Visited the Tire and Lube shop today. Clean shop, like really clean for a place that works on cars. Then I noticed that when there wasnt a task at hand the employees immediately started a cleaning task without being prompted. Teamwork was definitely a variable I saw today along with great communication which makes me confident theyre doing a better job than most.

This Walmart is not bad. The toilets are clean which surprised me. Walmart is notorious for very unclean toilets. I could use the toilets here this time. I could not find things I was looking for the last time I was here but this might be due to the pandemic affecting availability for some items.

Curbside pickup not clearly marked. Took 15 minutes of driving around the building to find it. No numbers posted in the pickup area and I had to dig it out of my phone. Once I did call, nobody answered. When I called customer service, someone picked up and immediately hung up. What should have taken 5-10 minutes ended up being the biggest waste of 40 minutes of my time

I had to use the bathroom while shopping, I have never been in such a nasty place in all my life. I get it, cleaning these bathrooms is a real nightmare. But when you only have two stalls and one looks like the picture below, something needs to be done. I had told an employee about this, however, the employee didn’t not seem like anything was going to be done about it. The store everywhere else was very clean and the shelves where neat enough and the employees where helpful in finding what I was looking for.

This place truly has it all. Lots of great deals. Cool stuff that you want, might not need it but yeah. They definitely have some cool stuff. Like this steel mug with wood print on the outside. Finished my beverage last night and left the lid cracked, when I got up in the morning there was still ice in the mug. Now that is sweet dude. Also this is a ver clean and well organized Wallmart. Thanks for doing such a great job guys.

I had made an order online for pickup. I went to pick it up. I called to let them know that I was there. After 4 other vehicles received their orders, I asked about mine. She had looked up my name and said the order would be here in 20 to 30 minutes. After an hour later I called again. I was told they werent able to find my order and was asked how to spell my name. Asking me for name at least 10 more times and after being there for over 2 hours, I told them to cancel my order and left.

It has almost everything you want including groceries, clothes, shoes, furniture, electronics, oil change, etc. It is also in the middle of other shopping centers and restaurants. In addition, they have good customer service. I shop here frequently.

Store is very nice, convenient. I was able to find everything I needed south no hassle. The manager was very pleasant to talk to And was able to help me with no problem.

This store has completely given up on supporting their pick up service. Multiple times now I have stood at package pickup for over 30 minutes and no one shows up with your order. Try calling the number posted at the pick up location, just goes to voicemail. Greeter is always helpful and calls for someone but that has not worked the past two times. Staffing is an issue for all businesses so if Walmart can not staff for online orders suspend the service versus wasting our time.

Attention, night shift people: Dont go shopping here after work around 8 am. More than a dozen employees were in a meeting near the fitting room, and I hovered between the fitting room and the huddle for around 10 minutes, hoping one of them would leave the group and open a fitting room for me. They didnt. I didnt want to be THAT person and interrupt a meeting, so I wandered and found a non-group employee who, after I asked her to page someone, said They should be done in about 5 minutes (without looking at the time, so how could she have known?). When I got back to the fitting rooms, the huddle took another few minutes to be done, and even then, five of them walked RIGHT BY ME without offering to help me (I had several items in my arms, right in front of the fitting rooms).Is it not their JOB to help customers? Very irritating.

This is a typical Walmart. I love the variety of GF items they have. I use the pick up option for groceries mostly through the app and I am happy with their service and times they have available. The times I have gone in the store, there have been little lines and quality of fresh food items has been great.

My wife and I decided to run into this Walmart on our way home from a very good and uplifting date night to pickup a new broadband router because we have been having trouble streaming the movies we love. Mind you, it was thirty minutes before closing, but we were told that we could not buy anything locked in the cases because the only person working in electronics did not have a key. We politely asked if she could call or page someone over. She said she could not do that. We could have tracked down a manager, but I thought, If they really dont want to sell me a product, I will find a store that does. Amazon never denies us a sale.

This might sound a bit odd,however this store used its time during the pandemic to make some very positive choices. The store looks better, wait times are far shorter across the board and the associates are putting forth the extra effort to insure that their customers are finding what they need and are leaving with a positive experience. Keep up the great work👍🙂

Good prices but need more organic foods.

I generally appreciate service workers who help you get your shopping done with no hassles but today, this Walmart associate was very rude and loud after I saw from my receipt that I got double charged for an item she wanted me to go to the back of the line again after waiting for over 30 minutes on line for me to be refunded for an incompetent error not of my fault.

