I thought I purchased outdoor rocking chairs. This was back 2 months ago. I mistakenly paid cash for my purchase. I was working with a sales woman. I was hoping she would call or acknowledge me at least once every 2 weeks. I havent heard from her since. I guess she got my money and doesnt care about if I received my order. It was 2 adirondack chairs and a small table. They said it would be delivered on Sept 11th, 2020. Never heard a word from sales woman or store or anybody. Due to virus seems to be their excuse.Its a shame such a reputable company only cares about money and not product or service.How do you think they could make this right ? A phone call at least 1 time per month would be grateful. Please call me from Royal Furniture in Marathon FL.

Royal furniture helped me to remodel my condo. Chris Blankman did an excellent job in leading my remodeling project. We did have a couple of hiccups of things that went wrong but Chris always straightened it out with no problems. I would definitely call Royal Furniture again if I needed help with anything. Also, I bought a lot of furniture from them and the furniture was reasonably priced and very good quality.

Attractive furniture bur VERY overpriced for the quality. Most of the furniture is. Southern Motion you can buy direct from manufacturer. Google it.

Not a bad place. Good selection of furniture but slightly higher prices. We ended up buying a couch here. We would buy here again.

Im extremely happy with the Capris sofa I bought 2 years ago, we rent our house and the sofa still looks great! The pillows were dirty from renters abuse and I just put them in the washer on gentle cycle and they came out new again! The delivery crew were very professional, sweet and went beyond their job description, they moved my old and heavy sofa to my neighbor! Very happy!

Nice show room BUT… overpriced for quality you get.Our palm print, $1,500.00 sleeper we bought was terribly uncomfortable within the first few months.First, the seat cushions are now too small and the density of foam has not proven dense enough. Ironic for a sofa but it was just cheaply made. Seat cushions compressed and shift all the time.They are short!Second, after being assured that the beds in sleeper sofas are better quality & more comfortable than before (10 yrs ago) ...The bed portion is unusable due to the fact it bows towards the centre! Its worse that trying to sleep in a hammock.Future shoppers: Even if it seems inconvenient, please try out all aspects of furniture you may buy & if not satisfied dont get pressured into buying then and there. Buy used until better product is available …somewhere else. Sadly, we will never recommend nor shop there again.
