I was in recently to purchase balloons for my son’s birthday. Karen was very helpful and pleasant to work with. In fact when I came back to pick up my order, although the other employees didn’t bother to ask if I needed help as I stood waiting. Karen saw me and told me my order was ready and handed it to me. She has amazing customer service skills.

Large selection of party supplies. They have stuff for every type of occasion. Worth going. Loved it.

Staff was very nice and today each kid got a free balloon, and got to pick out what color they want. Just wondered why the Halloween costumes were not full or if it was too early for them to put them out.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give itZero stars I would. Had no employees helping on the floor for me to find stuff. Then when I did find it and went to check out there was a long line and one employee scanning. The employee was taking a very long time to scan less than 10 items. And I counted 4 to 5 employees blowing up balloons and not helping with the line. None of them would answer any questions saying that they were busy even though they were just blowing up balloons. I waited in line so long I had to walk out. Utterly ridiculous.

Waited an hour for 7 balloons to be blown up, the cashiers kept ringing people up that were behind us instead of fulfilling our simple order.

I am a Party City fan in general and my most recent visit did not disappoint. I had contemplated making Cat in the Hat hats for my elementary children Read Across America dress up day; but why spend money on supplies, and still have to make them, when I could just go to Party City (offers curbside pick-up) ? Note for next year, they had 100 days of school items too. Thanks Party City for keeping us in season!

They were swamped with orders today and trying their hardest and fastest to get everything done. Even with crabby customers they were very nice! Thank you party city. :)

Party City will sell you a helium tank but wont take responsibility for helping you dispose of it properly (or find a place to dispose of it). So youre just stuck with the tank unless you want to illegally dump it.Party City includes a reassuring recycle your tanks at curbside or at a drop-off location note. But that isnt true here- Neither the city nor the county waste and recycling center will accept helium tanks (possibility of exploding). And Party City wont take the tanks back themselves.Its super irresponsible Party City will sell you a product that you have no way of disposed correctly locally.A fix would be if the company did a bit of Googling and informed customers what actual local options they have for disposing of tanks properly. Instead of the feel-good recycle it thats not true.

Got some quick supplies for a birthday party. They filled my balloons while I paid, very nice staff. The lady who filled the balloons was super friendly and took great care to arrange the balloons just right. Thank you!

I found just what I needed, the employees were pleasant, quick to ask if I needed any assistance, and were able to help me locate all the items I was looking for. It was a very quick and easy trip thanks to their service.

Hardly any costumes and there were a few employees that were very rude! I would rather drive to a further location and try my luck there honestly!.

Supervisor very nice and helping looking for super bowl items. She was knowledgeable about in and out of stock products and when to expect them in. Store is fully stocked though.

HORRIBLE curbside pickup. Waited 25 min for 30$ order. Assistant manager brought it out, no explanation or apology. Also, I wonder how often they drug test here. I will simply shop for these things online from now on, as this was a waste of time.

I would have given it a 4 however there was customer service assistance that just stand at Register not open nor helping any customers just standing and staring into outer space I asked her she was open and replied nope and then right back to outer space the bad part was the line was to the back wall of the store

Fairly quick service, even though they were quite busy. I decided last minute to get balloons for a 50th birthday gathering & they helped me pick them out, get them filled & out the door.

Whats all the graduations in the parties and things going on we went here to get my granddaughter balloons for her graduation party which we had and everybody wear their mask and gloves and we stayed away from each other we had a blast thanks Party City you guys made it well worth the day the balloons were beautiful and we had a fun day thanks for your service awesome people

Not too many places like it in the area makes it nice to have for kids parties. Some items overpriced. Lots of things for all types of parties but sometimes out of essentials our really low counts on themed plates. Excellent balloon selection and friendly staff. Great candy selection for grab bags but would be nice to see some more sugar free items.

Tracy from MG Party City was sooo helpful! We walked in and she greeted us right away with an amazing helpful attitude! She lead us to exactly what we were looking for and even compared a couple options for us, gave us suggestions and completed our visit with checking us out and wishing us a great rest of our day!! She goes above and beyond! Deserves a raise!

Helpful staff and tons of party supplies.

The staff member help was priceless because i needed lots of assistance for a graduation party.They helped keep me in my budget and of course have all sorts of balloons and gifts that would have killed my budget.In the end, the party was a success because guests noticed the ballon arrangements around the house and yard and the specific colored coated candy that matched the school colors.

Fun place. Lots of balloon and balloon types if you need them. Nice staff.

A good selection of party gear at fair prices. I avoid going here though because the wait at checkout is always excruciating. I have been maybe ten times in the last 12 months and never waited less than 20 minutes to get rung up.

