I have been working with Hannah at the Maple Grove MN Ethan Allen location since last spring on purchases of furniture for our new home. It has been an extremely positive experience, Hannah has provided great feedback and helped me make all of my decisions. They are storing all my furniture until our new house is done this fall and delivering it to our home, which is 3 hours away for $99. I highly recommend if you are in the need of new furniture!

Rachel Bokelmann is absolutely the best designer I have ever worked with! She really listened and understood the oveall aesthetic I was hoping to achieve and offered fabulous choices and insights. Plus she took into consideration my need to have a dog-friendly family room, my budget, countless questions and the many times I changed my mind. And even with these issues and constraints, I cant imagine a more perfectly beautiful family room for me and my family! Thank you Rachel for providing exceptional professionalism and making the entire process fun!!

I have always loved Ethan Allen furniture but lack a design eye. Hannah Hendrick at the Maple Grove store was amazing. She really got my aesthetic and we worked together to furnish two living rooms and the kitchen. I got me furniture yesterday and I cant stop moving from couch to couch, its all so comfortable! Very pleased with the design, delivery, and quality. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience working with Rachel to design draperies for a few areas in our house. The service from start to finish was top notch. One of the things I loved most about the experience was how she allowed me to have as much input into the process as I wanted, showing me different options and patiently walking me through several design concepts. Her design expertise, product knowledge and customer service were all fabulous and I love the new rooms she helped me create in my new home. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and Jennifer Darnell was fantastic! She didnt waste my time with suggestions of other types of sofas. She went along with my dream of matching blue velvet loveseats and helped us choose the most beautiful stains for the feet and the furniture tacks too. She communicated with me the entire time from ordering to setting up the delivery dates too. The entire process took about 6 weeks. The delivery was a breeze and the two delivery guys were professional, clean, quick and ON TIME! The construction of the pieces are remarkable, I feel like they will last 50 years! I couldnt be happier with a product, company or the customer service!

Ethan Allen has provided excellent service to us. From the Designer in the Design Center to the Delivery folks. We have been very pleased. In addition, their product is outstanding. We have couches and chairs in our family room that have been used extensively for 8 years and they still look new, their cushions stand up like no other furniture we have ever owned.

I visited the Ethan Allen Store in mid-December and was greeted at the door by Rachel Bokelmann, a store designer. I am delighted to say with her guidance and expertise we are enjoying our Oxford Sofa that was delivered at the end of February. From start to finish this was a seamless process of excellent service, follow-up and delivery.

Jennifer was great to work with! We love our new bed and the men who delivered it and set it up were awesome! We will definitely be back to look for dining room furniture soon!

Our experiences with Ethan Allen and our designer keep us coming back! We have been working with designers at the Maple Grove location for over nine years now. I have been so pleased with the furniture, the design process, and the delivery service (we live outside of the metro). The quality of the pieces we have purchased is undeniable.

Designer was great. Dining table arrived improperly assembled. Store will not accept a return even though they did not assemble the product correctly. They will attempt a repair. I did NOT pay $2000 for a refurbished dining set (they would literally have to rip the tabletop apart to try to assemble it properly). This was a month ago since I filled my complained. I have yet to hear from their repair department despite multiple inquiries. It’s too late to file a chargeback with the credit card company. Considering legal action. They have nice furniture, but customer service is non-existent after the sale. Take your business elsewhere...Edit: The store owner did take down this same review on their FB page in under 20 minutes on a Sunday morning! But they won’t return a phone call after several weeks?!?!?! Yeah, steer clear of this store!

I would not recommend Ethan Allen for purchases. I ordered a table that finally came three months after I was told to expect it (ordered it in November, told to expect it in January, finally came in April). I only got updates on the status of my order when I called them, and each time I called they told me it would just be another week or two. I have finally received the table, and it came damaged with a very noticeable scratch on the side. It has been ten days, and I am still waiting for follow up from their customer service about this. They act very flippant with customers who spend thousands of dollars.