We are not animals to put garbage stuff for us like that and should be this is organic stuff we Bay A lot money for organic stuff and they put it on sale for our kids and for us tomorrow I will make report and I will take you guys to court

Always packed, never enough lanes open plan on waiting in line atleast 5 to 10 min depending on time and usually ransacked shelves

Dont bother ordering pickup, took 30 minutes from when I got there to they brought out the groceries. Would have been faster to go in myself

This Location has to be the most unorganized bad managed one Ive ever been in. Theres always only 2 lanes open with tones of workers walking around. They direct you to self check out. If I wanted to work there Id apply. Push buttons for assistance goes unanswered for over 30 minutes each time it never fails. No one ever has a key to open locked merchandise. The younger greeters dont speak. The only greeter is the elder lady Ms Debra. This Location really needs to get things together.

Power had been out so aisles were empty and taped off. Not their fault but made for a unpleasant shopping experience. I personally felt better when masks were required.

I understand the pandemic has really put a damper on things but I cant belive how TERRIBLE this Wal-Mart has gotten. Used to be a great place when I was growing up but now I avoid it if I can.

The shelves are so low on product it was sad. I feel that is because of shipping problems that are going on right now.

Always find that the Vision Center has people that are kind and caring, my wife needed to adjust and replace a nose pad for her glasses, the young nice lady helped in a timely fashion and showed real interest in her needs....kudos to your Vision Center team....

They are always out of my size at almost all walmarts went here thinking supercenter had it. Boy was I wrong. More space same quantity

At closing time all the associates were great. Much much better then Bloomington Walmart.

I have to change my rating of this store because they had two registers running and half of the self-checkouts. The lines were incredible. The manager said he didnt have anybody else to bring up and that was it. Think carefully about going there during a time when there might be eight more shoppers.

Theyre so depressing about yourself, he went a flying JetBlue to Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, September 25th, 2021 and this morning at 7:00 am, and they reached at Kingston Norman Manley Airport there be other and a six suitcases and the three carry-on the luggage. He was a passport with my best friend, and all the three step son with my favourite food, and the buy a burger king at KIN airport departure at 12 pm in this afternoon want be there to you ourselves, next time will went by miss sister Sharons and they for being to do those things to you program on the smart TV, and you has the autistic with my step godfather, and they want be safe energy to the confused Brodie.

I shop groceries here, but not very often. Have never found a price (when shown by the product) to be LOWER at checkout, but often it is HIGHER. Check your prices when you check out. I just paid $3.97 for a 3 pound bag of gala apples that Walmart had on display in a large area with a big sign stating $3.26. Cashier would not return, would have had to walk half way across the store to get a return at customer service (Id been there earlier in the same shopping trip - long wait to get service.)

I dont know who I was talking too but who ever the lady was, was very rude when I had asked about Gameboy chargers. I understand its retro and not around as much but It was no way one should answer the phone, talk to someone who has questions, and certainly hang up the way she did. I give a 1 star because a run down restaurant would of provided me more service in person than what I had received over the phone. Recommend not calling to ask questions, just walk in and do it in person because people tend to react differently when its a face to face sort of situation.

Went to grocery pickup and call went to v-mail, tried the store number and it rang for eight minutes.Finally others cars showed up and when a person from the store came out and i let them know i was there they did go get my groceries.Tried calling the manager later in the day and was unavailable.Also the meat department does not put any date on fresh chicken.I will not be going to Walmart in the future

Busy as always but self check out was moving well. Just ran in for a few things for moving. They had exactly what I needed 😌. Really nice collapsible fabric barrel totes. Perfect!!!!!

Got in and out shelves still seem bare but itd getting better slowly.

I shop here when I need one certain salad dressing. Aside from that, not so much.

A nice, clean, well stocked Walmart - except - The aisle with mens underwear & t-shirts was a disorganized mess with few things in their place, stuff (opened packages, clothes, garbage ) on the floor, etc.Another customer asked for assistance finding what he was looking for and was told that daytime customers always tear the place up and steal stuff & it is just the way it is.... Sorry and the associate walked away without helping him, clearly not sorry at all. Another customer and I looked at each other, shrugged and he said Walmart... huh? in mutual sympathy and frustration. We both left without buying anything after that.

Went to get a cat vaccination in through the wrong door. Women at the entrance was kind enough to inform us, and give us directions. On the way out, we noticed an auto center. Got an oil change, they were really busy and still managed to quickly get us taken care of.

Shopping today for dog toys and treats, to make Christmas bags for the family dogs, mine and my sons. Shop early, as the shelf’s are becoming empty, on things I was looking for.

The steaks I bought were very fresh kind of spendy but well worth it 5 stars

Maybe it is just a mental thing but the boarded store does not give me a pleasant feel. Initial appearances play an important part on your shopping experience. Shelves were low on items I was looking for or not available at all.

