What a beautiful store! The workers are super nice and very willing to help you but they will leave you alone, two if you say you’re just browsing. This place tends to be very expensive but they have a very high-quality stuff. Also, if you have a soda stream, they refill the bottles or exchange them here. Five stars!

I mean, it was exactly what youd expect so thats good I guess. A couple of middle aged women lounging on some in store furniture yapping on their phones and a bunch of holiday stuff. Idk, I was just trying to kill some time. It worked perfectly.

Love Williams Sonoma! Shop online mostly because I live in small town, NE. My brother lives in Maple Grove so whenever I visit I try to pop into the Maple Grove or Galleria store, both are so lovely and the service at the Maple Grove store is exceptional! 😊

I returned some items that were purchased online for a Christmas gift. The items had not been opened and I had a receipt for all items. I must have stood at the counter for 45 minutes to return 3 items. They do not know how to return their own times when purchased online. I received the worst customer service from one of the customer service persons. She was almost yelling at me, trying to make me understand why the price I am receiving is different than the price on my packing slip. I am not sure if I received the correct price paid, but I am relieved to be away from the awful treatment. I would not recommend shopping at this store. They definitely do not understand that the customer is keeping them employed. I would shop at Sur La Table in the future.

Sales people are generally friendly and helpful, the free samples are always fun. The only thing I wished Williams-Sonoma carried is Baratza espresso equipment.

DO NOT use Williams Sonoma for gift registry. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I had so many problems. Called the registry number multiple times and no one ever had a clue what was going on. I have gotten shipped wrong items, items with covers that dont close or fit right, I had to return two gifts both of which they gave a credit to the person who gave me the gift instead of sending me the gift card as promised. Which is embarrassing because then the guest knows I returned their gift...Gift messages we cut off and not readable. Seriously everything was a disaster. It is not worth the hassle. Pick a registry somewhere else....

Every time Im there, I have a great experience. Almost all of my kitchen items come from the MG store. I can almost always find what I need or find something new to try.

I was in the store on Sat 11/1/14 to buy Marschino cherries. The clerk sold me cherry jam there were about five jars left on the shelf. The following Monday I went back to buy the cherries I called ahead of time to ask them to save a jar of cherries for me. The clerk first told me they didnt carry them. I told her exactly were to look and she found them. I went into the store and purchased the cherries. There were two jars of cherries left.and three jars of jam. I went back to the store on Friday 11/7/2014 to purchase more cherries. The space where the jam and cherries were was empty. I asked if they could check the back room because they had them last week. No one went to look they just told they were gone. Then the clerk went on the web site to check to see if they could order them for me. The clerk told me they dont carry them anymore. I checked the web site today Sat. They are still on the web site and I can order them. There is something very wrong at the Maple Grove, Mn Williams Sonoma Store. Very bad customer service and or clerks that dont know what the hell they carry or to even find it on their computer. Wont be going back again!

Me and my husband are multracial and were followed the WHOLE time in the store. So sad. Im not one to steal at all, dont even look like the people to steal specially the fact we both were wearing suits and I had a Michael Kors handbag in my hand. Crazy. They sell cap anyways that break easy!!! My sister was also followed along the store too awhile back.