Just brought a house looking for furniture.

My experience with this store is very bad. Realized that the items that you buy from the floor is called custom orders and you cannot return it. If for any reason you change your mind they will say it is non returnable. After spending so much money it makes me sad that I just have to live with it for the rest of my life even if I dont like it. They should put NON RETURNABLE SIGN as almost everything in the store is custom and non returnable.Again I think the designer and store manager decides the policies. Looks like they do not have standard corporate policies. Even if they have they can absolutely tweak it according to their wish and say it is non returnable.Very expensive for the quality they provide and very bad customer service. No response for days.Experienced issues with their card services.statements are wrong and doesnt include any details. Statement, Order forms and delivery forms do not match. Overall I feel like I was cheated.Please do not buy from this store. There are lot of other stores around the area with great customer service and much cheaper prices.Only thing I liked is their delivery service.Delivery team is very sweat.

I had a great experience with designer Hannah. She helped me furnish my new home. She is a talented decorator who worked to understand my taste and style; she really knew the inventory. She did an excellent job sketching out the rooms so I could visualize the end result. She also kept us up to date on delivery. Such beautiful quality furniture. Hannah was wonderful to work with!!

We have a house full of Ethan Allen furniture, have been a customer for years. When we were ready to update several rooms, Jennifer D. in the Maple Grove, MN store worked with us and helped us achieve just the style and look we envisioned. She is an awesome designer, and she knows the Ethan Allen product lines inside and out. She put together pictures and fabrics and renderings to help us make our final choices. I highly recommend Ethan Allen and Jennifer D.

The delivery people were excellent! They came in right on time, removed packaging in the van and carried in each item carefully, no packaging or mass inside the home. It was one of the coldest days in MN, yet they were very friendly and courteous, removed their shoes every time they entered the house. I am very impressed. Excellent job!

We worked with Jennifer Darnell to help us redecorate our family room and the end result was stunning. Jennifer is so nice, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She totally listened to us and really knew our needs and desires for the room. The transformation was amazing! The room seems so much bigger all due to the openness of the furniture and fabric selections. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and will definitely want her to assist us with future projects.

Just bought all new living room furniture from Ethan Allen. Designer Hannah was great to work with and chose some pieces that I may have not considered. Everything turned out spectacular and fits my new space perfectly. My previous LR furniture was purchased from EA as well; still looks wonderful after 15 years and has now moved to my family room. I have never been disappointed in the quality or service and would highly recommend Ethan Allen.

The complimentary design service is exceptional, and the furniture is beautiful and top quality. As we furnished our new home we kept coming back to Ethan Allen and Hannah, their talented interior designer, because she was able to show us lovely options that we knew would work together. Stop in for inspiration, but ask for help, and you will be amazed at how various woods, finishes, fabrics, etc. can be used to solve your need.

But I heard nothing in the 14 weeks I waited for my furniture to arrive, her estimation dates of delivery were weeks off and I always had to contact the store to get any updates once my delivery dates passed... My furniture is stunning but man the process of getting it home almost wasnt worth it 😩

We have never been disappointed with the quality of Ethan Allen furniture, but Jennifer made our experience outstanding! She made several house visits to our old and new homes and graciously listened to us and worked with us to discover the look we wanted. She then created a functional and beautiful floor plan, incorporating furniture from our old home with the new pieces to create a fresh, casual, and still us new home. After a major remodel and addition we requested Rachel Bokelmann as our designer because of her attentiveness with a small project. Rachel exceeded our expectations with both! Our goals were so nailed that guests have even stated them in their compliments, ie “You have some really great conversational areas in your home!” Rachel enjoyed problem solving the unique challenges that our addition created. And the results are breathtakinginly beautiful! We love our sanctuary and home! We highly recommend Rachel Bokelmann!!!

A very small selection of expensive furniture. The quality seems to be there. The staff seems nice enough. The brand has been around for a very long time. I wish them luck in the foreseeable future.
