Friendly staff and fast service. Stores are asking for exact change with purchases

I put one star ⭐️ cause they don’t let me put zero. They really deserve that zero. Customer service is horrible. The cashier (woman, short red wig) was talking on the phone, really loud. Never greeted us, never said a word, she just kept talking on her AirPods. We asked her to wrap up some mugs we bought and never talked to us. She ignore us and every one else’s ahead and behind us. Plus the store was empty and messy. The worst DT that I have ever been to. She was rude and disrespectful. Zero manners as usual from people like her.

They had everything I needed. The store is a mess but what dollar tree isnt. People are nice there and they will help you find what you need!

I like the variety of items they carry. Just because everything is only a dollar doesnt mean its all cheap or poorly made. Lotta good quality products sold there. If your into arts & crafts they have a huge selection for every holiday. They carry the essentials. Some brands are generic other arent. They 2 isles of just food & drinks. A whole isles of cookies & chips & another of candy, chocolates, & snacks! If your living on a budget like most of us I highly recommend shopping at DollarTree. They are not hard to find either. These 1 every couple miles or so. Some are less then that.

I always find what I need and then some for home and work!! I work with children by day and evening elderly and special needs and, home well personal stuff,food, cleaning stuff you name it and at the northfield store they are good with the customers especially Lyle...he tries to help each person as much as he can if an item is in the store....I hope that the premier protein drinks return asap at all the dollar trees to help those that need it!! Like myself....

I went shopping this morning at Dollar Tree the staff there are very helpful very professional and they know how to treat people thats why I love going to Dollar Tree at the store the manager and a worker should be commended how they greet people coming in the door and help you if anything you need why you shopping at the store thank you thank you thank you thank you

Dirty store unorganized and not fully stocked.

Dollar Tree corporate should be ASHAMED of this location. It is SO dirty, disorganized, floors a mess - this location is the WORST. This is a mostly minority suburb - stores in other neighborhoods are SO much cleaner. This one is ATROCIOUS. I will upload a pic next time in the area. You have to see this mess.

An average dollar store that I trust a little more than others. They have a little bit more food options for purchase. This store could however use more organization, picking up products and putting then where they belong. It was like digging for crabs in a barrel in the party supplies section, looking for two of the same tote bags. Lines move fairly quickly compared to some. Overall, average dollar store but in some cases worth it.

Absolutely the most ghetto, junkiest dollar tree I’ve ever been to. I only visit due to it being conveniently close to my home. Almost every time I shop inside the store the cashier has a terrible attitude. Especially the manager, her attitude was horrible. If you dislike what you do for a living don’t do it. I should be able to tell that you hate your job just by how you ring a customer out. The positive reviews have to be FAKE! I once saw a empty cocola can sitting in the same spot for 2weeks!!!!!!!!!

I finally found a dollar tree store that doesnt have every aisle with boxes blocking shelves. This Dollar tree was clean I was able to ship without all the boxes. So Id like to thank them for actually working.😁

This dollar tree is one of my favorites I always get great customer service from one of the managers shes the younger one shes my favorite shes extremely nice to me every visit the male manager was kinda rude when I asked him a simple question I havent met any others as for the store when it is stocked u can find some really nice things just wish it was a little cleaner sometimes its spotless sometimes it needs work over all great place to catch a really good deal

This store is always have inventory on the floors blocking the aisles. Nice employees but they need more time to stock the shelves. Especially since the nearest Dollar Tree on Emery seems to always be clean.

First and foremost before I️ even start, do yourself a favor and do not go to this dollar tree and I’m pretty sure that the reviews are family members or friends. This dollar tree is beyond ghetto. You walk in and nobody speaks, get up to the register and nobody speaks, the lines are always long with one register open. The people that work there have nasty ass attitudes. I’m never going back here

THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!! There was one register open with several people waiting. There was a clerk watching the line grow longer and would not assist. Finally the clerk on the register called for help over the PA.The other store clerk should have stepped in immediately and assisted her sooner because SHE saw the need.March 21, 2019 @ 20:07 pm EST

I went in to purchase some fall decorations for cheap. I also bought a small glass vase. The woman at the cash register had such a bad attitude. They have old newspaper on the bagging counter to wrap up glasses/bowls. She didnt wrap my vase & when I took it out & wrapped it myself, she gave me the dirtiest look ever & said I shouldve asked. Um, I shouldnt have to ask you to do your JOB correctly, lady. I snapped back at her & she then tried to say that now they couldnt sell that newspaper, even though it was dated for TWO DAYS AGO. I told her I wrapped it so it wouldnt break, but I guess she didnt care. Seems like she was having a bad night & taking it out on me. So disrespectful.

Extremely disappointed!! I was looking forward to working here at Dollar tree I even got hired but shortly after the assistant supervisor that hired me kept giving me the run around. She made me come out into the January cold 4 times to fill out paperwork that she kept misplacing..she even misplaced my identification card ; so I dont know who has gotten ahold to it!! I had to replace it myself! After all that especially when she lost my identification she promised me the position but after 1 month and a half I have gotten no call to come in, not even apology for having me go threw all that .That supervisor Malika is extremely unprofessional that something needs to be done about it, I know if I was working there things would be organized and more put together also without bad customer service!! I give the store a one star but it shouldnt be no stars because of the trauma Ive went threw trying to work for dollar tree.#Unprofessional#Disappointed WithTheCompany

These reviews are fake! Everytime I go in there a cashier is arguing with a customer. I go here only because its close but every employee acts as if they are underpaid so f customer service. Could not use my credit card. There was no sign on the door saying that the card reader didnt work. Manager was nowhere to be found and the line was extremely long.

Horrible experience! The store on Northfield Rd in Bedford has the rudest people working there. The manager has the poorest customer service and is rude. He had me in tears. Would never go back.

Customer service is usually not the best, but they usually have everything you are looking for. Seems like they do not never have any helium for balloons, been posted on the door for about 4 months now.

Super messy store .

All working employees on their phones having personal conversations. I believe the manager guy was giving instructions to employees while talking on HIS phone! Cashier did not speak as I approached the checkout and said nothing for my entire transaction. This was formally my fav Dollar Tree!! Has gone down...in so many ways!!
