Short brown hair lady with thick accent approached us but once she heard what price range we had her tone changed. Waved us off in a direction of what we were looking for and talked very fast. As soon as she heard us decline service at the store she tried to pull us back in by telling us more will be coming in 2 more days and dont worry. Between the poor selection and bad service, we took our money elsewhere and got treated much better.

Owner is VERY RUDE yelling at a customer how professional is that!!!. Way to keep business. I would highly recommend not going there and getting used jewelry.

DO NOT TRUST TIMELESS DIAMONDS!In December of 2018, I purchased a ring from Jenny Guan (owner) at Timeless Diamonds at Maplewood Mall for $2877. I then purchased a larger .91 ct diamond for the ring later that month for $2,263. In January 2019 I was informed by Timeless I needed a new crown on the ring to support the larger diamond setting for an additional $206, which I paid. During October 2020 the whole crown fell off the ring along with the diamond and was nowhere to be found. Feeling distraught, I came to Jenny, told her what happened, and she refused to take me seriously until I mentioned I had a consultation with another jeweler to talk me through the process of properly making a crown and ring, and after they examined the “Diamondless” ring. Jenny called the other jeweler to fact-check me and then she tried to get me to spend another $2,000 to replace the missing diamond with a new one. We had other jewelers look at the ring and they informed us that the solder point was weak and likely caused the crown separating from the ring. Also, the other jeweler discovered my original diamond purchased from Timeless has a defect from improper buffing that could cause the diamond to shatter if it was mounted on a ring, so we cannot put it back on the ring. I went to meet with Jenny Guan with these facts and evidence and asked for her help. The only advise she gave me was to talk with my insurance company. I’m not exactly sure why I would need to speak with my insurance about a manufacture’s defective soldering wedding ring that Jenny sold to me. Jenny further admitted that she could do something to help by replacing the ring for a properly manufactured diamond ring, but does not want to. I only had my ring for a little while before it fell apart due to her company’s poor workmanship and she refuses to stand behind her products. If you are looking for a wedding ring that is going to last, unfortunately, Timeless Diamonds is not the place to shop. After spending over $5,346.00 at Timeless Diamonds I have nothing on my finger to signify my marriage thanks to Jenny Guan.

Brought my brand new bracelet never worn still tag on to get resized came to pick it up realized my diamonds looked weird. They refused to check my diamonds went to Macy where I bought the bracelet and they said 4 of my diamonds were switched and they were glass. Went straight back to timeless they refused to give me managers number I called the cops wrote a report and another jewelry store and Macy wrote a report saying that my diamonds were switched!!! NEVER COME HERE I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PPL GOT SCAMED THREW HERE

We stopped by their just looking a gal asked if I wanted my rings looked at I said sure, she told me that the prongs on my ring were so bad to not even wear my ring and gave me a bag to put it in. I brought it to a different jewelry store he said nothing was wrong with either of my rings! Would never go there again

My fossil watch needed a new battery. I handed their jeweler my watch stating that a special tool is needed for fossil watches and I asked if he knew how to change fossil batteries. He said he did. I watched for at least an hour as he took my watch apart in multiple pieces and finally got it back together. The watch was running but my jewel was missing from the front face when he handed it back to me. The manager overheard my question to the jeweler as to where my jewel went. She came over and shouted loudly at me yelling that he didnt take the watch apart! and continued on a tirade that lasted several minutes. I asked her to quit shouting at me. Well, two days later my new $20 battery quit working. There is a hole where my pretty stone used to be. I will not go back to be subjected to the shout her out of the store customer service I experienced at this jewelry store.

Just purchased my earrings on Monday and on Thursday was told that ensuring my purchase wasnt a option for me due to my criminal past. I feel that if a person makes a purchase he or she should be allowed to ensure whatever they purchase. If ones past is filled with crimes of dishonesty i could see & understand (if not agree) but the mere fact is that this is unacceptable, especially when the establishment is a no refunds/all sales are final establishment.

Wonderful experience ! The owner and staff were very helpful and am excited I found my wedding band there. The owner suggested one that fit perfect with my engagement ring. And price was perfect!

