As a design professional on the North Shore, I’ve worked with showrooms from here to the Boston Design Center. Im not an easy client; I ask too many questions, consider too many options, and have high expectations. When it came to fulfilling custom rugs for my own home, I chose Magarian. The project was initially set to include two area rugs, but I was so happy with the quality, selection, pricing, and fast turnaround, that it quickly progressed to include two additional area rugs, and hallway & stairway runners throughout the house. Sizing custom runners demands careful attention to detail; Magarian installers found solutions for tricky landings and inconsistencies in the architecture, and heard all of my specific requests (wider-than-standard paths, tight waterfall installation, minimal tacking, etc.). Everything was delivered ahead of schedule, and install was fast & flawless every time. We are currently working on two more area rugs now. I can’t say enough about Cori’s eye for color, Cori and Wayne’s patience & attentiveness, and installer Jose’s competence & expertise!
