By far the worst Home Depot in Cleveland. Gary at the Pro Desk is the only competent employee in the store, including management. I buy over $1M from Home Depot every year. I go to Lowes when I am in this area to avoid having to deal with the terrible service at this store.

Its dirty and theres not enough cashiers or people who will help others unlike the Macedonia store which is great at everything especially Rene and Heidi and the Pro desk folks 👍
