I have an older X5 that needed a Window Regulator as the back passenger window dropped. It They were booked up but the Manager Ted said I could leave it and he would get to is as soon as he could. Late that day he called to tell me he would be able to get it done. Safelite is a great company that I have used before for windshields, and now power window issues too. Ted was great to deal with.

We had a cracked windshield that was replaced while we were on vacation. The Marinette Branch sent Jeff to our location at Twin Bridges, Park. He did an excellent job that we are very pleased with. He reviewed the Safelite warranty with us in regards to the install. In addition during this covid-19 time he took all kinds of precautions to wipe and clean and sanitize and vacuum out our vehicle when he completed this replacement.

Never even answer the phone. Only open till noon. Its all atomated no real people to talk to. Should be so hard to speak to the local people about getting a window. I called snd called all the numbers. No people all atomated. And on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Come on.

Many years ago we agreed to have the windshield repaired and left in place. The repair was failing, so our insurance company suggested SafeLite for which we are very satisfied. From initial review of coverage with the insurance company to setting up installer appointment, the process was professional and seamless.
