Great Winn Dixie to stop and load up for the day. We are on cavy and got everything we needed. The alcohol selection was amazing. The store is huge and lots of stuff in stock. The workers were nice. The prices were good to. Overall, very good grocery store to get your needs!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store was set up much different than my local store so I needed directions on finding a couple items. Everyone was very nice.

Very clean store and staff was helpful and friendly. Had to run and pick up some things for the weekend trip down to the keys to have in the hotel room. Great location to our hotel and easy in and out.

The outside of this store doesnt look appealing. The stores red sign needs to be freshened up and the parking lot looks a little dirty and not kept up. The inside of the store is fully stocked, clean and had all basic groceries and produce. I like the Latin grocery options, I will still shop there.

Clean, reasonably priced grocery store. Was hoping for some postcards, beach supplies etc. But not so much.

Watch out for Andrew the checker. . . He doesnt wear a name tag. While I had my head turned putting my credit card away in my wallet, he was punching buttons on the credit card terminal for cash back. I asked him what he was doing, and he just stated he was hitting the next button. I told him I didnt want any cash back on my transaction and he said I didnt select any cash back. Looked at my receipt after he closed the cash drawer, and sure enough, he selected $40 cash back. Asked him about it, and he opened back up cash drawer to give me my $40. Ladies at customer service counter were nice, refunded my money, but also stated this has been a problem with him, and hes worked there two years. I wouldnt recommend going to Winn Dixie Marathon, but if you do, pay close attention to the transaction and make sure the cashier is not trying to steal money from you.

Winn-Dixie is great but some times but barely the food can have mold or are close but it has many many great foods and cakes.

Super chill. I recommend this as a place to stop. Not serving food yet so no way to review that however the beer and atmosphere is worth it.

Some employees only speak Spanish. If you need directions or help, you need to find an English speaking employee.

My experience when I went to this store was amazing! The store was exceptionally clean, including the bathroom, and everything was really organized and the staff were nice, attentive and respectful. I loved going there, I recommend this store 100%. Thank you for your great service!

Located on Overseas Highway, this store is stocked in every department including floral, seafood, bakery, grab and go sandwiches if youre jumping on the boat that day. There are beautiful chickens, roosters and baby chicks walking around in the parking lot. After all, it is the Keys!

My mother and I went to Winn-Dixie and one of the cashiers didnt know what she was doing, instead of using the mystery points she clicked on the reward points and then the manager came and instead of correcting the cashier (HER FRIEND) the manager was trying to make it seemed like she didnt understand what we were saying from my understanding were not the only ones who have problems with the reward points

I havent actually been to the store as of yet, but I just had to write in to tell everyone how WONDERFUL Rosario is. I called several stores to try and get a 50th birthday cake done for our girls trip down to the keys. Well, I didnt have much luck until I called Winn Dixie and Rosario answered the phone (she works in the deli and was just helping out the bakery) This women has gone ABOVE & BEYOND to help me get things done for my cousins 50th birthday celebration. She has text with me, she has called me and she has just been a delight EVERY single time I have talked with her. I cant thank her enough for how much she has done and i cant wait to meet her when we pick up our yummy cake.Winn Dixie is lucky to have someone that cares so much for their patrons.THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSARIO!!!!!!

Just stopped to buy some groceries and picked up some fried chicken for a quick bite... do not buy it the most disgusting chicken I ever tasted... it was so dry not fit for human consumption.

For grocery stores in the Keys, use Marathon Key, not Big Pine Key. We have had a problem with spoiled food from Big Pine Key Winn-Dixie.

Been shopping Winn-Dixie for years! Employees always helpful & product selection is great! But delivery service is a joke! They use an outside service for delivery called Shipt! Not very reliable! Scheduled a delivery & no show! Waited over 24hrs & finally canceled & shopped myself! Wanted delivery because I hurt my back & it was very difficult for me to do myself! I think Winn-Dixie should look for better delivery service!

Worst experience Ive ever had at Winn Dixie, 1 cashier and self service registers, place was busy, kids inside with a dog in one of the child carts running all over the store including teenagers who almost knocked my sister down as we were leaving the register. I worked at Winn Dixie do over 10 years and we never had this problem. Very disappointed today.

Winn-Dixie was super crowded but Publix was closed for Easter. Difficult to get around in store due to displays in the middle of the lanes, little room to maneuver creates many bottlenecks.

It just reopened, so figured everything was fresh. Went four days ago, and within a day most of the produce we purchased (strawberries, raspberries, red peppers, bananas) were already going bad... have had to throw out most of it. Icing on the cake was this unopened block of cheese just pulled from the fridge today (date of expiry posted as Sept 10).Will not be going back.

Store was clean. Staff was friendly (even though she didnt know what aisle the apple cidar was in). The cart collector couldve used some help in the parking lot.

Its a Keys Winn-Dixie, which means better prices than Publix - the BOGO program here is a godsend to those on a budget - but a lesser shopping experience. Especially in Marathon. Given they had to rebuild entirely after Irma, one wouldve expected something better.

I enjoyed shopping here! The Winn-Dixie in our home town closed several years ago. I love their fresh vegetables and fruit! Since our store had closed, I discarded my store discount card. So, be sure to ask when checking out for the cashier to use the stores discount card so that you can get all of the deals on the sales that they offering! I also stocked up on their discounted baked items. Their roast was top quality! I really miss that also! I was glad that I was able to shop here while we were traveling!

Staff was rude and unhelpful. One register open and six people in line. Only choice was to self check-out. Wake up! We come in to spend our money and you expect us to check out ourself? Your system is not set up to check out a cart full of groceries. You can’t take a bag out of the bagging area without it messing up the whole system. Then you have to wait for it to reset before you can scan another item. One of the employees argued with me when I tried to get him to help. He had the nerve to tell me that”you can’t take a bag out of the bagging area until you finish and pay”. What a joke. Had him call the manager and then he whined to the manager in Spanish about me. Hello! You’re in America now. We speak English yet I’m fluent in Spanish as well. Th manager did nothing to help the situation. Oh well, guess I’ll shop at Publix instead.

My sister accidentally threw away something valuable in the trash as she was leaving Winn Dixie. 1 hour later we called to see if we could come look thru the garbage. Marilyn put me on hold and went into the garbage can and found the item. She was so sweet with a genuine heart. I will always be grateful for her willingness to do a job that was not in her job description. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Its a grocery store. But if you dont mind the 20 minute drive, go to Winn-Dixie in Big Pine. They have twice the selection, overall more products and are better organized.

Kudos to the young man who collects the shopping carts!! He is Johnny-on-the-spot with collecting carts! He takes his job seriously and its so nice to see a young person with that attitude!Also, our cashier was very kind and polite! (Wish I could remember her name. )As far as the store itself... very clean and easy to locate what I wanted, aisles clearly marked and shelves well stocked (for the most part).

The best sales and the staff try hard, are friendly and helpful. Keith, Rita, Livan and Nancy are the best, most knowledgeable staff there is.

Nothing has changed....Just about every time that I come in and am ready to checkout there is only one cashier open with a long line of customers waiting. Did I mention that nothing has changed?

We stopped in for two sodas and got expired Diet Dr Peppers out of the register coolers. Didnt find out til we opened them 100 miles down the road and they tasted icky - expired 3 months prior. Otherwise, store was clean and everything else looked great. Ive never checked dates on sodas but Im going to start now.
