Lots of cool stuff at reasonable prices! Tabling the whole place for later and many many cool outfits to come as I wear them on the daily!

Its a perfect place for all ur party needs. But its very hard to navigate through the store. And the shelves where a bit bare, but most likely it was due to the Halloween season change.

The store was half empty, very low variety of items, not many employees and when we were able to be checked out the employee left mid way to help with balloons not realizing we were purchasing,idk.. it was wrird... We spent more time trying to purchase items than shopping in store.I used to love Party City...Pandemic related maybe?

5 stars because their poor employees have to deal with so much BS from nasty customers. The ladies in front of me berated the teenage cashier over the price of an item she had no control over, eventually demanding her name and the phone number for corporate. After the cashier was finished checking them out, she left the register (probably need a moment to compose herself after being yelled at) and the women proceeded to yell into the store that it was rude for her to walk away before them, and proclaim they would shop somewhere else from now on. News flash, ladies, nobody is sad to see you go. People are terrible. JUST BE NICE.As for my experience, I found everything I needed, the cashiers were pleasant and helpful, and they made me a very nice ballon bouquet on the spot for my daughters birthday tomorrow morning. 👌🏼 thanks!

They have amazing things here! My wedding colors are Gold and White, I was doubtful that they would have plates in gold and white. I was shocked, not only did they have them but also in multiple designs and different sizes. Found my another to go to place for decorating!☺

I think they have nice products but there customer service is so incredibly slow. If you are in a hurry don’t go here at all. Every time I go to check out I’m waiting at least 10 mins at the counter while I’m getting checked out. I’m actually writing this review while I’m getting checked out. Shows how slow they are

Their hours are crazy. You can pick up party supplies frkm early in the morning to late in the evening. They do a pretty good job there as well. If you are thrifty you can get some good deals!

They don’t ever have in store what they have online and also the staff don’t know the difference between a shark or dolphin balloon just better off ordering online

They have lots of items! Some of the staff can be a little slow but overall it’s not bad

I had a return slip from October. I found seasonal items on sale and in the bargin range . The sales lady took her time to process everything with a smile .I will be back its well worth making that special occasion awesome by shopping here first.

Not overly impressed, but it was a few days before Easter and most things were picked over. Plus, it looked like they were still trying to pull the store together.

Found alot of great deals, but they they were out of the thing we were looking for. But still had a great girls outing there

The possibilities are endless in this store because there are so many options. You can also order online and pick up which is very convenient. I took off a star because its not my first choice for party items because its so pricy and I also took off a star because the manager always gives me a bad vibe and weird looks the few times Ive gone here. Great stuff though.

October 31st 2020 wasnt the best ever but, Party City still managed to excel when it comes to customer service and support. Even though I didnt see any employees on the floor it didnt stop the employees from behind the counter coming out and assisting me. In and out in no time at all.

Great place to go !

Stopped here for to look around to plan for a event. It has pretty basic and common items that are needed for an even however if you have little bigger plans like fancy drapes and stuff like that you may have to order in online. Staffs were friendly and helpful however you need to be lucky to catch hold of them..

Definitely not the cheapest place for party theme supplies, but the best stocked, and nicest staff. We were there to order balloons for a gender reveal. They did perfect!

Pretty expensive party supplies. Has a huge selection of stuff (as they should since thats all they sell) but you can definitely find most of it online for half the price. Really disappointed in this place around graduation time. Most places in the area sold out of their small cannisters of helium but Party City didnt, and they knew it and raised the price $15.00 more for the small and $5.00 more on the large. Wont shop here again unless Im really in a pinch.

Need more wedding party items

Will never shop here again, 1st of all they are over priced, customer service is HORRIBLE! I paid 12$ for balloons and asked the lady many times if they would still be floating for a birthday party for the next day, she said yes if you pay the extra .20$ for each balloon to have the high float so I paid the extra money to get the high float and of course the next day they were barely floating. I bought balloons from the dollar store and they are still floating 3 days later. Save your self some money and frustration, go to the dollar store! Customer service was much better there too!

Fairly clean store decent customer service not the best. Also they were missing a lot of the individual party favor toys for children most of the cubbies that were supposed to have toys in them did not have anything in them I would say less than 25% of the cubbies actually had toys in them You need to restock so that people have something to buy.

Theres so many different options to chose from and they have it organized in a way for specific events (weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc)

Had exactly what we were looking for to help us celebrate a college graduate.

It doesnt have as many costumes as hoped but has alot of good party supplies.

The line was 7 deep ahead of me with one register open. Really, what are those other two people doing in the aisles? Surely not working hard!!! Hardly working!

HORRIBLE customer service!! This location needs some serious help. There are always long lines and only one cashier. The last time I was in there the line was 13 people long. Several customers entered the store, noticed the line and immediately turned around and left. The poor kid on register called THREE different times for someone to open another register. Finally, after 17 minutes a young girl meanders her way to the front of the store, opens a register and grudgingly helps the next person in line. I ended up getting this young girl....I asked her if there was no manager on duty today and she responded, Im the manager. This pretty much summed it up for me!

The five star rating is specifically for the staff who went above and beyond for the customers on a very busy day.

Ridiculous policy!No candies can be returned even if they are completely unopened and even if it is within couple of hours after the purchase - they claim that no other stores take returns for candies and that you might have punctured the individual candies with a pin, needle or something when the outer package is not even opened?? Thats how they view their customers..? I never thought that a simple return could be this complicated with such a disrespectful suspicion.#3 Poor quality of work!The balloons with personalized name turned out to be very poor quality. Cheap letter stickers for the name that they applied on the balloon were not even straight and the corner of letters were already peeled when I took the balloons out of the large bag that I paid extra to keep the balloons protected.4. Seriously?! They charged couple of items twice!All of this had happened in 4 seperate shopping experiences. I think that they just have very poor services for this to keep happening. I didnt bother complaining about the hidious looking letters on the ballons. I usually pick up ballons right before the party starts and I didnt want to ruin the day by arguing with them. Even though they charged 2 items twice, I decided not to even bother asking for my money back. Forget the extra money that they falsely charged. I just dont even want to waste any more time with this store anymore. No More Party City for me. If I could, I would rather not even give them any star.

Employees are ride I was pretending to eat a lolly pop and the employee asked me how old I was and yell thats disgusting. BTW I was planing to by the lollipop. Just so you know I wont be back there ever again.

Be prepared for a considerably long wait in line. For such a BIG store Party City near Lindale does not seem to have the associates to support it.

My husband and I found what we looking for his retirement party.
