Bought all of my equipment from here. Canon 6D, 16-35mm L lens, 24-70mm L lens, travel bag, and more. The staff is knowledgable, pleasant to work with and always helpful. Would recommend you check this out if youre shopping for camera gear.

I visited the Roseville, Edina, and Maple Grove stores. All had knowledgeable staff, but I found Maple Grove had the best service. I originally purchased a D3100 at Best Buy because it was on sale (not knowing it was the same price at NC) I took a few pictures and was not happy so I went to NC to see if I was being too picky or some...thing was wrong. I was never pressured into buying something better (which I expected to be). They took ~2hrs of their time to understand what I was complaining about and diagnosing the issue. After they printed out 3 pictures that they paid for $16.00 value they (Jenna) determined my lens was back focusing (defective) They let me try out a new camera before buying it this time and it corrected all my issues! I talked to another worker first that tried to help but when he realized he couldnt diagnose it he had Jenna take a look. For their time looking at my problem. I am taking my time to give this feedback. Thanks so much :)

Went to buy a tripod and was asked once if I needed help, then when I was ready to checkout I was ignored by the entire staff while standing right in front of the counter, they were all 2 feet away giggling and laughing with each other, then someone made a comment about losing commission when finally a lady (who was not friendly) came over. I was displeased with the tripod and upon returning it I had the same angry lady, she wouldnt give me a refund in cash and had such an attitude while she sarcastically explained that I had to wait for a check to come in the mail for the refund. I was on a trip and only had limited cash and now was short $80. I will never take my business here again. Do Not Recommend.

I went to National Camera because I knew the staff would be very knowledgeable, more so than Best Buy. I was debating between 2 D-SLRS and received great information and service in selecting the right one for me. It was great to work with specialists, not just an employee.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they work together if someone doesnt know something.Overall a good shopping experience.
