I started coming here for shipping services after the UPS Store on the other side of the highway declined in their customer service, and things were fine for a few weeks. One day, the clerk tried to charge me $35 to ship a paper form to an address within the same city, and it would take over 4 business days as the cheapest option. She was adamant and a little rude. I know how much this should cost, didnt pay, went back to UPS a few minutes later with the same package, and it was only around $10. Since then, Im not wasting my time here. Otherwise, the facility and other resources look nice.
I wanted to give a special shout out to your employee, Amy, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! I needed some things last minute urgently printed before my wedding and she helped figure out a solution and stayed beyond closing to ensure everything was done in time for me. I was super impressed with her customer service and would return to this FedEx just to work with her. My (now) husband was in recently to expedite his passport renewal and said Amy helped him as well, providing impeccable service. THANK YOU AMY! Its rare to find someone in customer service these days with no reason to go above and beyond, but she did and she did it with a smile.
I have been coming to this location for over 20 years, and I always get great service. Today, I received ESPECIALLY amazing service and realized I had never left a review before.I called around 4:30, because I had a last minute printing need. Garrett took a few calls from me and was so friendly and accommodating! He walked me through the process, and I felt so taken care of!Fast forward a couple of hours, and in my call with Amy, arranging the pick up, I knew I was going to be squeaking in right before closing time, and, once again, I received such great service. There was no sense of um, were trying to close. There was kindness and compassion!Oh yeah, and the printing was perfect. (It always is)Thank you FedEx Office!

One of the employees was helping me print a shipping label and just left to help another customer and didn’t come back for like an hour
They refuse to leave my package claiming Im not home then its nearly impossible to speak to a real representative and once you finally beg the robot to let you speak to someone the representative turns out to be less helpful.
Original post April 2020:I would not recommend going to this location. The woman with the gray hair had a problem with everything. She created every obstacle possible for me to ship a package. Even told me I couldnt get the package out today while the driver was there.I would still ship with FedEx but definitely not that locationrevision 10-19-2020:6 months later I decided to give them another opportunity to serve my need. I explained i am trying to ship a vest and wanted a quote. I actually spoke with the assistant manager. he objected to the box I had saying it would crush. Im not sure how a vest could be damaged - and explained that it had been recommended that i use a ground envelope mailer as it would be less... the manager then turned me over to another employee who hasnt been there for the prior conversation. After 4 minutes of waisted time with the assistant manager, I decided it was a complete waste of my time.please dont visit this store so the district manager understands why hes loosing business.....

I needed to print some signs for a project, and Jake was absolutely amazing! He recommended waterproof paper (who even knew that was a thing?) and it was exactly what we needed. He helped me find the perfect paper and it ended up being cheaper than what I had originally planned. I will absolutely bring my next printing project here.
Needed full size Architectural Prints made from electronic files. This was for a professional technical training class. Not only did Cody (Manager) meet our requirements, went above and beyond and did a live call with our class which made it into a learning exercise. I would rate this as a full service professional shop, confident talented employees, outstanding customer service. Doesnt get much better in my view.
Charles was extremely helpful to us. He went above and beyond in working with us to help choose the best options for multiple print jobs, and I cant recommend this place highly enough. These people are obvious professionals and really know their stuff. They know how to take care of their customers too.

Rude. Before I could ask my question the guy who picked up the phone demanded me to “hurry up, quickly”. I felt rushed and was definitely not satisfied. He just hung up after I asked another question in which I was given a short response. No “Thank you for calling” or “Is there anything else I can help you with?” Least I know online services are more reliable. I will have to order from the site, in which I don’t mind. Customer satisfaction is better online.Don’t go to this location. I can only imagine what it’ll be like if I was at the location.

Visited this location on Monday to print out 1000 color, double sided brochures for my company. In their front window they have a big sign advertising a coupon for $30 of printing over $100. My flyers came to around $1,430 and I asked if I could use the coupon, which I had already downloaded to my phone while I was waiting in line. I was told yes, but the cashier forgot to apply it. I noticed after they ran the transaction through and spoke up that I had not received the coupon discount. The manager stated that we was not able to refund and re-ring the transaction immediately, but would do it in a few days. I received an email today stating that I had already received a discount, and there was nothing more they could do for me, which was news to me! No other discount had been mentioned or discussed. The receipt shows no discount... I guess we will be taking our printing business for OfficeDepot from now on.
Very good. I needed two bound copies of a 100+ page document with color pictures on a Sun eve about 7pm. Wait time to see the operator was only about 5 minutes. From the time I gave it to her to completion was only about 15 minutes. Price was high, but when you need something with quality in a hurry, you need to see someone with professional grade equipment. It was printed double sided, and spiral bound. Cost $70.On a previous occasion I went to the same shop to ship something overnight to New York City. Also expensive at $50+, but it was needed badly and they got it there two hours early.
Friendly staff, but just FYI - they can NOT do notary public services at this location. Their competition a couple of blocks north can do it 10am-2pm M-F.
Nice people working here. This store is extremely busy, and the staff does their best to provide good service.
At 6pm I went through the painful process of having a small package sent overnight and the Assistant Manager struggled to get it done. He has issues with the printer and I had to wait 15 minutes for a receipt. I asked before I left to confirm the order was going to go out TONIGHT as the cut off was 7pm and he said Yes. At 830pm he calls to say the printer crashed and the package didnt make it out as scheduled for overnight service. Disappointed and NEVER going to this location again.
Customer service is incompetent on the status of their self-serve kiosks at any given time; FedEx is known for their recent compatability issues with Dropboxs self-service app. When I called them I got a response saying they dont check that or have any idea. I recommended that they investigated into this issue and got a thats not our problem response. Would not recommend this location.
Dawayne was so helpful and so friendly even though the store was full of customers. He helped me with all my faxes and copies i needed to print. I will be coming back to this location just for Dawayne.:)

This location is known for false advertising. They advertise services such as laminating and photo printing, but are never prepared to do anything. Their workers are not trained in anything except operating cash registers. My wife and I went to print one photo there and they did not have any photo paper. They allowed us to use their computers to try and print things ourselves and they charged us for using their computers. Their computers were not up-to-date and we were unable to get done what we wanted. But of course, they still charged us for using their computers. The workers were not helpful.

Had to go in to print something. Staff greeted me and directed me to where to go to print out papers.The fees were just ridiculous. It was $.39/min to use the computer, and then I dont even know how much each page was. I wanted to print out 3 different documents of 2 pages each. I just clicked print without previewing how the pages would look like and logged off after that (I already previewed it on my computer at home so I assumed it would be the same). Turns out they charged my card about $3.82 ($4.11 after tax) for 6 pages and 2 mins of computer usage. I got in my car and saw that one document didnt finish printing. I had the 2nd page printed out, but just with the header and footer. No body or anything, no text besides the header & footer. I was like whatever and drove away because I had to be somewhere else.Then when I got the time, I took a look at the other 2 printouts and the same thing, just header & footer printed out for 2nd page and the text didnt come out. So they charged me $3.82 for 3 printouts and 3 blank pages and 2 mins of computer usage.I shouldve just gone to the library. So much better and CHEAPER there. Never coming here again.
Crisis averted. After Office Max and Staples both said they couldnt help with a large format print job after 2:00, the folks at the Maplewood store jumped in and delivered! Thanks!
Terrible! I was returning my direct TV items. Waited 25 min! Terrible service! I can careless about what type of system needed uploading because all he needed from me was my name and mobile number! Horrible!!

All I did was fax 5 sheets to a local fax number. They charged me over 8 dollars for that. That is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go to a FedEx again.
