Excellent service as usual. Service staff go out of the way to keep you informed. I have used this service department for over 20 years and have always found it exceptional! The cookies are great also.

Found a loose metal cover under the car, making screeching noises. Drove in Saturday morning without an appointment ahead of another trip. They got it fixed before I finished my coffee! Best customer service!

The service people were ready, Angela listened to my requests, which were a little more than just an oil change, and said she would try to check it out. The waiting area is large and everything was spotless, and smelled like chocolate cookies. Over the top, yes, but I still had one. I have a new vehicle and had forgotten that the service is free for the first 25K. I was really happy with that. (Maybe it was the sugar.) At any rate, everything checked out, didnt take long, and they washed it too! Thanks, everyone.

Everyone was very polite and professional. Both the young man and young woman in the check in area are great to work with. I will be using them in the future for servicing and car detailing. They brought my Pathfinder back to new condition. Including removing a stain from the leather seat that i thought was permanent. Sorry five stars is as high as it goes!

Marion Toyota is the best! I just get my oil changed there for a reasonably competitive price (versus the fast drive thru guys) and they do it quickly but also keep me up to date as to what maintenance is coming up (so they dont SPRING that $#!+ on me!). They also WASH your car when they provide this service! OMG and they have coffee and cookies while you wait in their really nice waiting area . . . thats part of their auto lobby so you can browse the new models while u wait to. Such fun to be had at the Marion Toyota!

At Marion Toyota Service & Parts Department, I had my tires rotated. They did a multipoint inspection of the car. I went in to have a wheel alignment done too and they told me I really didnt need one, which was Great! Some places would have done it anyway to get the money, but not Marion Toyota. I believe they are Honest and do a Great Work! I definitely recommend them. Keep up the Good Work!!

The parts department staff are very respectful, and my parts are always there.This time was for wiper blades. Price is as good if not better than major stores. Great quality.

We needed an emergency diagnosis and repairs after a whole host of warning lights came on in our 2011 RAV4. Angela (the BEST Service Advisor ever!) got us in right away - and back on the road in less than 24 hours. We love Marion Toyota!

I called service and spoke to Angela about a hybrid issue with my daughters 2010 Toyota Prius with 186,000 miles on it. She said if you can get here today we will check it out this afternoon. I dropped it off at 1:30 pm at 4:15pm she called and said parts are ordered and its taken care of by a Toyota Enhanced Warranty. I cant believe what Im hearing great news. I picked it up a few days later and to my surprise no diag fee. Casey in service was the Tech and did a wonderful job the car is performing perfectly. Ive been in the car business for 49 years with GM and have never had this great of service ! I had problem with microphone not connecting. The service department went above and beyond to find the cause of my problem. They kept me informed answered all my questions. I have always trusted them since 1989 when I took my vehicle therefor a second opinion and found they could repair my problem for quite a bit less than the other dealership in Marion. Since that time I have always bought all my vehicle from Marion Toyota because of their honest and professional service department.

Smooth interaction even during the pandemic. We had an oil change done and all employees we saw were properly masked and distanced at all times. The service department is very well staffed. A salesman was helpful in pairing our new smartphones to the bluetooth on our vehicle as well even though he was not the person who sold us the car. Friendly place all around.

Very Professional & Polite goes a long way

My wife ran over some equipment that had gotten loose from a construction zone. We were scared to death that it had done a lot of damage. The service advisor at Marion Toyota, Bridget Vale, got our vehicle in right away that afternoon and was able to diagnose the damage which turned out to be very minor. One part needed to be ordered, it was here the next day and our Toyota Camry now runs as good as the day we drove it off the lot. Thank you Bridget and everyone else at Marion Toyota!

Weve been with Marion Toyota since 2005 and they are the only ones I trust. We purchased new tires in October and ran over a nail last Saturday. The roadside hazard warranty covered us to get a new tire and even though it was not in stock, the tire was ordered and put on Tuesday. Im so thankful we have a dealership and service department like Marion Toyota!

Regular appointment for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Ive owned several Avalons, not all from Marion Toyota, but Marion Toyota is the only dealer to service all of them.

Not my favorite place. Each time I go for an oil change l am given a list of things that need attention. This visit it was noted the vehicle needed a brake light to the tune of over $300.00. Needless to say, my spouse checked it out and found nothing wrong with the break lights. Makes me wonder about the rest of the list. On the positive side of things I will report getting an appointment went well this time around. Have had issues previously.
