This review is solely based on the drive up experience. This store is by far the worst when it comes to drive up consistency. Once again I waited for over 10 minutes for my order to come out, as I watch other cars come and go. This usually happens every other drive up order. I don’t have these issues at other target stores.

This target used to be top notch. Everything clean and well stocked. Last couple of months empty shelves and never fully stocked on anything. Even on a week day or eve. Been to other target stores and Walmarts and they are for the most part fully stocked whenever you go there no matter day or time.Hope the Maple Grove Target can someday get back to what they used to be....

Helpful employees and my red card and Circle. You have great ways to save me money. I live closer to Walmart but have shopped at Target my whole life. Target is the best!

My favorite Target in the area!! The deli subs are the best & they actually cut the cheese on their subs unlike the Rogers Target. The employees are always welcoming & the atmosphere is just very enjoyable.

Attesting that drive up orders are complete, while missing ~50% of the actual order (not providing that that they are out of stock, youre charged anyways). This level of negligence is unacceptable.

So convenient! No minimum purchase necessary like some other stores do. Helpful and friendly associates. I love it!

Very rude employee refused to look in the back room for a item “she” claimed to be online only. It was on the Target website so I know they have it. Will not come here again, thanks to the apparent vampire they hired.

Nicely laid out and clean store. A staff person greeted me and offered assistance almost immediately. Like that there is a minute clinic here and of course, Starbucks. (Nice they have carts with cup holders!). I noticed a lot of sale items in the grocery area so I think prices are fairly competitive compared to other retailers. They seem to have a lot of healthier options to choose from as well. I didn’t give 5 stars mostly because the check out person was not very friendly and seemed more perky when chatting with her co-worker than with me. Stores should realize the customer’s last point of contact is the one they leave with.

I moved near this target in March, Im finally getting used to this one. If you live target you probably can understand why Im saying that. But now that Im used to the layout I love it. Wish they had better clearance deals but its target Ill love it no matter what! Nice staff clean store!

Overall experience was good. The letter organizing was a little confusing(because it was my first time there) but I was able to get guidance from an associate in a grey jacket with an amazing work attitude.Cashier got upset when I asked for a deal that Target was running that was in-store rather than a Target Circle offer or Weekly Ad deal. I wanted to use some gift cards I got so cashier was helping me out. The cashier also kept insisting that I redo something (click save on my gift card to use it)that I already did three times and even showed him of me redoing it. Another associate (the same one in grey with the long hair, sadly I didn’t get his name) came to help the transaction.Coupons and in-store deals seem to be an issue with Target’s cashiers. I went to Brooklyn Park’s Target yesterday and the cashier also got upset because she didn’t understand about the deal Target was running.

Shelf’s are well stocked, there are always plenty of self checkout lanes available, and if you need a cashier I am usually helped promptly.

The last two times that I have gone in to pick up an order, I have had to stand around and wait for the ladies to see me. Its like a high school gathering of girls all chatting and not paying attention to customers. Both times I have been standing right in front of them waiting to be helped while they gab away. Comes off as rude and unorganized. I understand enjoying your co-workers, but its horrible customer service.

Target is the classy Walmart. Instead of being messy and crowded its clean and......well still crowded at times but tolerable!

I love Target. I just wish this one had a little more grocery selection like the Champlin location.

Target is my store of preference when shopping. It is clean and fresh with decent prices. I know where things are and get most of what I need there. I especially like the super Targets. What I do not like is the ever changing coupons such as Target Circle or the previous cart. Make shopping simple. I do not want to scan everything or bring it up on my phone -- I would still like coupons. Why cant all coupons be automatically applied?

Love this target, different from the ones in Minneapolis, they are all nicely stocked and organized, lots of clearance items and even have a mini disney section i love it!(:

Was disappointed hadto ordered online for toy today

After visiting other Targets in the area, I can say that this one is the worst by far. I asked for help while searching for an item and an employee stomped on my foot so hard it broke my toes clean off. I had to clean the toes off the floor myself. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Fast efficient service nice store

This establishment sells expired food.

I placed an order for drive up. When I got home and opened my trunk I found that a cleaner with bleach was placed inside the shopping bag with food. When I opened the bag the cleaner leaked all over the food and the shopping bag. I am disappointed with the laziness of the team member who picked my order. It would have taken them less than 30 seconds to place the cleaner in a separate bag from the food.

Very organized Target with kind staff and lots of variety of items.

Love Target. They do a lot of things right which brings me back again and again. Once in a while a hiccup will occur, most times they will make it right/ better. Just not a fan of them scanning my drivers for a simple beer purchase! Produce is more on the expensive side, so I buy elsewhere.

Found the exact bed sheets I was looking for without too much trouble, with self checkout and paying through the Target app I was in and out in 10 minutes.Even though the store was busy (weekend traffic), everything on the shelves was still organized and stocked and every team member I interacted with was super friendly and willing to help.

I love target because its quick and easy and you get whatever you want. I love to shop there with my friends and its a fun hangout place when youre bored.

