Ive been using ValuCare Center pharmacy since I moved to Wisconsin a year ago. The staff was awesome through the shuffle of out of state Dr.s, scripts, and insurance. They took me on without hesitation, lead me through the chaos, and gained a happy, appreciative new patron in me.Every staff member at ValuCare is friendly. Each one of them continuously cater to needs and go the extra mile to ensure everyone is treated with respect and compassion. I was surprised to see that they easily remembered my name and a brief medical history, and they never skip a beat.Unlike the big box 24 HRCorner pharmacies, ValuCare is a small hometown pharmacy that while accurately providing important, life saving/maintaining pharmaceuticals, still pride themselves on costumer service and care. Even more impressive, they also ask the lowest prices around even without a discount card.If youre tired of the hours of careless, mass production that usually accompany judgement and unfamiliarity, I would suggest only Valuecare pharmacy. There are no comparisons.

ValuCare has the most helpful pharmacists and staff! They go out of their way to save you money with options and suggestions.So glad to have them in town all these years! Small town helpfulness and longevity, always improving and listening to their clients.Centrally located, easy to access.Drive-up window, too!I’ve used Walmart and CVS, but was never offered the same level of service ValuCare provided.

After having MANY problems with a pharmacy I used for a number of years, I transferred all my prescriptions to ValuCare Center. I have had nothing but the best Customer Service with this pharmacy and all I have to do is call when I need my prescription filled. I live 80 miles away and it is ALWAYS in my mailbox the very next day. You cant get any better service than that. Keep up the GREAT work and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Highly disappointed with the staff member after calling to verify they filled a prescription for my husband that was set up thru them from the insurance. The woman said yes we have it, it will be 51.00 I said no hes on medicaid, there shouldnt be a copay he doesnt have the money for that. She without a bit of care or compassion said thats not her problem very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. If we had another choice, we would definitely use another pharmacy.

Friendly people great service

I have yet to use this pharmacy but today when I have been struggling to get my daughters medication filled the pharmacist did everything in his power to help me and to make sure my insurance was covered and the medication was in stock. When we found out that they were compatible I had also found out that my long using Pharmacy Shopko that is going out of business also had it, the Pharmacist Steve (I believe his name was) said that I should help Shopko empty their inventory before switching! I dont know any other Pharmacy or store for that matter that would care about another place! I will be following up next month with this Pharmacy to get our medications from! #mymarinettemenominee

Staff is uninformed about what they have in stock. Promised a prescription over the phone, drive 35 minutes to get there only to be told none in stock. Bad customer service.
