This is the best company to order measurement tools from! I ordered a digital caliper and received it pretty quickly. I called customer service once to ask a few questions about my product and the people over the phone were incredibly kind and engaging and made sure that they got all the information I needed to me. I will absolutely be ordering from them again! You can ensure that they provide high quality, accurate products in a pretty reliable timeframe.

Good product but lack communication with the customer it took two weeks to know that it was shipping. I was a new customer and began to doubt ordering from Penn. after contact product arrived in a timely manor.

I recently had a fraudulent charge on my bank account, so instead of waiting on my bank I decided to call them instead. To my surprise the charge was already flagged by their staff for possible fraud. I confirmed the info and the order/charge was cancelled. Thank you too Kassie and staff for your attention to detail, concern and fast action and resolution!

Penn Tool provided the most competitive pricing on the tool I wanted. Customer service was very responsive and gave me good advice. The overall experience went well and I saved money. All good.Update: There was a mix up from the manufacturer on my order. Brandon Bissoo took on the challenge of fixing this issue. It turned out to be way more complicated than one would imagine as is many life issues. Brandon went to bat for me and never quit. It took months to sort out but he resolved the issue better than I expected. It was not even that large a dollar amount but he treated me with great consideration. I am not sure many companies would have gone the extra mile for such a small dollar amount, but Penn Tool via Brandon did the right thing despite the difficulty. It is terrific to find honor and integrity in the marketplace.

I dont buy tools very much these days, as I have a lifetime of tools acquired over the decades. BUT when I need a precision tool, Penn is my go to. Why? Great service and selection and often the lowest price - for the real tool. Beware of jillions of Far East counterfeit knock offs of big name measuring tools. Penn has the real tool, expect to pay real tool price. Life is too short for me to rebuild a reputation for good work, so I depend on my vendors a whole lot. Penn delivers.

So I have had an outstanding experience with my recent purchase from Penn Tool Co. I had ordered two items, one of which only Penn Tool seemed to be carrying (a new item from iGaging). Shipment was prompt and service courteous and they even provided a new customer shipping special! Less than a month later I received an email with a discounted price for the same new item. I contacted Penn, and per the price match guarantee they processed a credit for the difference, timely without any hassle. What a pleasure to do business. Will absolutely look to Penn for additional tool needs.

Really long ship times. I assumed this company being based one state away that it would ship promptly. 10 days waiting on shipment. It would seem they drop ship or await processing from a secondary wearhouse.

I ordered two tool holders for my milling machine on February 12th. It is the 19th and they have still not shipped out yet. They are saying maybe two more days. What the hell? He said they are in stock. So why does it take forever to send out items from these guys? I will NEVER buy from them again! This is ridiculous. This place sucks!

Beware of their pricing policies. After ordering an item online and completing payment, I received a call a day or two later saying the price had changed. It states that policy online when you go to check out, so its not that Penn Tool is trying to deceive you, but its just a customer-unfriendly policy. The callous, matter-of-fact nature of the call was kind of jarring too. Pay more or cancel your order seemed to be the options.The item drop shipped quickly and arrived as described, but in the end I paid the same price for the item that I had found it for everywhere else online.From their terms and conditions: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including ... errors in product or pricing information...

First time ordering from Penn Tool. I bought 2 small clamps and one was defective. Spoke with Craig Kaprowski who sent a replacement, but checked that it was operating correctly before sending. Just realized my review was never posted from a month ago...but I feel they were very rude to me. Ordered an item....2 weeks later it never came so I called....a guy answered that seemed bothered to talk to me..said it was being mailed out that day...a week later still hadnt received it..called back and again said it was being mailed that day...still never got it...called back and asked for my money back which I did get but I felt like a bother to this company....also ordered a catalog which I never got which doesnt matter at this point.....very poor customer service and no....needless to say I wont be ordering from them again.

Fantastic service by Penn Too Co, We are a company based in the UK and had an urgent enquiry for a Fowler Optical Comparator (for one of our customers) which we could not purchase in the UK, we had contacted a couple of other companies in the US which either didnt reply or would not provide a quote for delivery to the UK, one company saying it was too much work for what they were going to make out of it, they would only supply the goods if we collected it from them in the US, as we are in the UK this wasnt really an option! When then come across Penn Tool Co and made contact with Luis on the Friday afternoon (UK time) and he managed to raise a quote, arrange the proforma invoice, payment details and arrange delivery info to the UK by the Monday. Once we paid the proforma invoice the goods were despatched on the Monday afternoon and arrived in the UK direct to our customer on the Thursday morning with no problems along the way. Luis really did help us out on this occassion and we managed to supply our customer with a week to spare on the deadline they they had to get this in place. Great job, thank you.

Very large selection. What I like is about a month ago I had a problem with my order coming from CA to Philadelphia and I called their office. They corrected the issue within 15 minutes and I was all set. Good service backing up a large offering of products.

On line service was miserable. After ordering the item I learned they didnt stock it. Instead, they order from the manufacturer and ship to the customer. However, they never ordered it. After two weeks I called. Youll have it by Thursday, he said. After three weeks, I was told I can have them send it out today or I can refund the money. I got the refund, but they wasted my time. I dont recommend them.

Awful customer service. I paid (and they charged on the invoice) for 2nd air shipping ($12.51) and they sent it UPS ground. The lousy customer service person I spoke with had the b**ls to tell me that 2nd air would have been $35.00, but in fact on their website even next air is $25.00.I can only imagine what the products looks like.Stay from these people.

Total waste of time for online sales. Place an order then they contact you saying you have to pay the freight to bring product to them so that they can ship it to you, and charge the freight again. I dont underastand why they even have a website with pricing, as it all gets changed AFTER you place your order. Do not waste your time online with these people. They are also a bit rude and ignorant about their whole website up-charge / non-inventory scam.
