Usually we have no trouble finding everything we need at Menards but according to the times I guess they will run out of things. I recommend using the app right now although the help is friendly and as helpful as it can be theyre quite busy and you can use the map in the app to find items in the store. The lack of employees has not stopped them from keeping the store clean and tidy.

As usual we needed supplies for the projects we are currently engaged in. Most of the employees are very helpful and do their best to satisfy our long line of questions that we often have. Thanks Menards for the great service

Ran into the store to return some shirts and pick up some copper unions right before they closed while helping out some relatives. Came back to the car and had to fire off some texts before I left when “Ty” from the ironically named “Courtesy Patrol” came out to my car with some woman watching from the door to tell me to “please leave the parking lot as we are now closed”. It was 9:07pm and I was just sitting there. No doubt Menards thinks I should relocate just to send a couple texts or better yet text and drive. Needless to say I think it’s time I’ll be advising the businesses I consult for to buy their construction materials elsewhere since sometimes an 11% rebate just doesn’t justify being treated like a potential criminal and it really does give insight into how management views their customers. I’ve never been treated like this by ABC, Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Id youre trying to avoid pedestrian traffic as well as vehicle traffic then i advise going closer to closing time.Overall a nice visit. Kind employees and fast checkout ✔😀

Went in there today to look at cabinets for our kitchen. Menards does a suspiciously good job at not displaying most of the prices.Instead I think they want you to interact with their cabinet salesman. Well, while we were there, we saw and heard that employee yelling at a customer. So we just left.

Im always going there to get things like for the house . Well Ive been looking at Snow Blowers all around at different locations. Well this morning I went and got one from this Menards everyone was very helpful thanks for the help got just the one I wanted and it was on sale . Heres a few pictures of the outside and my Snow Blower that I got from today 1-1-19 .

As usual, Menards had the fairest prices and good service.

The service at this store is average at best. I had a recent experience with an associate that was clearly annoyed when asked a simple question about where a product would be located. He was so inappropriate that I spoke to the store manager. The associate raced ahead of me to tell his side of the story to the female manager. There was no story...the guy was a smart alec. I can only assume that the manager did nothing.On the other hand I have had very pleasant associates help me locate things that I could not find.Wish Home Depot or Fleet Farm would come to Mariette.

The worst customer service from almost all staff EVERY time. Electrical guy should be on tv for women hating workers. Absolutely the worst place to shop, every time, EVER.

Ordered online. Gave me the floor model garbage disposal not the right bag of parts.There’s only like 5 models there, and the parts from a different brand. Put in by the “plumbing manager.” Apparently he doesn’t know about plumbing parts.Update, apparently they lost the right parts and knowingly gave me something that wouldn’t work.Horrible experience. Horrible service. Horrible knowledge. Horrible inventory.But, what do you expect from Menards?

As usual I found all of the things I was looking for. Helpful assistance from the employees make the shopping easier.

Every time I go I am deeply upset about the horse across the street from the store. Its in a pen to small and farm equipment is in pen. Its upsetting everytime I go to your store. Why havent anyone contacted humane society. I will be today. I dont even want to shop at your store anymore. Plus the masks thrown everywhere outside. Please contact someone about the horse

No one wears their masks properly despite calling on the overhead every 2 minutes stating to wear mask over nose and mouth!! I will never go to this location again, masks are not a joke, masks are our future!!! Everyone must buy masks so the mask stock goes up and we make some serious mask money!!!

The store is usually clean. Employees for the most part are very helpful. Check out lines move quickly . Only twice out of many years of shopping here have they not had what I needed. Prices are always reasonable.

Wood area outside is always disorganized,overpriced, and warped behind belief. Staff is friendly. 11% sale is a gimmick! Guaranteed prices are marked up 11% overall. Yet, ignorant people think its special.

Its always a pleasant experience, shopping st menards. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Most things are easy to find, and there are constantly sales going on. Love menards.. Side note, its a great place to work too(at least it was in 2018)..

It was a challenge to find the pick up counter way in the back of the store. There are minimal signs to direct you. When I did reach the pick up counter for my online order the person at the desk completely ignored me while I was standing right in front of them as they were on their computer. A young gentleman walked over to ask if he could help me. He was very helpful and was very quick. If it wouldnt have been for the first employee who ignored me I would have given 4 stars.

Lol. Had to leave the store because I didnt have a mask. Smh. No big deal those stores are wannabe Home Depots

I was very disappointed with the customer service after the sale. We ordered cabinets and a countertop. The delivery was delayed almost two months. The delivery was scheduled twice and no one showed up. Finally the third time we received the items. I contacted Menards, but their response was to point the finger at the cabinet company and refused to take resopnsibility. They could take our money but not take responsibility.

Clean store, rude service and super high prices on lumber. Otherwise store well stocked and probably has what you need.

Its a decent Menards and you can find good deals for your project needs. Some understaffed issues noted as somedays they are left really wanting for more cashiers.

