I was traveling from out of state and i love Target and Starbucks and there was this lady named Maria and she was so sweet and go my order just right and I just loved this store, never seen such good service before!
First of all this is the worst Target I have ever shopped at! Employees are down right rude, never acknowledged me. Prices are ridiculous....and that is if they are even advertised right. Womens bathroom was disgusting....trash was overflowing, floor was dirty and writing all over the walls! I guess I remembered why I dont show there often.
Great selections in a very clean organized store. Excellent prices with well stocked shelves. The seasonal Halloween section was the best of all stores I have visited! Kaleb, the cashier was ready with no wait and friendly helpful smile. Very efficient.
Target on google shows playstation 5 in stock tonight (7/24/21 at 12:20am- ) I have clicked all the way up to it the store and it says in stock til you go to buy and then it says out of stock. I thought I just missed out but when I went back on at 1240am it was still showing in stock. This was a complete and utter disappointment and wild goose chase. False advertising at its worst.
Just a store a little lower quality then some targets I have been to in the past 6 months but overall great experience

We had an issue where we contacted the store prior to arriving and were told the price of an in-store item. Got got to the aisle, found the item that was labeled as the representative said it was. We grabbed it and headed to the check out. It was apparently not the price we were told/it was marked. The employees were super kind and helped us resolve the issue easily. They were really great.
What you can expect with any Target. Fairly clean and organized shelves, aesthetic displays, wide variety of products, and friendly staff.
Everything is always so easy and quick. Love the Target runs!

Manager Melissa would not let my handicapped mother have an employee follow her out to unload her cart in her trunk and then drive the cart back in. She was very hateful and laughed when my mother asked her what if she falls walking to the car. We were parked in the closest handicapped parking spot. She was very argumentative and dispespectful to my mother. She then told us we werent welcome back in the store. But didnt give us a reason. My mother has always used their scooter carts and taken her stuff to the car and the employee takes it back in. Id like to know who is Melissas higher up and how to turn her in for being rude and laughing at my mothers handicaps. Thank you.
Just left the Marion, IL Target for the last time. No check out lanes were open. Only self check. Had an issue with my card and no one around to help. I figured it out and then asked associate, MELISSA (Heavy set, short, dark hair, probably 40ish years in age.) if they still offer regular check out lanes any longer. She told me yes, but only if I wore a mask. I explained that I had previously had COVID in Sept and tested for antibodies last week so I was at no risk of getting or transferring COVID. She told me that I didnt care for others and then literally shooed me out the door with her hand motions. Saying Goodbye.... Goodbye She then proceeded to follow behind my husband and I. She then stood guard at the open exit doors and stared us down until we got into our car. This form of harrassment and attempt of intimidation should be dealt with swiftly.P.S. There were 3 people who kindly greeted us when we entered unmasked and no one said we couldnt enter and shop without one.

Great store atmosphere, great products. I only wish that they had a human checker available. I truly loathe, hate, and despise checking myself out. I oughta get a discount worth the standard cashier/baggers wage for the time elapsed.
Over price things that are cheaper online & if your trying getting job here the bald boomer here has a ego problem one day this shop wont be around anymore & he wont have a job so that is a good thing

NECA products always in disarray. Rarely gets enough inventory to stock shelves but has plenty of back stock of product that doesnt sell

The store is clean and well run. The clothes are sometimes cheaply made and very strange styles for an older person like myself. The household goods are nice and fairly priced. There are not enough checkers( as in human) and too many self checkout stands.

I bought a tracfone on line from Target.com I received the phone this morning I called to activate it and was on the phone for over 2 hours!! Who ever packed my phone to be shipped did not scan it out so it can not be activated for 24-48 hours
Found everything I needed in one store which has competitive prices. Browsing the aisles of merchandise, there were lots of excellent deals to be found throughout the store. I had a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish, would shop here again and highly recommend Target.

I love Target so much. This store is super clean and the workers are always a blast to talk with. I dont think Ive ever seen a worker here without a smile on their face. Its such a friendly environment and we regularly take trips to Marion JUST to come to this Target.

I was looking for an item that the Target app indicated was in stock. I didnt see it and stopped Marshall as she passed me. She told me the app will state an item is in stock even if its just in the back. She looked in the system and confirmed it was in the back, asked how many I wanted, and got them for me. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service.
Perfection at its finest. Prices are great, and theres a wonderful selection. Theyre building on their plus size. Kids sections are neat and put together. Wide selection in the toys and media. Been going to this Target for over 10 years and never had a bad experience.
Target is my favorite store to shop! The employees are helpful and attentive without being too overbearing. They carry a large variety of things I need and items I dont even know I want.

I always enjoy looking around Target and finding unique styles in home decor and trends in clothing. I like that it stays open a bit later than the average mall. I wish one would come to Paducah KY for I would shop there regularly. At this point I only go when Im in a city with one.I drove one hour to go get 6 of one specific basket for a furniture project. I couldnt find it anywhere local. They had it, all 6 and Im pleased.

I really dont need a worker trying to micromanage me at the self checkouts. I am grown I can handle it. If I have queations I will ask. Please do not stand over my should saying hit this button. I can read and get out of my personal space. Very annoying.

This Target has everything I need. Employees are available and seem happy which is an indication of good treatment from managers. Value is better than Wal-Mart for sure.
Pick up was easy and the employee who processed the pick up was genuinely friendly and helpful.

Its not crazy like walmart
Great store but customer service could definitely be improved. I went there last night to grab a couple of things. It wasnt even close to closing time but a couple of registers were closing down. I went to an open register and gave the women the very few things I had. She scanned them and didnt say a word to me. I understand she may have been having a bad night, but she didnt even tell me my total and just stared at me like I was stupid waiting for me to swipe my card. So I swiped my card. She handed my items and then in an irritated manner grabbed the receipt and handed it to me. Once again she didnt tell me to have a nice night or anything. Completely silent. Which came off as quite rude to me.
We love our local target ! They are friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and orderly. They usually always have enough products from their sale add to keep up with the demand.
They gave an adorable welcoming baby bag filled with lots of coupons and goodies. They were very sweet upon registering as well.
They have a policy against buying multiple items (they limit 4). I was buying school supplies and other household items for my family, I have 4 kids and a spouse. When I buy personal hygiene products we need our own which means I will purchase 5-6 same items but now it is against policy. I was told I would have to come back tomorrow to purchase the fifth item. I shouldnt have to make 2 trips on 2 different days to buy my family needs, Ill take my money elsewhere.

They werent informative to the customer. Sodas were 4 for $10.00, so my husband buys 10 /12 packs. They didnt tell him the 2 would be more expensive than the $2.50 per carton or he wouldve bought 2 more or put the 2 back.

The store was clean and orderly, I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful about location of items I wished to purchase. As I had time to kill after finding my 4 items I did what every woman does I did some browsing. I ppl watch and I actually found ppl to on the whole, were happy. So seeing that I was happy shopping there and others are calm and happy Ill be stopping in more often to pick up what I need . Thank you

We find most things we need quickly and can get in and out in a reasonable time without spending a ton of money we cannot afford to waste.
Nice clean store. Sadly the jewelry counter is the only drawback. No rings... Otherwise great.

Will not enforce their own mask policy. Spoke with manager who states that the requirement is posted only because they have to, but will not enforce it.

Dont like to have to fill out check and have to show ID. Walmart excepts blank checks, which makes it faster to check out, as do other stores. You are behind on the times on this matter!
