I recently brought my car into Marblehead Collision to fix some parking lot damage plus damage to the passenger door from a minor accident. Marblehead Collision provided me with a thorough and detailed estimate, and walked me through several options to help me save some money. They did perfect body work, and detailed the interior of the car before returning it to me. Over and above all of that, they were incredibly patient with what turned out to be a complicated and time-consuming insurance negotiation, and managed the rental car hand-off for me when I picked up my car. These guys go the extra mile to make sure the repair process is as painless as it can possibly be. Highly recommended.

I have a brand new 2020 Porsche Macan S. It didn’t even have 1,000 miles on it and someone hit it on the front driver’s side. Whoever hit my car didn’t alert me and I wasn’t very happy about it. I went to Marblehead Collision. Luckily, I had the vehicle treated with a ceramic coating, which is basically a high performance clear coat to protect the car’s surface. At Marblehead Collision, they simply removed the ceramic coating from my bumper andlike magic the whole scratch and black and white paint on my car disappeared! I was thrilled and they refused to charge me at all...You can’t ask for better service and more honest people!

I stopped by thinking I needed body repair work from an altercation with a fence, and Brian figures out that it was just transferred paint, buffed it off, and sent me on my way with no charge. I don’t have cash to throw around, I really appreciated this.

Marblehead Collision did a great job, fixing some minor damage to my car. Although minor it involved a number of panels. The paint was blended wonderfully so no one would know the work was done. The car was also detailed to perfection when I picked it up. Not only that, when I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride home in their new electric vehicle. Quick turn-around and wonderful experience all around.

I had a new bumper put on my Ford truck in June 2013. My insurance company would only pay for an aftermarket bumper. After 6 months the bumper began showing signs of rust. I returned to Marblehead Collision and they immediately offered to switch out the bumper with an OEM part. They said they would not charge for the labor and I was only responsible for the additional cost of the better part. They went on to say that they would assume the risk with returning the part to the aftermarket manufacturer and guranteed that my total bill would only be the difference in cost of the part. Not only did this company stand behind their workmanship, they stood behind their parts providers to make sure their customer was treated fairly.
