I have shopped a couple times at this store, and I have noticed recently that they had made improvements on the display and appearance of store from inside. The first time I went there, the store hand an unpleasant smell and store items were untidy. It is much better now. They feature some international selection of groceries, meat and produce. Their prices can be competitive, and their location is convenient. It is easy to find parking there.

Always go for their freshly made sushi rolls. You can eat this delicious snack right out of the plastic wrap.They have the sushi hand roll available by the register. If theyre out, you can usually ask if theyre sold out or if there will be more available. For the most part, they will make more. Definitely reminds me of the sushi rolls back home that you can buy at a local store. Yum.

This store is well stocked and has friendly staff. Since the turnover of product os high, the food is fresh. Im happy to have a market that supplies most of my Asian Grocery needs close to home.

Great little market.. you can find alot of specialty items here and foods.. Awesome Sake selections at all times. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because its a little dirty.. and only one register. When its busy, and it does get busy.. the line is long. But the staff is helpful and very nice ..All in all... a nice Asian market ❤

This is my favorite place to get easy food to make lunch or just get snacks, but it has a wide selection for anything youd want to cook. I mostly like their rice cakes, noodles, and tea. Its always very quiet and peaceful.

Asian Market, oh wow one of my best finds so far, especially since I am from the Caribbean they carry alot of items that are exchangeable, different names, but same product, so far I love it, and the nice lady at the cash register in the evening was nice and friendly! Makes you want to go and spend money!

Very cute little K-shop. It was my first time going here and it has most necessities I wanted to get. I mainly came for the Korean + Japanese snacks ☺ workers there were super nice too so overall it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

This market has a variety of items that are hard to find in traditional America grocery stores. A local small business that is highly recommend.

Park way away from everyone else because people who park here will hit your car with their doors and dent or scratch it. The safeway employees park in the front spots so the customers have to park further away from the store.

They are well balance here meaning, the store has everything you want. But, trying to find it or try to order it is a different story. You have the owner man, he is super nice even has a sense of humor. But, there is the other guy not so friendly. He there more often always cashiering. But when it comes down to it, they have a great store and the sushi rolls are fresh and very delicious. I always leave happy and its a blessing that they do try to get want to want. Thank you for being there and providing items that not all stores carry.

Really unassuming of a store, but packs so much in -- all of the necessities including ramen, frozen goods, fresh produces, kimchi. The best? The house made gimbap for $1.50.

Love this place. The prices are beyond reasonable for a wide assortment of imported instant noodles. The fresh hand rolls are delicious and the people are friendly. This is is a standard that all small stores should aspire to.

I was standing in line before other people walked in and he helped everyone else first then they tell me the line is on the other side then the cashier was rude I would not go back here again

The biggest selection of Asian products in the area. I can get every ingredient I need in one spot and they had my favorite beer Orion.

There is a variety of different foods to choose from, the workers are nice and the prices are good. The place feels homey and there is many different things to choose from, whether you want to purchase food or cooking materials like pans or cups this place has different things to offer. The sushi rolls are always really good and the prices are very affordable. Definitely recommend it! (:

Love this little market! My favorite items are their fresh kim chee and their $1.50 sushi. Sometimes they are sold out of their sushi rolls, but usually the wait isnt too long. Very kind and helpful staff.

This is more of an Korean food type of store, they have drinks, frozen stuff, tablewares, pots, etc. the staff there is very polite and nice. Great place to get some new pots and tablewares 👍

Always friendly and good prices

I really enjoy coming here for several Korean foods! I live in Salinas and I dont like to drive, so it is an effort for me that I am willing to make. When you are hooked on Korean coffee it is well worth the trip! I also buy ramen, bean buns, kim bap and today I bought japche ( which I do not know how to spell). I will be back again soon!

Eve though we moved away 5 years ago, we have to stop here every time we come to town! Love all the selections and Kimbap (sushi roll)! Actually just picked up 8 rolls to take on our hike in Point Lobos right now!

A bit old fashioned, but have most of basic grocery items. Their home-made-like Kimbop and Japchae are very inexpensive and nice. Almost addictive. If only they had more offers for meat products... The largest Korean grocery in the Monterey area. Oh, and they dont charge tax, which is kind of standard for Korean grocery stores...