Ahmed was my knight and shining armor tonight!!!! With cold weathers like this him and his team stood back late to help me with my flat tire. If it wasnt for him and his crew tonight, I wouldnt know what I would had done. He was so professional and 1000 sorries for having to have you guys work late. Takes forever to check out.They have multiple checkout counters but only a couple are open with huge lines and yet theres Walmart employees standing around talking while people wait in line to pay so they can get moving with their day

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. I’ve called numerous times to speak with someone in the automotive department no answer all day long, also the guess services workers are plain rude!! Disgusting place and disgusting workers.

Very pleasant place to shop. Cordial staff. Guests and staff respect covod-19 concerns. Easy to find items on shopping list. Even able to purchase Girl Scout cookies outside front door!

It was one of the more cleaner Walmart stores around. Stock on many items was low. Overall, it was an ok experience.

This review is specifically for Roger the person who works grocery pickup. Roger is always so nice to say hello, ask about my kiddo (who is usually watching him load up our groceries), and make sure everything is ok. He even helped correct a few errors that were missed by pickers. Hes a great employee and it kills me he could get in trouble if I tipped him. I do the Walmart reviews but hoping maybe management sees this because he is honestly stellar.

Store is OK but usually crowded and out of stock of many items. Last week I went to buy a battery for my boat. I did not think anything of it being 6:30 PM but by the time I got there it was 7:05 PM and I found that they lock up all of their batteries at 7:00 PM. I had never seen this before, they dont lock up the oil and filters at 7:00 PM when the service center closes but was told that this is standard practice. Only at this Walmart as I have bought batteries outside of service center hours many times in the past. So this low rating is based on constant stock outs and poor auto and marine battery availability.

As far as Walmarts go, this is one of the best. It is very clean and the store does an exceptional job keeping everything stocked. This location also has wide, open isles. While I do not shop here during peak times, the lines are rarely deeper than 1 or 2 people so it is easy to get in and out. The store feels safe. The parking lot is a big pain - this is my biggest complaint. The rows are mostly one-way and there are not enough entrances and exits. While I rated it 5-stars, dont expect anything too special - it is Walmart, after all - but this is definitely one of the better locations I have ever been.

Looking for 2 items in the past week. Both items were supposedly in stock according to the website. 6 different stores!! 70 miles driven and yet have not found the items, a compact car jump pack and boys snow pants. Utterly disappointed. Wont trust Walmart for anything again. Curious as to how their inventory system is so messed up. Fraud??

Alot of near empty or empty shelves. Many staple product missing. Literally found one worker on the floor to help with a question. He did not know where marbles were or if the store even stocked them and no one seemed inclined to assist him over the walkies. We wandered every aisle until we found one small bag of marbles in an otherwise empty area in toys.The layout of this WalMart is unlike any other.

Parking at this Walmart SUCKS! It may be in Maple Grove, but dont expect this location to be nice. Its super busy all the time and not always fully stocked because of it. Still, it is a Walmart. It has the cheap junk we are all pining for.

Quality control is shoddy at best but that’s just Walmart in general. It’s my local store so it may be bias but seems to be the cleanest, best kept store in the NW metro.EDIT: 2021 update. Prices are still great but last week went for my normal groceries. Strawberries and raspberries were moldy at the bottom thank God I didn’t eat them! Will be going elsewhere for produce because that was downright gross.

Store was a mess. Womens clothing was impossible. Nothing was organized. Lousy selection of shorts. Couldnt find sizes. Complete disarray. Very frustrating.

Walmart seems great, as always. They’re open 24hrs. It has parking lots that are clean, plenty of items in stock, kind of a no support” kind of place in terms of customer service. They’re a big box grocery retailer, similar to Lund’s or Cub Foods. Located near work @ the warehouse (PFGC Vistar maple grove) & home @ the house (Plymouth). Restrooms work as intended. Furniture is also sold there, like at IKEA. They are impressive with the number of clients & vendors they have - full stores. Not a terrible place!Walmart is the “top dog” of retail & is the most successful corporation on the planet. They’re cheaper than Best Buy, & don’t have the creepiness or sexual dysfunction of Target. I don’t know how they do it. Target guy is squeaking again because of the negative comments but ya you know it is true so what do ya do. I guess you might describe Walmart as a general store. Walmart staffers are sensible folks who get the job done, kind of like at Cub Foods. The Walton family controls Walmart Inc, if anyone is curious

Go to Target. Not worth the headache Im not typically a Walmart shopper but I assure you, this will be my last trip here. Im here to pick up one item, ONE. Ive been waiting for over 30 minutes along with many other angry customers. Nobody is answering the pickup ph#. Cant get a manager on the line because nobody is answering the main ph#. Any savings arent worth the headache that comes with poor customer service.

Cold - almost like their heat is broken. Blasting music. It was like a night club while shopping which is nice to jam while you push your cart, but you can’t hear the person with you. Also frozen food had holes in it. One bag of chicken strips actually had a stick hanging out of the bag!
