This is without a doubt one of the worst Home Depot stores out there. I placed a call to see if they had a particular item in stock as I live an hour from this store. I wanted to verify before making the 2 hour round trip. Makes sense right? One would think at least. I called and spoke to someone in Lawn & Garden. Lets just say he was TERRIBLE. Awful service, it was as if I was an inconvenience to him. He finally found the item and I asked him to please hold it for me as I would be coming to get it in couple of hours. His response? you need to contact Will Call to do so. I said could you please handle this for me so I dont have to go through all this again with someone else? How next response? this is not my job, but I will do it. REALLY? Wish I was lying folks but this is a true story. I wish I could give a zero. I was desperate to get this item as this was the only store in a 50 mile radius that had it. I got the item and I will NEVER shop there again. Perhaps you should offer a customer service 101 class.

Selection horrible. Plants not very well taken care of. My cashier though was very nice and friendly.
