Initially had a good experience with Fastech. Then a simple issue with an order showed the owner Johns true color with his unprofessional, rude, and curt responses to me.After spending about $500 on the site, I then ordered a small replacement hardware piece I needed. The piece that I received in the mail was clearly used and damaged. I thought it was really unprofessional to send something out like that as if I wouldnt notice it upon receipt, either that, or simply really bad attention to detail with packaging the item to not notice.I sent photos of the item and a friendly email explaining the situation to John, the owner as I figured hed take care of it. Waited 3 days. Received no response. Over a period of 2 weeks, I then resent the email every 2-3 days, totaling about 5 emails. John finally responded 2 weeks later from my original email.When he did respond, he clearly didnt even spend the time to read my original email as he was clearly confused and was thinking I was the one who damaged the replacement part. I had to re-explain it to him with more emails.In his response, he laughed at me and made me feel stupid and also said that he did respond to my initial email about it (I never received any responses).I honestly didnt believe him that he sent a response, so I politely asked him if he could simply forward me his response that he said he sent. I knew his response would tell me what really happened. He refused to forward the email he sent, claiming he didnt have the time and that it didnt matter. I told him that it mattered to me, and that Im a customer that projects to spend $1000 to $2000 a year at his shop, and that it would literally take him 15 seconds to search and then forward the email he claimed to have sent to me, less time than it takes to type out a follow up with the excuse saying he doesnt have the time.Again he refused, stating he doesnt have more time to waste. He was also very rude to me in his follow ups.Check out some of his responses to me:It doesnt matter, I dont have time to find it.Im not wasting more time for this $15 tool.If you think you could find better service, then by all means, go elsewhere. Good luck with that...just dont ask for my help anymore!!!What an embarrassing, dishonest, and shameful way to conduct business and respond to a customer who would have spent $1000 to $2000 a year and probably would have recommended the business to all friends and associates in the karting community.Now Ill be sure to let EVERYONE I come across at the many kart tracks in Northern California about my experience with Fastech.What a rude, curt, and unprofessional man. He used to be friendly, helpful, and have a really good reputation, but clearly those days are now over...Shameful.

I have bought parts on and off over the years from Fastech. Most orders go smooth. Once a supplier sent me a kit that was missing some parts and they made it right. They even took care of the postage to send it back. Fastech is always my first stop online for Kart parts.
I am pretty new to karting and Fastech has taken the time to answer my dumb ass questions without any attitude or delay. Orders arrive within a day of ordering.
