Honestly, I would go somewhere else or be prepared to waste money. Maybe other Sherwin-Williams paint stores are good, but this one is not. The staff members were not informative and helping a first-time customer in their store. They also did not tell me how much their paint would be nor that I would be unable to return it until after they made the paint for me. I also gave them exact measurements for the project I had and they weigh overestimated the amount of paint that I needed.

Outstanding customer service. Not realizing they close at 4:00 on Sundays, I showed up at 4:20, just as they were closing for the day. All I needed was a can of paint shaken and instead of apologizing that they were closed, they gladly opened up the store and shook my paint.Ive shown up at some stores before they were closed and been turned away.Sherwin Williams will now be our go-to paint store in the future

I chose this location because of the good reviews but didn’t have a spectacular experience. Two not-so-eager-to-help men helped me find the paint I was inquiring about. I then found out they had such a limited selection of paints/ samples compared to a Menards. They could only do a satin interior sample paint, which I found pretty limiting, considering I needed a flat exterior paint.I’ve had better luck at menards, but will probably end up a different specialty paint store.

The value of having a paint consultant come to your home to help select the appropriate color was amazing. She spent extra time with me, gave me a $50 gift certificate to use on paint and I also waited for the 40% of sale. I have a new house to paint and I will be doing this again very soon. I highly recommend this to everyone looking to paint more than a room.

After being frustrated with the lack of sales help in the Maple Grove store I decided to hire an in home consultation. My in home consult was good, she was friendly, helpful and color knowledgeable. I went to the Maple Grove store to purchased my sample paints from the list. At the store, the sales staff were not very helpful and did make me not feel welcome. What I expected to be a quick in and out ended up being a longer process due to the lack of help being offered. There were no other customers in the store when I arrived. When I returned home and opened my samples all of them were labeled incorrectly. I feel I should have stayed with my instincts and used another paint store.

New paint store located off of Highway 55. Great location and friendly staff. I had gone to another paint store first to recycle some old paint. They turned me away after saying they could only take a few cans. I had a ton of cans. I brought it here and not only did they take ALL of my cans but they helped me unload them and were so nice about it. I will definitely go there next time I need some paint!

My husband and I bought two different shades of paint. An “extra white” paint and an off-white paint (almost gray). Mason, the employee who checked us out, told us he labeled the extra white paint for us and the off-white cans were to be unlabeled. We didn’t think to second check this when we got home and off we went with painting our shiplap the totally wrong color! Very frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but please be more careful when labeling the cans next time otherwise it’s a huge hassle for your customers.

The young man (sorry didnt get his name) was very helpful in figuring out what paint I needed. He asked a lot of questions. I ended up getting a stain as it is for exterior. Ended up getting 5 gallons of 5 colors and it was expensive even with the 30% off sale. He offered a $10 off coupon which I really appreciated. The colors looked good. Havent started my project yet but am excited. He carried 4 of the gallons to my car.

As the name suggests these people sell paint if you bring a chip of paint that youre trying to match that will work better than a photograph because photograph colors might or might not be accurate but if you have an accurate sample they will be able to mix you an identical matching paint which is what youre looking for right?

During this time of social distancing, the staff made the extra effort to get product to me. I ordered over the phone and it was ready within the hour.

The paint is the best! Not watered down like cheaper paint. Easy to use covers great.
