I was towed to this tire shop because I caught a flat on the highway and no one else had availability. I had just bought new tires five days prior to this incident. When I got to the shop, he removed my tire to reveal that the rim was bent. There was nothing wrong with the tire. He fixed the rim and placed a different tire on my car. I paid and drove away. Much to my dismay, my tire pressure light came back on about a half mile down the road. I stopped to check my tire pressure and found out this dude placed a new tire that was too small for my vehicle on my car. I had to visit two other tire shops that were close by to have a new tire installed. He didnt charge me much but he put my life in danger so no dice. 0/5. Steer clear of this place.

Terrible..got 4 tires....one tire got a bubble and another got a flat...only had the tires for a week and a half

This place is awesome! Ravie and the employees are are very nice and doing jobs very quickly. They have good machines that wont scratch your wheels and have good prices.

I bought 2 tires for my car and on the freeway ride home I noticed that my car had a rough ride, I returned to the shop the next day and explained that my car had a bumpy ride ... the manager looked very irritated and told me to turn my steering wheel as he looked at my tires . His response was “you’re tires are fine” and that was his final response . So I rode away with my recently bought broken belt tire . I’ll never buy a used tire again it’s not worth it

This place is a joke bcuz I tipped them and before I got home I was back on flats and they dont check the tire like a real tire shop they spray the tire when other professional places dunk the tire in a big tub of some kind

This is my third time to Champion. I have previously taken my car to two different tire places and they both said that they could not fix it or find them leak in my tire. champion found the leak and gave me sound advice or what I should do next.

I got 3 used tires, I was really taken care of. The person who helpled me actually stood out in the pouring rain to find the best tires for me. The prices are fantastic. Quit tire fix shop a little over price for used tires. The gentleman that changed my tire was very open honest and knowledgeable but I would never go back due to high price.

I was impressed with the service.. I pulled in, my tire was replaced quickly and I was out of there within a half hour.. the owner takes care of business.. I will let my friends know about this business...

I bought 4 used tires from them spent about $140. Within that same week my passenger side tire popped while I was on the freeway. I thought I ran over something but the tire had popped at the seam meaning the tire had rotted, it was super old and they sold it to someone anyways!! I went back to get a new tire the foreign man who barely speaks English checked it out, put his weight on it and said the tire was fine 🤨 really? I showed him where it had popped & the guy still wanted me to pay full price for a new one even though the reason why it popped was no fault of mine. I’ll nvr go back & I wish I hadn’t spent so much there in the first place! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🚮

Had a new tire installed a few weeks ago, the guy who put it on failed to tighten the lug nuts on all the way and the other day my tire fell off! I have mechanics statements and everything that say this company is at fault and the owner basically said oh well and refused to help pay for repairs their incompetent staff caused.Already filed a complaint with the BBB and will warn others to stay far away from this place.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! It could get you killed if your tire falls off and your on the highway!

I have been comming to this shop for over 7 yrs and never had any problems with my tire or lugnuts. Im a mechanic of 13 yrs and worked almost everywhere. I have read a couple of reviews and its one of them that was Kind of funny because their was a ladie that Had posted about her tire falling off and it says that her tire was installed about a month ago. Ok people if someone installed a tire in correctly that tire would not come off a monthLater trust me. It should come off that day or week.It seems like a person trying to get somthing free. Just dont make any sense...

Champion Tire DOES NOT stand behind their work. We went to them to replace my husbands tires. We bought 3 tires from them and the back tire fell off. They did not secure the lug nuts. All 5 lug nuts broke off damaging the rotor, the wheel, the rim and the stud the lug nut connects to. The answer was “we only guarantee our work for 24hrs”.

The manager there told me the price of the tire on the phone. And when they were done with my tire they tried to hike the price up on me. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I arrived at Champion tire today on 5/3/20 to purchase two used tires for my Audi truck . When I arrived the owner and his employees were arguing with another customer .I waited two hours before my truck was serviced . The owner of the shop was very vague when I asked if they had the right size tires for my truck . The owner acted like that they had the right size tires . They initially put the wrong size tire on the passenger side of my truck . My car did not ride right and they wanted me to come back tomorrow, they did not want to put the right size tire on my truck . The owner became belligerent with me and my family and the police had to be called . This place was very unprofessional and they lack integrity to intentionally put the wrong size tire on my truck . The owner told me just to “ride around with the wrong size tire and that it is just like riding around with a spare tire”.****** They are con man they will steal your money and give you wrong tires and bad tires********
