IVAN TILE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DECLINED RESPONSEABILITY FOR A PROBLEM THAT WAS CAUSED BY HIS WIFES EMPLOYEES IN THE COURSE OF THEIR house cleaning services (they flooded the house while cleaning it), the wife called her husband, who had never been at the house before, and in defense of his wife and her hose cleaning business had to be ordered off the property.due to his unprofessionalism and vulgar language. I would recommend not even considering this company for anything.

Great business from a great person...

Ivan is unreliable and untrustworthy. He did not stand by his word. I contacted Ivan to repair my tile. We made an agreement for his men to start Monday, Sept 9. On Monday, his men never showed up. He specifically asked me to leave my house unlocked so that his men could do the repair. Because this is my second home, my house remained unlocked for the entire week until I was able to get back down there. To make matters worse, I called his office and left a message but never got a return call. I called again and spoke to his wife. She said she would call me right back to let me know when Ivan could do the repair. Again, I never got a call back. The next time I called the office, Ivan’s wife said he was away in North Carolina for two weeks and to give her a call back. This was very unprofessional and there was no reason to treat me like this. Please take as a warning not to trust Ivan.
