I was in town for the 15u Babe Ruth tournament and had an accident. Didnt know who to call or what to do but I knew I was 800 miles from home and I couldnt get home without a body shop. I stopped by Rite-Way and they were extraordinary. All I wanted was some realignment and duct tape to get me home but they overwhelmed me by completely fixing my car for a reasonable price. They could have taken advantage of my situation but chose to help me out. Absolutely fantastic... Great people and great service. I highly recommend them.

The motto of their company is our success depends on our customer satisfaction well your customer service is very lacking. I rented a camper from them, not expecting it to be brand new totally awesome because its a rental but at least expecting everything to work properly...well it did not. So when we called to talk about this we were treated so poorly it was unbelievable!!!! WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY SEEVICES PERIOD BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE!

Had to use a 24-hour tow service on a Saturday afternoon far from home. Tow truck driver dropped me off with my family and towed our van 25 miles to an auto shop and left a message and key at the shop for the owner. The driver was very helpful and friendly and saved us a lot of time.

Poor service. Originally brought vehicle in to have a ignition interlock device installed because I have a DUI. They’re supposed to work with you and show you how to use the device which they did for a little while and they were unsuccessful and I had to learn myself. Then they told me the two-year-old battery in my vehicle wasn’t strong enough to run the vehicle and the interlock. So I said put a new battery in it and put a good one in it. I told them I wanted to keep my old battery just to have it as a back up but they kept the battery and said it was already gone. They told me the price for the battery and interstate Megatron two was $135 and they charge me $200 total to have it installed. They told me they had to do it because the interlock had to be disconnected and only they could do it. I found the same battery online for $100. A week later the battery went dead and I had it tested at AutoZone and they told me it was a bad battery. I brought it back to them and they gave me a new battery and they contacted The ignition interlock company and told them they would no longer service my vehicle because I gave them too much trouble. They were nothing but rude to me and our denying me service now because of problems with their equipment and installation techniques. I will never use their services nor will I recommend them to anybody else. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I cant believe the condition my vehicle was returned to me in. I took my truck in for buffing out paint swirls and it was returned over sanded with areas sanded through the clear coat and gobs of unsightly touchup paint that was still wet. It has worse paint swirls than the ones I took it in for. The headlights were not refinished as promised, the bumper was not touched up as promised. All of this after keeping my vehicle a day and a half after quoting me a half day for the job. There is nasty residue all over my truck. This vehicle is hands down in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. Their excuse? Jimmy isnt here, that wouldnt have happened if Jimmy was here They did claim they would make it right, but they will never touch one of my vehicles again.