Dressing rooms are closed so I didnt buy half the clothes I would have bought, half the self check outs are not open or working & I tried 2 different machines with non of them were taken my 20$ REAL bill! I went to stand in line at a check out lane and the cashier was cabbing with a customer....found a cashier open and he didnt know how to bring up a suspended transaction! I spent longer trying to give this compnay my money than I took me to go to bathroom and shop...I left my items and walked out of this poorly ran store.

My experience on this Maple Grove target store is humiliating because the manager Randy yelled at me so loud at the store his anger towards customers is beyond unimaginable what a manager should do when it comes to dealing with customers. He treated customers like savages. Randy doesn’t know how to handle customers and control his RAGE..UNPROFESSIONAL

I came here right before closing bought some stuff left i forgot a bag had to run and baking soda so i came back to self check out u think that lady cared to give me stuff tell me i left stuff no she didnt called up there when i got home cause we relized we didnt have the clothes i bought they said they would put them on hold go back today and they somehow dont know where the hell the clothes are i paid for and they said they would hold it for me maybe your cashier needed those clothes more

Fast and speedy. My drive up was timely and in great manner when I needed to get my stuff right away.

The store is extremely well managed. Aisles are easily navigated. The staff at Target are always willing to help you find things.

Called this morning to check availability of something before I head there to purchase and the operator was so friendly and went out of her way to help me locate what I am looking for. She made my day! Nice to have such friendly phone service in a time when its rare.

As a former employee of Maple Grove Target, I can honestly say that there is a reason there is a high turnover rate, and they are always hiring.Would not recommend to anyone.

SO much better than your typical target layout. It has been recently redone and everything makes WAY more sense! You can actually find what you are looking for. And while we are at it, it literally has everything! Definitely worth going out of your way for!

Items are hard to find. The isles are to narrow for one cart let alone trying to get passed another. Its impossible to navigate through clothing with out having to lift the cart over the bases of the racks. Random angles hid the coming isle, and its typically a bump or wait to continue shopping. The constant honking of horns of the pick-up customer are annoying and disruptive to shopping, and thinking what, where I might find the next thing Im looking for. Thank goodness there other stores to shop at for the same things that are close!

This location is often well stocked and not terribly busy. Friendly staff and convenient service.

Target is convenient, clean, has a good selection of goods and staff is personable. Its still the best place to get the things you need.

Poor customer service. Outright lies told to customer by a back room employee who claimed he gave me the last of the product I was looking for 2 days previous. On the contrary, the employee counted out 10 out of box in a large case of the product, handed those 10 to me, then proceeded to return the large case to the back room. The computer indicated there was stock in the store. The employees claimed they could not find any. They didnt try very hard and accepted the lies of the back room employee as to my transaction of 2 days before. I dont think calling the customer I liar is good policy. Especially when i know what really happened.

Everyone is so helpful at Target. I was asked by at least two Target employees whether I needed any help and if I was finding everything I needed. I also love that I never have to wait in line, more than a person or two, to check out! The store is also very clean!

Target is a great place to go and customer service is always great. My only suggestion is their cashiers need to improve their speed. It seems things are getting slower. Things in 2017 should be getting faster, not slower.

I love how easy it was to walk in, confirm my info, get my bags and head back out.

While walking around the store I saw and overheard several employees asking customers how they could help them. I had an order pick up and it went seemlessly. Both employees that helped me went above and beyond with customer service! I was reminded why I love Target so much! Thanks Target!!!

Serving fresh, quality food. Second visit was consistent in taste, quality of food, and preparation. Very impressive. Quality and consistency is hard to find. We watched different entrees delivered all looking high quality, home cooked, not processed food. Staff very good, attentive. Outdoor seating and indoor very nice. Enjoyed both of our visits. Will be back lots. Not many restaurants west of Rogers. So happy to have found Maynards as we are new to the area.

Not the biggest Target (no grocery section) but the location is convenient and they have self-checkout so I dont get overcharged (amazing how they never make financial errors in the customers favor)

I love Target, but this store is off. Employees are snooty and management doesnt seem to care. I stop here when Im in the neighborhood but much prefer the other locations in the area. The best thing theyve got? The little phone and drink holders on the carts.

I had a good experience at target in maple grove. It was clean, found what I was looking for and staff was friendly. I gave 4 stars bec I purchased a kids top that was marked 20% off but price wasn’t automatically reduced at the register. I didn’t notice until I got home, I called the store but was told I have to go back for the credit. With all of the snowing in Minneapolis, that’s very inconvenient. Prices should be reduced at the register, I shouldn’t have to double check that they are.

Highly remarkable service in household appliances and electronics. Very much appreciated and way better than Best Buy.

Average Target experience, can get really crowded during peak weekend shopping. Stock is generally good and staff always try and help. The new self checkout system is a let down; it seems to always be acting up and the layout of the checkout area creates avoidable congestion.

I like this store but today marks the 3rd time I have waited for 10 minutes outside the FAMILY restroom with kids needing to go potty and a baby needing a diaper to have 1 single employee walk out several minutes later while Im waiting there with kids.Tell them to use the other restroom!!! Very frusterating!