Very clean, well organized. Employees were helpful. Great vatiety of different themes, occasions, and holidays. If there isnt a sale for the decorations they can be expensive compared to local department store.

I will never come to this location again the staff don’t really seem like they want to be there And we’re not very helpful at all I came here at 8am and spent over a $130 on balloons and candy for my daughters party, and then when I bought the ballon weight holders the staff did not tie my balloons around them I also bought balloons bags only for them not to be tied correctly and for me to have to turn back around and walk back in the store because all my balloons came out of the bag and were blowing like crazy with the wind. The customer service given was not good at all I will be going to northeast location from now on.

The staff are rude. I went in for my daughters birthday. I was looking at some balloon. I asked for 2 of the number 1 in gold, but I dont want air in the balloons. The cashier was rude to me and talked to me l like I am dumb. The cashier gave me the wrong numbers that i asked for, which cause me to go to a different Party City for exchange. I will never go back to this party city. Also, I see how they treat other customers, which is really rude!!! They need to reeducated on how to do their customers service.

Bought party favors that fell apart as I took then out of the bag. Manager tells me I can’t return them because they have been opened. Duh, how am I going to know they’re garbage unless I open them. You no longer have my business. Want to save $3 party city? You just lost hundreds. With those business practices you’ll lose your store fronts just like a lot of other brick and mortars.

Very pricey for what you get. Online prices are cheaper than in store. Buy online pick up in store does not accurately reflect their inventory amounts, prices, or even the same items. Bought helium balloons that deflated in less than 24 hours!!

Expensive. Decent staff but not overly helpful. Of course, if you need party supplies they will almost certainly have what you need. But I’m the future, assuming I’m not on a short timeline, I will probably just find what I need on Amazon and avoid the major markups.

Manager treated his employee very poorly and was being condescending towards her in front of customers. Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there and one being particularly agitated with his job. Return policy was not clearly stated with the item I purchased. Supposedly all “fiesta” items are considered cinco de mayo holiday special even though it wasn’t apparent. Overall experience and vibe was horrible. I would not return, at least not to this location.

My family and i took my little sister’s ballon there that had deflated and we wanted helium in there. Instead, they put regular air. The employees there said that it’ll last until 8-10 hours, but it didn’t even stay up. My mom had to pay first to get the balloon filled up. They also said that there was no guarantee that it will stay up. Why didn’t y’all say that before we got the balloon filled up? The girl that also filled it up had no idea what to do. What a rip off! Terrible employees. Ruined my sister’s birthday gift! Thanks a lot.

Staff was very helpful, although they do not carry many bachelorette decorations.Also they have all the balloons on display even though some are sold out or not sold there anymore. I asked the lady why it was still on the wall and she said they keep the display up all the time. This makes no sense to me. They should at least put a “sold out” sign on the ones they don’t have in stock.Also their prices to inflate a balloon you bought somewhere else is outrageous..I saw a lady pay $15 to inflate a balloon for her son. Also they won’t guarantee a balloon you bring in yourself. I can’t imagine spending copious amounts of money on a balloon I bought somewhere else, then spending another $15 just to get it inflated and have them pop it and lose out on all that money...ridiculousAlso after they inflate your balloons of course you want a bag to take them home in and they will charge you another 50 cents just for the bag. Like wow they will do anything to get a buck!!

I just went there this afternoon to buy my daughter’s birthday decorations...... got very annoyed. Can the employees remember who they talked too? Every 2 mins they came up to me and ask if I needed help. If I needed help, I would go find you. I’m just here to get my daughter birthday decorations and leave. It’s not that hard to find things in this store.

I found items here to be okay however staff helpfulness, attitudes and lack of sales render this place a last resort.

It was excruciating to listen to the manager talk shop with an employee while I waited for balloons to be filled. Like 20 minutes I listened to this. The employee stayed silent and did his job but, boy, thats pretty unprofessional. Considering, the things being said did not give me confidence in this business.

Most of staff was very friendly minus a lady who was rude when I told her I hadnt heard of mylar air balloons. The store had more theme ideas for birthday parties and baby showers than you could possibly want. They also have an area broken down by specific colors if your need is to coordinate colors. They have an amazing selection of mylar balloons in different sizes, shapes, colors, and different events. Unfortunately I was told they cannot always inflate all of them. On the day I went the they would only sell standard round mylar balloons. Store want clean but it wasnt filthy either.

The store manager refused to match their own online prices. I could pay $16 more in store to have the same items shipped to me for free from the party city website. What a joke.
