My sales person took his time to be sure I understood the differences between the 3 basic bed types and I was able to lay on each and see how I liked the bed. It was really helpful to narrow down what style of bed I liked best. There was no hurrying me or pushing me into a decision. He helped to educate me on the beds and it that helped to narrow down my choice. Great consumer experience!!

I have been thinking about and looking for new living room furniture, particularly comfy chairs. I looked and tried out numerous chairs and recliners and found exactly what I was looking for, including the perfect upholstery to match my home. I know I will have to wait for it but it will be worth it!

My hubby and I went to Slumberland looking for a new mattress. We let Ali, our salesman, know what issues we were experiencing (a sore hip and a sore lower back). He listened and showed us a few options. As we tried mattresses, he listened to our feedback and he helped us find the perfect choice! Typically we find ourselves wanting the most expensive option, and we were surprised that we found something very reasonable. Ali was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He gave us space to compare and make our decision. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes too!

Very helpful staff sales person. Steven went the extra mile to secure a clearance item that we needed four of from each of four locations. He also resolved an issue that I had with a mattress that I bought there probably 10 years ago. Thank you for your help. We are happy customers today.

I went in having a certain expectation, I purchased a table and a sofa. The table was in stock and was delivered the week after. Which was amazing! The sofa was not in stock and I was told it would be in by 6/20, later was told that it’ll be well in to July. Currently in any market there’s shortages, so I completely understand. I decided to cancel the order today and the person I spoke to on the fun was very pleasant and understood that waiting just did not match with my my time frame. Overall I would go back again.

I seen a add for power recliner and stopped in and talked to one of the salesmen and mentioned the Ad in the flyer and we went and looked it up and checked it out and sat in it nice and plush and power work nice and fast and very comfortable!😉 The only thing it wasnt there in stock but will be in store by the 16 of Sept so that works!🤔😉👍

I was very pleased with our salesman Steve. He wasnt hovering over us and just let us know he was available if needed. We bought 2 recliners,which were already reasonably priced and we were able to get them at a lower price. He wasnt trying to talk us into upgrading or purchasing things we didnt need. The service was excellent and the pricing was unbeatable. I would highly recommend Slumberland.

Steve was very informative and let us take our time viewing the nice selection of sofas they had. Fortunately able to get sofa within six weeks which is short delivery time in today’s environment.

I went in with certain pieces that I picked out ahead of time on-line, but wanted to see in person before I ordered. Sean my Salesperson, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the various pieces I was interested in. He was honest about a piece that had an extended wait time and I was able to use that information to make a better choice for a piece that would come in a more timely fashion, as I didn’t want to wait. Love the Option of spending $99 for my entire order to be set-up as well at the time of delivery. The transaction was easy, fast and I walked out feeling very good about my choices. Went in with my wife, we were greeted immediately buy Dylan who said that hes gonna be over at the desk if we have questions. I really appreciate the zero pressure approach. When we had questions, he was very informative and knowledgeable. No gimmicky sales tactics, didnt follow us around the store, and they had what we want in stock at the warehouse so we didnt have to wait 6 months!

My husband and I went in knowing we wanted a new mattress. We sought out a salesman and he directed us to the proper area. We identified the brand we wanted. He explained the differences, but always walked away to let us talk and make our own decisions. We ended up buying a more expensive mattress than we planned, but that was due to our realizing it was more comfortable. He also alerted us that a sale was coming, so we were able to pre-order, and finalize the sale once the discount was announced. It was a quick, no pressure, customer oriented experience.

The salesman was unaware of a a special that had just finished on Saturday or Sunday. I felt that he sensed we kicking tires and didn’t try to find the last flyer. I found the ad on-line. He left his card & strolled off. We found the set using the old flyer but by that time he was back at the counter. We had much better service by the Brainerd Or Baxter Slumberland. The had a chair my wife liked on the showroom. Unfortunately it was out of stock. They called the Maple Grove store and we ordered and had it shipped to our house.

I ordered a new Lazy Boy recliner from Slumberland during the recent Presidents’ Day sale at a very attractive price. I made arrangements for doorstep delivery. It took less than four weeks for the chair to be manufactured. I received two interim notifications from Slumberland to assure me that the order was in process. They called me to schedule delivery. The delivery service contacted me on delivery day to confirm the schedule. The chair arrived as ordered and scheduled with no fuss or bother. I am truly delighted with the product and the service. The best. I went in to the store picked out what I wanted and it was delivered and set up for me within a week. And the delivery went very smooth. I live on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator. The delivery men were the best and set it all up for me with no problems at all. Definitely recommend.

I have had rather good experiences with Slumberland in the past so I went to the Maple Grove location because of its large selection. Salesman Kevin helped me with my needs today, a bedroom set. He gave me adequate space and time for me to find something I was interested in. I found a set, and Kevin was very professional in setting everything up. The entire process went very easy. My only question was it’s going to take a month to get it sent and delivered to my apartment. That surprised me a little but if it’s not longer than that it will be ok. I give my Slumberland experience is an 8 out of 10. If the delivery was quicker it would have been a 10. 😀👍

A nice store, we’ve shopped there before. Service is good, furniture is nice. However, when we were ready to check out, we saw the display of the My Pillow guy. Going forward, we will take the fact that his pillows are on display at this store the next time we shop for furniture .We don’t support companies that support those who foment insurrection to our country.

We came in to Slumberland looking for a small accent chair. We were approached soon after entering by sales person Kevin Giziewski who was helpful but in no way pushy or intrusive. After asking what we were looking for, he explained the options and sale prices and then left us to browse. When we had questions he was polite and helpful. We appreciated his relaxed approach which gave us space to make decisions about what we wanted. In the end we found a great deal on 2 chairs and purchased them. It was a very good experience overall. I would shop at the Maple Grove Slumberland again.

I went into Slumberland kind of having an idea of what I was looking for. I was not immediately ambushed by salesmen (which is actually very nice). After I spent about 10-15 minutes looking at sectionals, a very nice salesman approached me, but didn’t put any pressure on me at all! He showed me a few options, let me look around some more, and then when I was confident I had found the couch I wanted, he came back over, and walked me through the sales process, and all of my options. Overall the best experience II’ve had while shopping for furniture! I’ve already recommended the salesman to a few friends:)

Nice store, good selection, but ended up purchasing our bed at HOM. Homs selection was even larger then Slumberland, with a wider price range, and unlike Slumberland, we were given large paper sheets to lie on when testing beds.

This is a decent furniture store. Pretty good selection. Fair shipping times.I have had good encounters with the sales folks here and one not so good encounter. I really think that a good sales force at a furniture store such as this is one of the most important factors.Ive been here a few times recently. Twice I worked at the same sales guy who I got along with great. He left me alone when I wanted to be left alone and he was there for questions when I had them. He was not pushy, and he appreciated that I just wanted to be left alone. It worked great. I bought three items from him.The other time I was there, a different sales guy came up to me and would not leave me alone. He kept thinking that I must have some questions. He wouldnt believe me when I said no I just want to look. Ultimately, it caused me to leave and not buy anything when he was there.

I went to Slumberland looking for a sofa, and lazy boy rocker/recliner. I was helped within a few minutes of being there. Salesperson was pleasant, and attentive and listened to my needs. I bought a sofa, and rocker recliner in less then 40 minutes I was out of there. I was happy with their service and prices.
