Terrible customer service. There was a sale online if you purchased it online and picked it up in the store. I asked if they’d honor that price and they said no. Then I asked if I could buy it online and pick it up while I was there, and they said if I did that I’d need to wait until the next day, even though I had the swimsuit in my hand. They said that is the way the system works. I bought it full price and will not return to the Maple Grove location or any PacSun for that matter.

Front desk worker was nice, i didn’t need any help because I’ve been to pacsun a few times and already know where the brandy is located.

I was so disappointed! Going into a store during a pandemic you would expect the staff to be friendly and helpful due to business being so slow. Instead there were 2 young girls working, one sitting on the counter texting and the other fixing her nails.

If I could give this store a zero I would. My 18-year-old worked here and, on December 28th, when there was massive glare ice in the Twin Cities and a no travel advisory from all police departments (salt trucks were getting in accidents, postal workers were called off, nothing was open that day etc) my son was written up because he couldn’t get down his street without spinning out. I was shocked that he even tried to go to work that day, however, the district manager and store manager threatened to fire him if he didn’t make it in. What if something happened to him because of this? He is a young, inexperienced driver like most retail store employees. Thankfully he was smart enough to go home instead of risking his safety, but they still took disciplinary action.

I visited the store today and was not moved, whatsoever! I passed two representatives on my way in, and wasnt greeted nor given the cards they passed out to everyone else. Every single representative walked passed me with no greeting nor smile. I was not offered help. I didnt feel welcomed and felt uncomfortable. I do not recommend!

The people working here are not friendly or helpful. They literally just stand at the register and stare at you. They need some actual adults working here
