This is our home away from home. We absolutely love it here. Our boat is right out back so we can hop on anytime we want. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. Its peaceful and beautiful here.

Condominium trailer homes and high end rv’s (campers) on the ocean in Marathon, Florida. The general manager is on site. Very friendly staff. The owners association means there is lively debate about improvements. And improvements are happening all around us as we sit here! In fact we watched as the Mayor of Monroe County and federal and state representatives lined up for interviews with Fox News, WLRN, Channel 7 who were streaming live coverage of the removal of some of the last pieces of debris from the last big storm out of the canals here.They ushered the manatees out of the canals before they began work. Using scuba divers and snorkelers.It’s a truly perfect location, a mile from the airport, 50 miles from Key West South and Key Largo north! So much to do here with a community room being redeveloped as we speak and the point where locals hang out and talk about their day, fishing, gossip and lobster!!!

Great place. Some construction going on with the services and theyre repaving the roads. Other than that, beautiful place with some very nice people. Glad we chose here. Many years to come!

In key by the sea.The Oupost (UNFORGETTABLE. VACATION) a refuge for rent in key by the Sea 89W, Near Sombrero beach just 5 minutes by boat and 14 minutes by bike to reach the paradise of turquoise waters of fine white sand. Cada año regreso a relajarme a este refugio maravilloso donde me aislo del estres y la agitacion del mundo moderno.

Management is a joke the board runs the show and they are just as corrupt as the city of marathon. If you decide to buy or rent here you are in for a rude awakening.

The Park has undergone many changes & improvements are on-going. It is a quiet, peaceful place to be. Numerous community activities occur in the Rec Hall open to all residents. Key RV is convenient to all vital Marathon businesses, shopping, medical services, restaurants, etc. When difficulties arise (as they do in any community) they are immediately addressed & resolved. Easy, quick access to the Atlantic is the best.

Spectacular recovery from hurricane irma, still going strong.

It is quite and they have 3 laundry facilitys around the park. There is no play ground for kids. They have a bingo night once a week.

Visited a friend here. Seemed really compact.

Leary of the police in the place. 3 passes over an hour and they were there. Had my cart stolen and fence stolen and the manager does nothing to help recover the items

Place got dumpy and never brought back up after hurricane. For 1000 to 1300 a month for lot rent plus utilities def not worth it

All lots are privately owned in order to rent a place there you have to contact the individual owners which is difficult at times..

Very rude person, Michael, that needs to learn better manners on the phone!

Unfortunately this place is devastated by Hurricane Irma but most of the people here are unfriendly
