Wait about 30 minutes, for service and NOBODY help me, need it oil change real bad, that why I waited that long

The store was very clean and the staff was nice and professional. Had the pleasure of meeting Rick while I waited. Great place for price and service.

Picked up a nail in my tire on the way to Marathon. I called Tire Kingdom and they told me to bring my vehicle over. They took my vehicle at 11:30 am on Tuesday, June 29. Walked down to the Island Fish Company for lunch. They completed repairs on the tire within 90 minutes. The staff there were very courteous and professional. The tire made the trip from Marathon back to Bonita Springs no problem.

I would not recommend this place. My wheels are scratched and ruined due to their negligence of not using a thin wall socket. They ordered a part of me and told me they’d call me as soon as it came in to let me know it was there so I could come back. No call, no follow up. The tech and staff were inexperienced especially when it came to customer service. I saw a tech basically yell at a customer for blocking the parking lot when the customer had no choice being there was no parking. The tech didn’t offer help or make a suggestion. Terrible. I’ll wish there corporate would pay for replacements of my wheels due to this.

Give this mans a raise.I was just in an accident and while driving home I needed my car to be jacked to fix the bottom of it to continue . I was parked in a lot and had to walk to the nearest place and ask for a jack. They wouldn’t let me borrow one so I ended up having to walk further to tire kingdom. Rick helped me right away and walked across the street and alll the way to my car with me pulling a jack. He jacked my car up and adjusted the bottom completely free of cost. Give Rick a raise!!

I could not be happier with the service I received at this Tire Kingdom!Juan and Eddie were both friendly and professional and got me out of there quickly even being short staffed like every other place these days.I stopped at Freemans first and the owner was so rude I left, now Im glad he was.Definitely recommend Tire Kingdom!

Outstanding service and friendly staff. Explained and identified tire problems. Clean facility and Covid safety observed. This is exactly how Customer Service is supposed to work!

They were prompt and looked at my car quickly. I have a warranty but they encouraged me to cover myself. I would’ve until they said one hour of repair time to remove a 6-10” wide cover that would only take MINUTES to remove. The disconnected washer hose was clearly visible above it. The only thing they would’ve needed to remove the cover for was to see if connecting part was lost, broken or just disconnected. They warranty company said they’d pay it but it apparently was ‘too much trouble’ for them too bother. After I declined the work & went to pick up the car they tried to charge an additional ‘inspection fee’ (I guess for opening the hood?!?) so I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Being from layton its super convenient. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend 10/10

Had an emergency with my vehicle while visiting the Keys and received great service by staff and manager Juan. Took care of me and was out within an hour or less to continue enjoying my tripI definitely recommend Tire Kingdom for any car service you may need 👍

I am on a 800 mi trip to marathon for this week pulling my boat. Had some tire trouble. The manager was very helpful and his crew were great also. If i lived here this would be the only place i would do bussiness. Thanks Juan you the man.

Arrived 15 mins early for appointment to rotate tires and change oil. Took the clerk 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork. Was assured the job would be done in an hour. 90 minutes later and still not started on the car. If you cant get to the job tell people, our time is valuable too.

Terrible service! We went for a simple oil change before driving back up the coast of Florida. They stripped the plug for the oil pan and they said it needed to be replaced. They wanted me to wait 5 days (hotels arent cheap) and pay over $800!!! It ended up being cheaper to pay $1,000 for our car to get towed to our mechanic in Delray. He ended up charging me only $200 to fix the plug without changing the oil pan. He told me that Tire Kingdom lied to me and messed up with my oil pan so that I can pay more money! Never go here! It is a SCAM!!!!!!!

I was at the store last weekend for a short vacation in the area and had some road noise coming from my tires that was so annoying, when I arrived to the store the sales person was so nice and offered to help me right away I was in a rush and left the store within a few hours the service was excellent, and staff were so professional, I will definitely return to this store and all of the tire kingdoms going forward

Had an appointment to have my oil changed. I was helped Juan Dieppa. He was very attentive and did his best to have my car finished as soon as possible. Shop is clean and has nice waiting room.

I had tires delivered for my sisters truck, paid in full. Had them mounted and balanced along with an oil change. Had a pleasant experience. Went back for an alignment, brake inspection and oil change for my jeep. After 2 hours I came back and was told my jeep was done. Instantly I realized nothing was done for my alignment and I still had the same problem with my brakes. Brought my jeep back and tried again... After another hour I got a call it was ready... Finally my wheel was straight but my brakes still had the problem. With good faith I drove the 1 hour back home only to find my old oil filter was still on my engine along with the old oil. Apparently their employees were unable to figure out how to remove my oil cap so they just charged me and did not do the job. Beware of this business.

Very busy, polite and knowledgeable staff!

Show up with an appointment made, real simple, new wheels, new tires, just a mount and balance. No vehicles go on the lift, no tires to be removed. They say theyre backed up by a couple hours and booked for the next two weeks. Fine, can i just come back later? No. Go online, every hour for the next two weeks is open. Not sure if theyre doing some under the counter work, just not putting the work into their system, or just straight up lying. Not my first issue with this place, but definitely my last. Just go to Muffler Man, genuine and quick service when possible, and you support a local business.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Had and 11 am appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. the parking lot was full. when i checked I asked if we were still on schedule with my 11 appt. and he said yes. At 11:50 I asked for my keys back as my truck had still not moved out of the parking lot. People that came in after I came in had their vehicles in the garage before me with an appointment. Place SUCKS

I was having an issue with my truck starter. This was not my normal place for service and I was in Marathon visiting. Juan and the team looked at the issue, fixed the issue and had excellent communication thru out the day. They addressed the problem, never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and made sure I was back on the road safely. Thanks guys!!!