This store makes me wish I lived here. They have a crazy good selection of EVERYTHING! Ive never seen such a good hardwood selection except in a specialty store. The staff is very friendly and around every corner.

Typical disappointing Menards experience. They run out of common items and staff are ignorant at best. Sure wish Marinette had a FleetFarm to compete.

Service is excellent, prices are good and fair. I particularly appreciate their COVID precautions with everyone required to wear face masks. It is presently one of the few places I will shop because I feel safer there. They also do a great job sanitizing used carts. They obviously care about the health of their workers and customers!

So you sell items that don’t work and it’s the customer job to take there time and money to get it fix. I came back in less then 19 hours wasted my gas and time to have this fix isn’t it your job not mine.

Looking for wire fencing. Stock limited due to supplier not sending products.

Every time I go there the items are not there. Shelves are empty especially the dog food. The shelves have been empty of dog food for more than a week. Learn how to order and stock them shelves. Im sure there are warehouses stocked with that stuff.

If youre not familiar with Menards, they are a regional home building, repair, remodel store with a fair selection and reasonable prices. There are also sections for garden supplies, toys, holiday decor pet food, some groceries and apparel. Most staff are friendly and helpful too.

The worst experience I ever had. didnt have any of the patio doors I wanted so I ended up with one of their cheapest ones, they rang up the wrong j channel color, we had to go through the same building 3x just to get everything on our receipt because no one there knows what there left hand is doing, they tried to give us the wrong door, your inventory has got to be a night mare, dont get me wrong the employees were nice but it will be a very long time before I return we decided to buy the lumber for the deck at our local establishment

The store has the almost the worst Employees i have ever seen in the world!! Will not help veterans and kick there customers out of the store for not wearing mask because they have medical condition that prevent them from being able to.

Decent, but not overwhelmingly great. The staff seems pretty nice and was very helpful. Its annoying to have to wear a mask, but I get why.

Brought in core battery to get a new lawnmower battery, got yelled at, by the cart spraying person, for not taking it to service desk before finding out if they had one that fit our mower. The service desk had 12 people in line, Menards mask control person stopped people right in the middle of the return line, definitely with no regard for social distancing. Finally after getting up to the desk, she, Lori, needs my drivers license, hands it back with the germ filled gloves that she touched 100s of peoples items with, when I made her aware of it, she had an attitude but did give me a little piece of toweling that she sprayed bleach on. Cashier, Gregg, was very good.

Menard in Marinette is the worst -attacked cuz mask not on properly to them -treated bad at checkout -called to talk to general manager -said if your mask is not on and proper -they will throw you out and then informed us that they will continue mask mandate -even if lifted till you have proof of vaccinations-never shopping at this commie place again

I went to menards tonight, they decide that it was a good policy not to let anyone in the out door. What a bunch of bull. They tried this a couple years back. It didn’t work than and it shouldn’t work now! Why would you make a store,with check outs at one end, and make you enter at the other end. We have a lot of old people around here that can’t walk that far.

When you sign for your items at the gate, you only see the part to sign on the tablet. You don’t know what you’re signing for... It’s up to the gate attendant to input if you’re only picking up half your items before you sign. So if your pickup won’t all fit or the load is too heavy (drywall, shingles, etc), you may be screwed. I was screwed out of $230 in drywall. The front desk pulled up my signature and said “you signed for it”. I asked for them look at security footage or do an inventory and they gave me an email and said I had to take it up with them. Multiple emails and a year later... NOTHING.

Terrible place. Been shopping here for years but not anymore. Forcing people to wear masks is not Right. I cant breath after 10 minutes so no time to window shop. Not to mention lumber supply is terrible. Ended up going to home Depot. Nomasks lots to choose from and clearks I could understand.

Menards is insane with their mask obsession. Every place right now obviously has to officially have a requirement thanks to the governor, but no one really cares- except Menards. Of course they were doing it before it was even required so that tells you something about their thought process...

Bought furniture with a rebate, but the rebate is not off the furniture. It’s in store credit. If I would have known that, I would have never bought the furniture.Totally disappointed

They couldnt flip the breaker for the fire places... After 20 minutes I ran extension cord to the one we wanted to see....

13’ 1.75” is equal to13’5” in their measurement world... when you buy a piece of vinyl flooring and you pay for it and get screwed short by 3.25 inches it’s a little too much to hide with trim

Had to get some plywood for my oldest daughter with my youngest daughter. Every clerk was polite. We sat in patio set for 20 minutes thinking it over and nobody chased us off.

Store is nice. Usually clean and neat. Has some things that you can find so you dont have to drive an hour to find them. Sometimes overpriced. My only issue is with the staff, especially the people working the registers and the help desk. Tend to either not know what theyre talking about or are rude. Sometimes both.

It was a pleasant shopping experience as always.

I have made 4 trips for Windows I order and they are not there. We have driven from Coleman to Marinetti. Plus spent over an hour on the phone. The first person ordered it as a special order the second guy said they were stock. All have us a day they would be there. I believe I should get a discount on this order your employees did not know what they were doing I have had to pay the price!
