Went in this morning to get hair dye, medium copper blonde, got home and used the dye and it was dark purple. The wrong dye was in the wrong box and so then my hair was purple. A staff member even told me that they got an email saying to take the product off of the shelves and they didnt know why they were still there. I brought it in and they gave me my money back for the dye but then I still had to pay for a color remover and new dye. The staff was very nice and helpful but man this was just awful.

Hate this establishment they never have anything you need. they never restock ever the people aren’t helpful in the slightest.

I went in there today to grab shampoo and conditioner. The woman who checked me out. (Blonde long hair, piercings) was extremely rude and disrespectful. She bletched in my face while checking me out.Not one signal associate aproached me to see if I needed help. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I will be going elsewhere in the future.

The employee Gabby is amazing! She was so helpful throughout the last year or so with finding great products for my hair. I love the staff. Friendly, dont push sales, and actually helpful. 😊

I came to order and they were hiding in the back not answering any calls. They kept ending my calls. Very rude and un-professional. Their getting paid to work but they dont work. How sad...

The store listed here has changed locations and the number doesnt work if you are trying to reach a store employee. We were told the store was just moving and would be reopened but now the sign says not until spring. In other words this site needs and update. cant wait until you open. Please update your information!

Please know what you need, Staff dont know anything about cutting hair or the products they sell. Recently went in and purchased the worst clippers possible for $100.00 Andis Pivot Pro Combo and they suck and pull my hair out and wont cut. I asked the manager for advice and she must not cut hair or did in the 80s and not anymore.The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The two ladies at the front desk seemed irritated that I was asking questions and to be honest that I was in the store. They were laughing at my questions and made it the worst experience ever!!!

The sales girl Samantha was such a helpful, knowledgeable person who took her time in listening to my hair care needs and helped me solve the problems Id been having with my curly hair. I love my curls now.

Every time I come here I get fantastic customer service, the staff really know what their products and are very friendly.

Was followed around the store after just walking into the building me and a friend looked at some hair dye and when they didn’t have the color we were looking for we left, as we left the older lady working practically yelled at the customer she was helping “sorry I need to go check the cameras” (referring to us leaving because she assumed we were stealing) and then she followed us out of the store and watched us walk all the way across the strip mall parking lot,, when I say she followed us around she went with us into every single aisle after we told her we didn’t need help and she didn’t even try to hide that she was following us because she stayed fully turned toward us at the end of each aisle

The manager at this store special ordered some supplies for me, they came in on the day she promised. I feel she went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated that.