I called Tire Kingdom in Marathon to receive a quote on new tires which they graciously emailed to me. After receiving the quote I called to say that I wanted to go ahead and purchase the tires and make an appointment to have them installed. They told me the tires would be in the next day and I could have the 11:30 appointment. I took the appointment. Before making the hour drive to the store I called to verify that the tires had arrived. They put me on hold while they “put their eyes on them” and returned to tell me the tires had arrived. When I arrived they did not have me down for an appointment and the tires were not there because no one had ordered them. And yes I did call the Marathon store in each of my interactions. Three mistakes. Nice staff but inept customer service. I should have heeded the poor reviews but there are not a lot of options in the Keys. Off to Vic’s Auto Tech in Tavernier. Not a chain but it turns out their price is the same as Tire Kingdom and they provide excellent service.

I took my car because the air conditioning does not cool, the next week the car was the same, I lost $ 1,600😥When I came to complain, they told me there was another problem that they solved first.😢

My husband and I were in the keys for vacation and my car wouldnt start after we purchased some souvenirs at a gift shop. Thank goodness tire Kingdom was right next door. One of the workers came over and jumped the car, we drove over and they checked the battery and it was bad so they got a new one and had it installed in less than an hour! My husband and I got to enjoy the our last day of our trip on the beach thanks to the staff at tire kingdom. Thank you so much!

Called ahead around 5:00, pulled in at 5:30. Service was amazing, staff was helpful and friendly. A new set of tires and an oil change, was out the door by 6:45. (They close at 6:00) 10/10 would recommend

Very happy with the service. Fromt desk was awesome. Got a patch done on tire. Went in to get it taken care of and when I walked out a service tech already had it in the shop being worked on. What a great experienceI went to have my brake pads replaced and they found that my calipers needed replacement as well I was very happy with the service and the work done on my vehicle.Jaun Dieppa the service manager That helped me did a fantastic job and got me in and out as quick as possible I find the service has improved since his arrival.

My wife took her car for an oil change not only did it take them for ever to do they also tried to seller tire rotations and all that and all she asked for was a damn oil change what a ridiculous place

Awesome staff! They are always busy and they try so hard to get to everyone. Juan is the best manager around and he is awesome with clients. Brandon and Anthony are truly the only guys I trust at Tire Kingdom. Im very happy with the service I receive.

I got an oil change last month, booked my appointment online and showed up on time. Had a little confusion with what the online system told me for my vehicle, but the manager came out and took the time to explain to me the issue and how he could help resolve it. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, the man at the desk remembered my name and got me checked out quickly and efficiently. Great work by the staff to get a satisfied customer.

Made an appointment online for Saturday, even called and changed the time of the appointment on Saturday morning. After driving over an hour from Key West I arrived only to realize they are closed. Sign on the door says they are closed on the weekends, it would have been nice to know that beforehand.

My son recently was involved in a minor car accident which required to have my vehicle repaired by a mechanic. Juan was great to work with, he was able to get my vehicle back on the road within a day after getting the parts in. He always took my phone call and delivered on what he said he would do. Very happy and will return!

My vehicle has been there 3.5 hrs and still not done. Good thing i had a friend pick me up. Its 105 outside and wouldnt sit inside waiting room with all the virus lurking

Terrible customer service. Tried calling several times to make an appointment with no answer. Went in person 30 minutes with no service. Went a second time in person to make Ann appointment was told there earliest they could do was next Tuesday. Came in at the appointed time and they were closed.

I really appreciate the clarity of pricing for services. Often I find myself paying more for mechanic work than originally quoted.Mike, the associate that helped me, was clearly very busy but took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed.There was some waiting time but the team at this location made sure that I was aknowledged and they were working dilligently towards getting everyone serviced.I will definitely be back and I will definietly reccomend.

Took my car in today with metal screeching, a leaky tire. The team in Marathon solved the problems; kept me informed and provided excellent service at a fair price. I will be back.

Limped into town with a bad wheel bearing. Juan took good care of us, fixed in one day and back on the road. Best case scenario I could ask for.

This is my second time to a tire kingdom. Each and every time Ive been greeted with fast friendly and superb service!

We come down here from Palm Beach County a couple times a year. We only come for a few days to fish and spend time on the water so time is precious for those few days...no time to waste time. My splash guard was damaged on the way down here and dragging on the ground, it needed to be fixed ASAP. This Tire Kingdom was across the street from where we were staying so I was there bright and early, while my husband was impatiently waiting for me to start our day of fishing. Not only did they open their doors before regularly scheduled hours but they refastened my splash guard and had me on the water within 15 minutes. I could believe it because you just dont find people like this anymore. In my opinion they deserve 10 stars! These guys are the best. If you ever need you car serviced while down in the Keys come to this place!
