They could use some more better help,the store needs to be better organized. Dont get me wrong all in all family dollar is a big help because its hard to get to the grocery store when you dont drive,family dollar is a big help.

Ths family dollar is by far the worse place to shop ever. The store is a complete and utter mess and the manager is even worse. I dont understand how she still has a job. The store is a clutter nothing is on the shelves and the disorganization is always the customers fault. The manager is rude and lacks any customer service skills. The cashier is about 300lbs and solicits anyone who smiles at her to buy her snacks when ringing up a customer. This place is shameful. And should literally be shut down. It does deserve one star because at least the lights are still on. This family dollar is a disgrace.

I would really not go to that one they make big mistake and they really really dont care about the people who are shopping they have very rude manger as well as cashier they also chew gum and try to talk to you where you cant understand them and please please be careful and speak up so they can understand what you are saying

Its sad they steal the shopping carts.And people are always panhandling. Dont go here. Not a good shopping experience.

Says its open till ten but its closed at 8:30 no notice present on Google maps or in person.

Isles are pretty close together so if your in a wheelchair or something your better off going to a different location

The trip I made to Family Dollar, was a quick shopping trip. The service was prompt and curtious.

I kinda dont want to tell to many people how many items they have there because next time I go there they will be out of a lot of stuff. But the store is wonderful and safe and the employees are always helpful.

The store is very disheveled but theyre getting it together. I havent been to this store in awhile.

One male worker was on his phone when he was ringing up my things on a personal call. He didnt say hi or have any good customer service. That was one day. Another day the line was so long they only had one person checking people out when a customer asked if they can get help the employee said she was on the phone it was again a personal call you can tell by the conversation they are outside smoking cigarettes a lot of the times the store is a mess and hard to walk with things all over the manager always has a mean look on her face. I believe if they talk less on the phones and to each other about personal things have a day to clean up the store it would be great only one lady that works there is amazing she is friendly

This store location is always busy with putting away stock and cleaning to keep it organized and in order and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Its always a pleasant experience the staff is hard working and helpful. All the staff deserve a nice raise.

This is the dirtiest and most disorganized store Ive ever been to. The lighting is very dim and it creates a unwelcoming feel. The employees look a mess. They shouldnt be in business suits but they also shouldnt look dirty and unkempt. The aisles are always full of boxes. Its very gloomy in this store. I will go out of my way and even pay a little more for the things I need to avoid this location.

Like most shops of this sort over half the products are actually overpriced compared to a regular grocery store. The staff is chatty and slow and will nice enough it could be extremely frustrating trying to check out. They do not maintain regular hours despite whats posted on the doors.

The store is filthy and it is a disaster inside and out. Its obvious that corporate dont care that their stores are Filthy dirty, floors havent been swept or mopped in I dont know how long can.barely shop there cant even tget through the aisles

I must say that i was quite impressed with the humble customer service i recieved from Durrail Taylor tonight. I went to return some items i bought yesterday and it was right at closing time. My return items were part of a Black Friday Deal and a little bit more time consuming then any of us had bargained for. Even though the store was closing, Durrail maintained his patience and was super cool about my insistence to figure out the returns. He had to deal with my persistence on a Saturday night after closing. Then to top it off, he had to redo my purchase a second time so i could use my coupon too.....lol....poor guy.... he was a sweetheart. He treated this old lady very kindly, even walking me to my vehicle after i i asked if the parking lot was safe or not . He assured me it was but voluntarily made sure i got tto my car.Thanks Durrail!You deserve a raise!

This store has went to hell since felicia has been gone. The store shelves are always empty with boxes of product in the middle of the aisles. Yall need more workers who actually cares about how the store looks like inside.

Great prices and a family value. Recommend for low priced consumer items such as tuna and oyster canned.
