The gentleman who was under training did a good job and was friendly. The girl training him along with the other employee there that day were top notch and very sweet to work with. I broke my phone while on vacation and they made the replacement upgrade a breeze 👌 great employees

Went in to upgrade iPhone 11 to iPhone 12 under the promotion for $700 off new phone with trade in. Signed up for an additional new line, got my phone, found out 3 weeks later when I went to turn it in that my phone is worth less than $35 and now I get nothing towards the promotion and cannot go back on it. Completely dishonest business practices from employees who are uneducated and dont know what theyre doing and of course all the information is in the fine print that they send to you AFTER signing. Paying off all my devices and switching to another carrier and NEVER purchasing a phone from a cellular provider again!

Sandy has incredible customer service skills! She solved an account issue I had even though it took her several weeks to do it--she never gave up! AND saved me money in the process. This is the most knowledgeable, courteous and delightful person and she is a shining star to ATT and I hope they know it!!!!!

Im very disgusted how the employee at this location removed my 2 lines from the grandfather plans to a plan that was more expensive. I went into the store to upgrade a phone only. He did not know how to activate the phone so had to go back after I left store and phone was not working. He also made these changes without my permission. So basically he did fraudulent changes. I found out a month later when my bill was higher.

I would like to thank Lydia Rizo, Ysmael Perez and Sandy Williamson from the Marathon AT&T store for their excellent customer service. We will definitely be back for all our phone needs.

I havent had a good day with ATT cable & internet. Buffers 3+ during 1 movie, will stop and say No Internet Connection and yet tv menu says its connected. 2 yr contract... staff doesnt seem to care.

Sandy was very helpful and patient in helping us get the phones we wanted. She answered all our questions and transferred our contacts and data to the new phones. I wish every place provided customer service like her.