My boyfriend bought me a $960 ring and (luckily) got insurance. After only wearing it for one day, one of the 0.25 ct diamonds fell out! I returned it so that they could fix it. The store said that they would call me and email me to pick it up. They never called me, so after 3 weeks, I called them back and email me. Apparently, they had it fix but just didnt call me. When the ring came back, I wore it for another 1 day (so this is the second full day that I have worn it). Three of the small diamonds fell out. I was very disappointed and luckily we had gotten insurance. In addition, dont get your ring resized here! They do a horrible ring. There is clearly a bump and cut in my ring where they resized it. My ring is not smooth anymore as it was in the beginning. Its like they didnt even try. I takes WAY TOO LONG, for them to fix their mistakes. Its either 2-3 weeks to replace a stone or resize. So, I have only ever worn my ring for just a little, its been repaired too many times for just have it for a couple of days. Every time I have been here, the staff have been rude. In addition, when I met the owner, she was on a personal phone call while trying to help me. DONT BUY YOUR RING FROM THIS PLACE. THEY SELL CHEAP RINGS.

Ive been to Timeless Diamonds a couple of times while at the Maplewood Mall. First, I must say the owner was very short and rude with me during my interaction with her. My most recent experience there was with the owners daughter, she is unprofessional. She could not tell me the clarity or the cut of the diamonds I was looking at. When looking and comparing jewelry I was asking questions she could not answer. Eventually she told me to just buy it that is when I walked off. So unprofessional. Do not support this jeweler.

Owner lied about 1 carat ring that I picked out she was so desperate she told me I could get the rings for 850 to 1000 dollars and that they had a sale because it was there grand opening last year and most of there jewelry at the time was 70-80% off. My boyfriend initially bought 2 rings found out the rings together wasnt 1ct like she promised 1 ring was 0.33ct and the other 0.17ct I ended still keeping the rings when I mentioned it to her she acted like she had anmensia. And she claimed that I got a good deal and told me that both rings together were worth $2200 I accepted it and moved on because my soon to be husband asked me to and he said he would upgrade. So today I went to get it Appraised for the first time i was told it was worth 200-500 dollars by the appraiser and iam so regretting that we shopped with these people. As soon as I found out I called them because thats absolutely unacceptable I wanted a refund and they told me it was final sale and thats not listed on my Receipt. I called the store immediately I expressed my concern about the issue I was told the manager wasnt available to speak with and that they would be in later on this evening I have since called the store an havent got anyone to pick up. I also was immediately Accused of lying, the lady I spoke with on the phone told me that the owner would never do that to me. Please, please avoid shopping at this place, She didnt even take my number down and didnt really seem concerned at all. I would definitely Like a refund if not they will see me in court. Also if you have bought any merchandise from please go get it appraised It might not be worth what they claim its worth..

Ken was absolutely phenomenal! He took so much time to get to know me and my situation. I was at the store for maybe 4-5 hours and he never showed signs of being annoyed even when I stared at two nearly identical bands for ages. He wanted to know about me as a person and about my fiancée.Incredible pleasure getting to know Ken. I went to the jewelry store right down below and they were not great. Showed no interest in me until I started to leave. Ken felt like a friend the whole time.I would absolutely recommend this place over any chain jewelery store.EDIT: we went back after getting my fiancées ring resized which Ken helped with extremely well.But once we were about to leave, he asked if we wanted to see a magic trick. If you meet Ken, ask him to do this magic trick because I GUARANTEE you he will blow your mind. I have been solving Rubik’s cubes in under 10 seconds for years and what he did was way cooler.

They ruined my wives 600 dollar ring that was passed down from my mother. Regret ever doing business with them. The dhaml(bottom of ring) is thin as a toothpick and not the same ring were both guessing.

Went in to look for some things to buy my wife. The lady helping me was very short and rude. I felt very disrespected. I asked to speak to the manager, and turns out the person I was working with was the owner. Never again.

I was not happy with the service provided, one of the sales person lied to me about getting me a discount and that the ring would cost me no more then $2000 my budget limit for a ring but when I received my first bill I was charge the original price for the ring.

Not a ring person so I decided to go and return my rings.* No word of final purchase was mentioned during sale!!!* I go to return and OWNER refuses because they put final sale on my receipt with no knowledge to me. I will never buy anything again!!!
