Called a few weeks back to have come and check output of our vhf and ssb. He told me he would and to call back once the boat was in the water. I called today to give a heads up that next week boat will be in water. He told me that he does not want to do it now. He said “ we make our money installing new equipment, not making field calls to check equipment.” Wow talk about not doing what you said you would? We are blown away by this lack of regard for us. Especially since we consider vhf and ssb to be major safety items on board. Shame on this company!

I have tried for over a week to get a hold of them and have made 5 trips to the store only to find the door locked during normal hours. This must be the norm in the keys with all businesses from my experiences over the past 6 years. Ill be using amazon from now on so I get what I need faster.

Bert and Jim do a great job. Their prices on equipment are competitive or lower than West and their labor rate is very fair.I have purchased goods and services from them on three different occasions. I would not go anywhere else for marine products and installation.They are honest and do what they say.......on time
