Not sure if this review applies to your location but…to the Fedex driver that turned in my cell phone that had my drivers license, bank card, and credit cards in a wallet attached to the back of it to the Key Colony PD…thank you!! I’m 15hrs from home, I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had lost all of that stuff. I hope this reaches the right person. My faith in humanity has been restored. Thankful for the honest people still out there in this world.

The staff is so friendly! They allowed me to send urgent letter even that I was late and they were already closing the store. Also they let my 3 yo daughter to use their staff only restroom

I had an important package arriving but was not made aware that I had to be home to sign for it (don’t most people work)? So I arrived home on Wednesday 5/1 and there is a tag on my door with “Another attempt will be made” and “2nd attempt” both circled. Oh good I thought, apparently they will come back since there was also a space for “Final attempt.” So I signed in the box next to someone else’s scrawling all across the space where I was supposed to sign (not sure who would do that). It was so weird, I attached an additional sticky note to the bottom asking to please leave the package by the door and signed that as well. Nothing on Thursday or Friday. So I tried to go online to track the package over the weekend and was instructed to download an elaborate app which took forever and talked to me with messages like “you’re almost done!” It seemed like a virus or malware or something so I aborted that after 2 tries and no results! The option of picking the package up at my local FedEx office could have work but they were closed Saturday. It’s an hour away but I happened to be going there that day for an outing. Now we are in the work week again and I don’t have time to make a 2-hour round trip to do that. So I called and talked to the robot on the toll free number this morning (Monday 5/6) and they said the package wasn’t delivered because the business was closed. It was my home, NOT a business! I requested for texts to be sent to me with updates on the package and got 15 texts, none of which gave helpful information! Meanwhile I’m emailing with the sender asking what I should do. He suggested calling and talking to someone which I thought was impossible. But I called back and asked the robo-receptionist to “talk to a real person” and that worked! The real person was very friendly but basically told me it was now my problem and I had to call the sender and get them to authorize resending it. Will that cost them more money? This is a non profit so I hope not. So to conclude, there was no step of this process that went well. Yes the sender could have informed me that a signature was required. But I think on FedEx’s part, it would be better to offer the texting at the time of the delivery attempts because real people work and don’t just sit around waiting for packages to arrive. I could have easily told the driver (or a dispatcher) to bring the envelope to my work which receives packages all day long. Now it will go back to the sender and then back to me. Yes I’m frustrated!!
