If you plan on installing a remote start, I would recommend going here. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. The remote start systems they sell, Arcticstart, are warrantied for a year, and the control module (brains of the system) is warrantied for life. I had a tough-to-diagnose problem with mine that was installed by a different dealer, brought it in and they fixed it quickly, no charge. Yes it was still under warranty, but I wouldnt blame them to charge me something as it was installed poorly by somebody else. It was a bad cable between the antennae and control module. I was really impressed.

Service at a good price. I took my car in to install a backup camera. I had bought my self, so all i needed was install. I think they charged fair rates. My only criticism is that they quoted 1-1.5 hours, but it toll just over 2 hours. Not a big deal except in my case it was lunch time and I had not eaten yet. I was already hungry when I got there. But they were attentive At least 3 employees during the install came out and asked if I wanted the tv on. The other criticism was they installed my camera, it was angled too high. When I asked they indicated it couldnt be adjusted down, but suggested I could put a wedge in to do it. But when I looked at it, there were 2 screws on bottom that allowed it to pivot. But in their defense, it was not their camera/product and the screws are very small, easy to miss and no real documentation was included that explained how to pivot or what the screws were for. I would have no hesitation to go back and give them a shot at 5 stars.

Had a 10am appointment scheduled through Intoxalock to have an ignition interlock installed on my vehicle. Got there 5 mins early this shop was closed. Called numerous times to see what was going on. After 30 mins past I left. Waste of time but to make matters worse when I called his partner Intoxalock they spoke with him and he claimed I never showed up. That I must have gone to the wrong location. His neighbor (vacuum cleaner store) told me I was at the right place he hadn’t seen anyone come in that day. Joe wasted my time and instead of apologizing he pinned the blame on me. Very unprofessional

Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, with good prices.I would highly recommend them for ignition interlock. They deal with wiring systems every day, and know what they are doing. Dont just bring your car to a grease monkey like I did, or you will run into problems.

I was 30 minutes early to my appointment and parked right next to the guy that is always there, along with a girl.(not sure if hes the owner) I walk up to the entrance door and notice it was locked, thought to myself maybe hes on break. So i proceeded to wait outside behind the car he was in, next thing I know the car starts up and leaves. I stayed up to my appointment time hoping hed come back but he never came back. So unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in this period of time.
