I was looking for USED Saddle Binder and Folder. Boggs Equipment had what I was looking for. The price was right. They even delivered the equipment for me. We received the machines in good condition. Installed them and everything ran as expected. I was very happy with my purchases. The equipment is in production and running very well. I will definitely use them in the future.

Boggs managed to get me a, now more rare, exposure unity quickly and for a fair price. Frankly, thats a baseline standard for most businesses. What sets Boggs apart was their attentiveness to me and general customer service. I had a small issue that Tom addressed in under 24 hours with no questions asked. Another company could have easily left me in the lurch. Boggs did not. I would absolutely order from them again.

We are actually very fortunate that our office is close to Boggs and I have gotten to know Jack and Chris over the 30 years we have been in business. They have always made our purchases a positive experience. Most importantly, when we have had issues with items we have purchased, they have always been fast to solve problems and do care about their customers. They are always our first stop when we are looking for new ideas!

Weve bought multiple used machines from Boggs Equipment over the years. We know they are used and some will need a little TLC, but weve always been happy with what weve purchased. We look forward to doing more business together into the future!

Really bad service from Sarah Grover. I purchased a machine and she send it to the wrong address, the day the machine arrived at the wrong direction I was trying to concat her in email and phone and there was no answer. I had to pay for extra services to unload and store a machine at the wrong warehouse.She didn’t even try to make things right, she told me she will make me a refund but then she decided to stop answering.HORRIBLE SERVICE from SARAH GROVERUpdate:Mr. Tom contacted me and offered me a solution to my problems, he was very professional and helpful!

Very helpful after my collator was delivered. They decided to send me another (better) collator without any additional charges after the first one had some problems. New one works great!

Just purchased multiple items, the staff was very helpful and informative. I would recommend to anyone interested in used equipment. Definitely saved my business $1000s and I will be going back.

Horrible company - sent us a non-functioning banding machine, said they would replace it. They picked up the machine but never sent a replacement. Each time they said they were back ordered (this is when we could even talk to somebody) - 90 days later they havent delivered, Never reply to calls or emails. Dont trust these guys. I know why the price was so low now. STAY AWAY.

Terrible experience! They sold me a machine that was taped together! Nothing mentioned in the description that the machine could not be used at att. I paid about $120 for this junk. I complained and at first they acted like they were concerned. When it came to the refund they completely IGNORED the rest of my emails which over the months I have sent over a dozen! Their greed and dishonesty made me totally disgusted after being ignored. I told them never send me anymore of their auctions because I will not deal with such a low end place. Honesty is important to me. They still send me emails of all their auctions regardless of all my responses to STOP as I have no interest. I have suspected of them running up bids in the past but can not prove it. Thats just another thing about them. 3 people sitting in the office there, all with their own computers constantly scrolling through all the items that are currently being bid on. Just raises suspicions. Anyways, no proof thats what they are doing because they stop when I enter the room but it sure looked that way. My main complaint is the already proven dishonesty on their end and why would they stop there. I can prove all of that quite easily!

Ive purchased numerous machines throughout the years from them with wirebids. Theyve always been as described and they have shown numerous pictures of the equipment so I knew exactly what I was receiving. We bought a machine that was to be in working order 3 year ago. I will not let this go I will call, email, give review as long as I can see the machine in our Building .They said that it had a video with it running before they sold it to us . Not true you could tell it had not run in years not days .This manchine can not be fix .Some one knew before it was put up for sale. Truck driver damaged my driveway and side walk few hundred dollars a worth damage . I called police and driver gave business card to give information to to my husbandCalled supervisor and gave pictures and video of danage, over a week of polilety trying to do business, and fix a issue no response. Mature adults exspecially operating a business should work together and talk and fix mistakes proven done wrongly.Hes on a d t security, and video driving on on sidewalk and drive way, there is before and during and after damage.We hope others are see this company doesnt take responsible action, and we are glad we will not use them for services for our business.Calling lawyers to settle now because we have them 2 weeks to handle business man to man to cover repair cost. Now its to the point of time off work for court and lawyers fees.Only if they would answer and do business properly.
