowledgeable.

These guys got me into the shop in a pinch. They do quality work, but may not be the cheapest in the neighborhood. They are a little further away from where I live, and they are set into a strip mall, but they were fast and willing to accommodate my schedule. They also didnt try to sneak other work into what I was there for. They were also willing to hold off on stuff that really didnt need to get done or could be done another time. I would go back.

I recently began having my daughters 2001 Ford Focus serviced by M&M Auto after repeat unpleasant experiences at another local repair shop. I had my car in another shop with air conditioning issues. They had it for 3 days and couldnt figure it out after throwing 200$ worth of parts at it. M&M fixed it in under an hour for about 70$. Another time there I inquired about a transmission flush and they suggested I wait until at least 100k miles. Most places would happily take your money on unnecessary service. Very honest and friendly service.

This repair shop has been around as long as I can remember. I was hesitant to go there my first time but a family friend has done business there for over a decade so I gave it a shot on his word. After several successful repairs and loads of car advice, I figured it was time to repay M&M for all their honesty and hard work on my car with a google review. First off, there is not a bad thing I can say about this shop. They take the time to tell you exactly what the problem is and they will try to do it as efficiently and cheaply (not material wise, I mean cost wise) as possible. Their shop rates are pretty standard but they will try to repair something before making you pay for a whole new part that you may not need. In my case, it was a fuel line. Instead of making me pay $75 for a fuel line, they simply crimped the one I had with a special tool and only charged me some labor. Saved me a chunk of change. Also, when my heat shield fell off my car and was dragging, they just tacked it back in place instead of making me pay out the butt for a new one and labor. It ended up costing me $22 to fix it. Overall, these guys are great and will serve you as best they can. They even told me a few things that I could fix myself instead of paying them to do it. Great shop, great mechanics, and great service. Would recommend to anyone in the metro area.

My truck engine light was on. I called the dealer and asked about the price for just to check the engine light and they told me it would be $132. I came to M&M Automotive they scanned it and reset my truck and didnt even charge me for it!! I bring my truck here whenever there is a problem and they are awesome. They even helped with carseat when I dropped my truck off and had to use the shops car for a day.

Went to M & M for the first time today, and I know this is going to be my new shop for my car. These guys were super helpful, honest, and they obviously know what they are doing. I came here for a second opinion as my previous shop quoted me $1,500 to replace a knuckle (which seemed odd to me as a knuckle is a rare repair). M&M looked everything over and explained that there is no safety or mechanical threat to the vehicle. Ken and Aaron are so great! They explain everything to me and answer every question I have without ever acting like any question is unnecessary or stupid. They give me a heads up if they see something that should be worked on in the near future. They might not be the cheapest game in town but they are without a doubt the best and the most honest. Weve taken multiple vehicles to m&m auto and things started out well. However lately there have been 2 occasions where we took a vehicle to them for a specific problem. We received a call with a recommendation and quote to fix the problem. We went forward with the repairs and got a call saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up, picked up the vehicle and the symptoms were still there.--- update----I worked with m&m to diagnose and repair the issue, the new repair was $450 or $700 depending on which option we went with. we ended up going with the more thorough $700 option. Our windshield got cracked while it was there and m&m replaced it for no charge which was nice.thanks

Took my car in for an alignment. Got the car back with the ashtray opened. I always leave it closed. Asked the guy at the front desk why anyone had any reason to open it and he gave me all sorts of excuses. Maybe it got opened while shifting gears, clipboard mightve opened it, etc. I asked for him to show me how because if it can be opened like that, I want to learn that technique. Long story short, ashtray was closed when I brought car in, and came back to me opened. I have loose change in there and dont know if anything was taken. I feel my privacy has been violated and sorry just doesnt do any justice. Very disappointing visit.

Brought my 2011 Mazda in to get an estimate for some issues, originally thought it might be an alignment problem, my tires were wearing funny, and tire store told me that I should probably have that figured out before ruining another pair of tires.I spoke to Aaron, the service manager, told him what I was told and they brought in. While I waited, I walked next door to the Maple Tavern for lunch, excellent wings!Finished, walked next door, Aaron had some pleasant news for me. He said alignment was almost perfect. Aaron said they COULDNT find anything to charge me for or recommend that I have done. I couldnt believe my ears, an automotive place couldnt find anything to charge me for. A business that takes advantage of the general public daily, COULDNT find anything to charge for me. Too good to be true, right?I left knowing I had a second opinion the next day. I went to a corporate automotive location in Maple Grove. Sat for an hour & then I got the news. They FOUND $1,500 of work that needed to be done. I got the estimate & drove back to Aaron. Aaron shook his head & said I totally disagree! I was under your vehicle. Nothing needs work at this time.Needless to say, I wont be going back to the corporate automotive place & you can bet that Ive told this example to everyone that would listen.Needless to say, Aaron earned a new customer & some extra press from me.

The first time I brought my vehicle here after moving into the neighborhood, Ken pulled out what looked like a golf club with a mirror on it, and stuck it in my engine and SHOWED me what was wrong, explained why it was important to fix, and in what order. I have never experienced honesty like that in the car repair biz and have been bringing my vehicle here ever since.
