Had to bring my car back tons of times because the work wasn’t done correctly I gave them too many chances and they can’t get it right I actually paid for a repair and they baught the wrong part charged me for that part then just put a rubber tube on it and charged me again for the rubber tube do not go here unless you like wasting money

Easily the best tire repair service in southeast Cleveland. Steve is so thorough and meticulous, you literally can watch him go through each step and make sure its perfect before he moves on. I used to go all the way across town to Smollic on E. 200th but now that Ive found this local gem, Ill recommend to everyone! Prices are reasonable, $25 for a repair, $40-50 for a used replacement, but what has me sold is the honesty. Steve explained the difference between a tire patch vs plug and let me see for myself just what was happening. The screenshot is info I found out regarding safety guidelines from Rubber Manufacturers of America, and Steve followed them to the letter. No fast talking, games, or trying to take advantage. Quick, courteous, and they guarantee their work!!

I have been coming here for over 5 years. The operators are very honest and will repair what needs to be repaired. They do not over charge or just look to replace unnecessary things.I have gotten brake jobs, suspension work oil changes and engine work on my BMW. All repairs have been completed to my satisfaction. I have also used them for tire repairs. I purchased new tires for my 2016 Audi. I would defenetly recommend them for any repairs and will continue to use them.

Took my 2007 charger in for front end work and the staff was great. Got my car in and fixed the same day without an appointment. Price was great for what I had done to my car. I will tell all my friends to come here.

Took my 09 Chevy in to fix a oil leak. For which they Replaced the gas lines with brand new ones.. When I picked the car up the gas smell was much worst then it was before.... come to find out they failed to take the gas tank apart before replacing the lines.. Not cool with the fact they more then likely knew this but pretended not to! So yep there goes more money out of pocket 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ed is one of the owner and the way he takes care of customer is so smooth and respectable. He is really good at Heart and will try to make only Good business which will give profit to customer. He once gives a word he will keep up that promise and make things work. Really a good mechanic place for your car.

Very exceptional car service!! I would recommend to anyone just as my friend recommended to me. I needed a wheel alignment and I was in and out in no time. The staff was very friendly and honest. One of the best auto services in Cleveland. Another auto place asked for 360 dollars just to diagnose the car. At Sams they replaced the whole radiator and changed the oil for cheaper than that !. Car works perfectly I really appreciate their help they are the best hands down.

I was able to bring my own brakes and rotors and have them put on at a fair price and was also made aware of some other things that was wrong and was not forced or pressured to get them fixed right at the moment both of my sons have also had their cars repaired here much love

Sam’s Auto is an excellent place to go get your car repaired every time I went there I was always happy with my repairs and i can still say I still goes to get my repairs done they are nice and respectful mechanics.

My problem was over there expertise instead of saying we are not sure that we can fix it, they took a stab at it and Charge me for something that Did Not work. The issue is when the owner Dont get there hands dirty it becomes just a business not a trusting place to do business.

I came in with an emergency. The guys were great though. They took very good care of me. I have recommended them many times in the past and will continue to do so.

I went on a Sunday when no other places were open Adam offered me 2 tires at a unbelievable low price. Never have I been able to get 2 tires at that price anywhere in Cleveland in 30yrs. The first time i got tires i was fine. But the second time they bent my rim and when it started to make noise while i was driving. The owner tried to tell me i needed a whole new suspension. I stated no i didnt i know it was the tire. He charged me 20 dollars to rebalance the tire they messed up
