Sent a package to Kentucky and was pleasenty surprised to beat it home. 2 day shipment and everything was packed perfectly!

Needed something unusual copied and they were able to do it without charging too much

I have a Family member that used this location to pack and ship and he revealed the contents to another person.I would seriously consider not using this location unless you want the contents to be shared to others you may know or not. This person is not trust worthy and I will never use him again.

Every time we go, the owner is so helpful! They have some cool merchandise and gifts available and the prices are fair. We have had packages shipped, used the fax and notary service and have always been happy with the service

I needed to fax a very important document that had a very limited deadline. Went in, they faxed my document, I paid and left.Turns out the fax was sent to a wrong number, a completely different one than the number I provided to be faxed.I was contacted and given an extension for the deadline and had it faxed at a local library instead. They managed to get it right.If I cant trust the idiots at this business to send a simple fax, what can I trust them for?

I had to send a package overnight on a Wednesday at 4:30 pm to arrive Thursday by 10:00 am. Since there is no FedEx company location I had to go to an agent store. I went to this store. Big mistake.First I was told FedEx picked up already for the day. But, I was told it would go out on Thursday and arrive Friday by 10:30 am. I was charged $43.83. I agreed provided it would arrive Friday morning. Guess What? It didnt. FedEx tracking showed it to arrive Monday by 10:30 am.I called Pack N Shop and talked to Chris. He said there was nothing he could do. Offered no help. No refund of any amount. Pretty much said too bad, so sad.Do not trust these people. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money.

Consistently get overcharged at this location. Overestimates the dimension measurements even when they are right on the box. Attempted to send a medium size package this week and was quoted $52 for the cheapest option to send it via FedEx, when I inquired about USPS the clerk told me that it would be over $80 to ship via USPS through them. Took my package to the post office today, and it was $19.50 to ship with tracking.

I had three delicate items to ship and no idea how to do it. I took them to Pack n Ship and the owner clearly explained how she was going to wrap, pack and explained all shipping rate options and carriers available . Problem solved!I will definitely use Pack n Ship again!

Lights on, nobodys home. Nice, but not at all helpful. Really would have been nice to know that their USPS pick-up had already occurred and Id be better off going to a drop box. If you use this place, print your Fed Ex or UPS labels online. Their upcharge is ridiculous.

When there to get a package shipped, waited for over 15 minutes with no help. Came back a few minutes later, still no help. Better off going to UPS

These guys did great work. I needed to ship an antique tool chest to Texas. They packed it and it came through perfectly.

Web page says open at 10, got here and it was closed. Called the number and they said they do not open until 11. Drove 18 miles here and had to leave.

Got overcharged by almost 50 bucks yes 50 when my friend shipped same size same weight box because it was the same light and his bill was almost 50 bucks cheaper Im not one to rant and rave about people but the old man needs to learn whats fragile I am currently talking to a lawyer because thank god that business has cameras and my girlfriend started recording because he dropped a 2800 dollar light which was brand new and I have proof it worked 20 minutes before I got there he dropped it and then tried making me pay for more insurance for it so that it would cover his mistake the place should be shut down!!!!!!!
