Okay... Im getting irritated with the only checkout lanes are DIY... Why have so many people work here if you have no one to talk to and work with when checking out... Guess Ill start bringing magnets to get the security tagged items I want to take. As I cant buy! If you only have self checkout its easy to walk out with stuff

Ordered Online with free shipping- Received a call saying to come pick up the items since they said the driver said I called and said I would come pick them up. Which I never did call them.... Days went by and I never received an order.. I contacted the store directly and the woman could not figure out how to use the phone and hung up on me. I called Walmart support and they refunded my order.... What a mess and a joke of customer service.... I will be ordering from other places from now on.

They need to have more of the larger checkout areas if they expect people to check themselves out. The tiny checkout stations are good for a small amount of items. But not for weekly shoppers with a lot of items. There is no place to put all your items unless you get two carts.

The store has a lot of items and good food but the electronics counter is always a struggle getting someone to actually come and help retrieve locked items. Last time I was there I spent an hour by the counter, including having the fitting rooms call for an associate but one never showed up. Awesome for little items and if you can use the self-checkout by yourself. If you need a cashier I would advise to go earlier in the day, since Im the evenings it seems to be self-checkout only.

Havent been in this Walmart in MONTHS and I remember why. Only self checkouts were open, Not ONE person cashiering and the lines were ridiculous! Theres nothing directing the flow of people in line at either self checkout area so everyone is just milling around at the entrance to them. Poor setup. They did have the items we wanted, except for a square waffle iron.

I LOVE Walmart. I buy almost everything I need to survive in life from this place! Its always clean, stocked, and comfortable. If they dont have what youre looking for then just look again😁 Keep rock in it Walmart!

New to the area...moved over 1200 miles from the gulf coast. Love the bakery & fresh bread daily...shout out to Sue so friendly & helpful & to Tina in electronics. After 1.5 year of lock down & buying groceries via online app & now fully vaccinated...so appreciative of the welcoming friendly Walmart employees.

I am from out of town so I can only really compare to what I have in the south near me. I know every store carries products for their area and like most stores this one is moving tings around to be new and improved. I was at this store a month ago when I came to town and compared to this time they should have left things the way they were!Like my Walmart TOO many bare shelves with pallets in aisles just waiting to be put on the shelves and the workers standing around on their phones or just talking

Never has open cashier employees just standing watching the lines get longer hate this place

Parking lot was very clean the inside of the stores were very professionally being taken care of

We good to this Wal Mart a lot was there this morning picking up a few things 11-1-19 . As always go in to get one thing and get more than I went for. The employees are helpful if you need anything. Most of the them know me because being in there so often . Just a few pictures of the store its very clean. Well Ive been going by Walmart a few times this week. Youre supposed to have a mask on to protect you and others . Ive seen people have a mask on when they go in but take it off when they get in. Come on people have on your mask its just for your on protection!!!!

It is not like it use to be....Produce section. Was terrible out of stuff. Have to watch the selection do have,a lot was rotten or not in stock...Go to fine something that you know they sell. Only to find out they dont handle the item. Depressing

WALMART DOESNT have a lot of thing that they usually carry, but their shelf are empty. Shoe racks are bare. Some food arent carried anymore.

Inventory of laptops is very poor, and many of the displays that were empty, could have been filled by inventory in the locked cages behind the counter. Staff was helpful, but could benefit from greater organization and presentation.

Poor customer service. If something is out it shouldnt ring it up at the register then send you to customer service to get a refund & rering up other size. Cashier should be able to understand basic communication.

Walmart is Walmart. its so big you almost have to shop it in chunks. Definitely, do it half at a time, but it always has what you want.

The store wasnt stocked very well.Limited Grocery items; reduction in selection (only a couple brands).We filled the cart with what they had for our shopping list of then went to check out and only self check was open. We asked the employee who takes care of the self check to open a regular cashier and she said to use the belted self check! I said no open a regular cashier station or I was walking out and leaving the groceries in the cart!They opened one for us. Thank you!However I will not use the self checks I dont work for walmart!You want my business you check me out!

Im not a big Walmart shopper just a personal thing why I try to stay away . all the bright lights all the signs take over my mind I cant think sometimes from the moment I walk in, what was I here for and my baskets already full LOL but this certain store seems to have very tall shelves makes it hard to look across the store Im not familiar with this layout and had to ask where things were... Hip hip hooray to one stop shopping but also I say hey nae nae on all the people that are not polite and pushy and rude thats why I like small store shopping. Its easier to kill people with kindness when you dont have so many of them to deal with

This is a good sized Walmart for location. Try have good variety of items. The lines can get long, but the workers are for the most part good mannered . It would be nice if they kept more lines with an actual checkout person open .

Store was dirty, not enough check outs available. Not everyone wants to do self check out and pain in the butt if there is error in the self check out and trying to get help.

There is nothing on the shelves and you cant find anybody thats willing to come and help you

Sadly my most recent experience was lacking. The place was packed and they had one checkout open. Forcing folks to use the self checkouts. I do not work for Walmart so why should i do thier job for them? Their folks were not stocking shelves- a lot of those were just empty... No they were watching folks check themselves out... If I as a customer received an incentive perhaps I would do it but a galon of milk costs me the same irregardless of which lane I use.

Its funny that the description states a mask is required. Every time I walk into Walmart I see at least three people not wearing one. They walk right past the employee at the doors with no face covering of any kind. When I confront the said employee about this leniency, Im told its not a law and they can do nothing about it. I guess this makes the signs themselves irrelevant. So why are they posted?

It never fails: Whenever we visit website for grocery pickup, I have to check out without something Walmart has run out of.IOW, dont count on an abundance of stock -- On the upside, I let Walmart know via an on-line review what items are constantly out of stock (non-COVID related) --- they were responsive to my feedback. Let Walmart know --- Management listens!

I was very surprised at the empty shelves and the lack of patriotic apparel. Heck, I couldnt even find Calcium in the vitamin aisle.

Ive only had a few positive experiences at this place, and those were few and far between. Love the prices and bigger inventory, but hate the experience shopping there. I still shop online at Wal-Mart, but I will not visit their stores anymore.
